Just how expensive? 10 Euros a pack? In California, I've seen cig prices top $7-$8 a pack up in San Francisco (which is the most expensive city and most tobacco-taxed in the state iirc). That is fairly expensive, and I think they are trying to pass more tobacco taxes this year, so I can only see the price in California going up.
