Traitors on the Battlefront
Well, it seems molestargazer gets to live an other day. So I might as well seal the deal for good. Unvote Vote: Kasabian

Traitors on the Battlefront
Honestly, I don't really see the cop thing either. Or at least I sure as hell didn't see any "hints" that would suggest there is one. About the votes: I'm not going to no-lynch vote this time. I'm leaving my vote on molestargazer for now, but I'm going to vote for kasabian if he ties with no-lynch at deadline.

That's because you guys are doing all the work for us, keep doing what you're doing :speak_cool: In reality, I'm very busy these days, don't have much time go give this a lot of thought. I am quite confident at this point however that mole and Kasa are scum.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Vote: molestargazer I think we should go for the most active suspect, just to ensure we gain as much ground as possible.

Traitors on the Battlefront
That reasoning sounds pretty good to me. The question is: who do we go for? I'm inclined to go for molestargazer as he has the most posts out of the 3.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Can he even do that without being modkilled?

Traitors on the Battlefront
Ok: what if Kasabian is simply not telling the truth, lol. Why should we belive him? Also about "ramping up post counts"...Uni is back, I have less time/energy/will to post after hard days and more after relatively easy ones. I wouldn't draw such bold conclusions based on activity periods, as the reason for those can be strongly RL-based. But fine, let's go with the theory that Kasabian and molestargazer are townie (I highly doubt it, but w/e). These are the remaining combos: - Chaoshawk + Ccabal86 + Alasdair = 44 - Chaoshawk + Kaziocore + Nerau = 43 There is one common name there: Chaoshawk So why not vote for him then? If we do, we have a bigger chance of catching a scum.

You do know that the update option was removed ages ago, right? If not, you really are out of the loop...That may well mean you're not lurking on purpouse.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Except on Day 1 we had no info to go off of whatsoever. I agreed to no-lynch so we can at least gain some info before we randomly choose someone to kill off. Now that it's done, I believe further no-lynching is dertimental to our goals.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Btw, the votes are: Kasabian: 4 molestargazer: 1 Kaziocore: 1

Traitors on the Battlefront
I agree that the most suspicious individuals are in the "Unknown" category. I also think a high-poster is mafia, otherwise the townies would have gained more ground. I must say, I'm really suspicious of molestargazer, but for now, I support the idea of lynching a low post count member to avoid losing too much ground if we happen to be wrong. Since Kasabian is in the lead, I'm voting for him too FoS: molestargazer Vote: Kasabian

Traitors on the Battlefront
One thing is for certain: we can't afford to no-lynch again. We got lucky this time, but it won't stay like that forever.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Hm... That means we have a mafia member in the top 3...I think it's either KevinH or molestargazer...

Traitors on the Battlefront
I really hope the results will be informative...looking forward to the battlefield %s

Traitors on the Battlefront
Allright, fine. You convinced me, but I hope the maths works out. Let's wait for the battlefield update. Unvote Vote: No-lynch

Traitors on the Battlefront
Yeah, but...Mafia players can find the "hint" too, can't they?
-
Traitors on the Battlefront
This is how I see it: we probably have 3 mafia. They probably operate using different strategies eg. 1 being very active, the other 2 lurking OR 2 being active and 1 lurking. So I think the "top 3" has at least 1 scum in it. Since I really don't think it's Canucks, that leaves the 2 of you.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Probably because he wanted to request an update at almost the very beginning while they were actually showing something? Well, flip-flopping votes is probably not how people usually play this game, and I understand if it might seem suspicious. However, this is my first game, so cut me some slack But! If I were mafia...I'd definately try to lay low and not draw attention to myself by changing votes so often. I'd probably throw out 1 vote near the end of the round, with some moderate reasoning.

Traitors on the Battlefront
I did the same thing with the addendum that we should keep the posting ratios the same during the day (high-end posters remaining active, low-end posters remaining inactive), but since that got voted down, the next best thing to do is to request an update ASAP, while the postcounts are still somewhat representative. TBH, I'm ok for voting on either KevinH or Mole. KevinH was a tad more suspicios to me because of his no-lynch stance. But to demostrate that I'm not fixated on one particular target: Unvote Vote: molestargazer I'm happy as long as one of them are lynched. I will change my vote back to KevinH if a situation occurs where it's either him or an other player (who is not Molestar).

Traitors on the Battlefront
Alasdair just voted no-lynch as a placeholder. He'll likely change his opinion. But lynching a low-post count member wouldn't really benefit the town. Sure, we might not risk killing off a high post count townie, but then it's the mafia's turn who will do it themselves. Sure, we might win an extra round this way, but we'll ultimately lose. I think we have to lynch either Molestar or KevinH. I just chose KevinH because I find his no-lynch stance a little suspicios, as I think it plays into the mafia's hand.

Traitors on the Battlefront
Well, it may look like I'm co-operating with molestar here, but I'm really not. I admit I'm not paying that much attention to the game as some of you are, but I get the general sentiment that AT LEAST 2 of our top posters are mafia. I'm also pretty sure you are pro-town, as you're putting too much effort into developing a strategy, tallying posts etc, to be a baddie. The same is not true (at least not on same level) for our other top 3 members, Mole and KevinH. I just voted for KevinH because of his "no-lynch" vote. I believe no-lynching in this game is very counterproductive, as the mafia can pick our strongest posters off one by one, any may win much sooner then they would without the new system. So, I suggest we get lynchin ASAP.
