Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
i'm good for a list though first i'd like some conversation first before we make it. so let's start making it friday. then we can sit back and have enough time to discuss it too.

a hybrid list could be fun... i'm for one of them

Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
after reading the last 2 pages, i just thought of something. i don't really know how would it be beneficial for people to choose their own rooms. it just means that if the mafia suspect someone of being a power role they can have access to him unhindered. also, i'm worried that letting people roam free around the plane could besides giving us the info of who goes where at what time also give the mafia information about possible power roles.

was the strategy for spreading out agreed upon?? can we start scum hunting??
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
oh yeah, i remember something about some roles that have been made specifically for this game. can there be a role that can see when someone visits a adjacent room??
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
pretty much... and i don't like it since it could give us 3 days (i think) worth of room shuffling for 1 scum meaning 5 townies possibly dead for 1 scum. d2's vote pretty much has to be accurate...

ok, i really don't understand you now... we have 2 people out of which one is scum. if we don't lynch one of them do you want them both in the same room as you??
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
well, except if it's just the 2 of them
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
yeah, but i would rather not have the same people that were in the d1 nk room in the d2 nk room as well.
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
this: implies that we will eventually leave the plane. which is probable to keep the scum balanced and not end up with very few people and lots of rooms. you're right mole, i just realised that if they did a nk already, they probably can do the new one without the restriction that maybe someone from their side has to do it (the goon i mean).

reasoning??

Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
i just thought of something. if tomorrow we lynch one of the people that was in the room and he turns out to be townie, expect the exposed scum to do the next NK. if he has the choice at least...

though on d2, some shuffling of the peps in the nk area will have to occur.

i agree with narsis. unless you luckily included all 3 scum in the same room, i think it won't matter that much as they will just kill someone they have easy access to.

you're not the only one

depends on the fact that the cop may have to roleclaim to convince others to vote scum off. then the cop is again just good for 1 time. though if this happens, the doc can protect him. but, given the limited number of people that can be in a room, the identity of the doc could be easier than normal found out and both cop and doc could die soon.

you actually quoted it...

Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
i don't really understand the additional arguments repetitious part... i don't really have n reasons for my first strategy. it's basically using the cop as a lie detector. simple. nothing else to it... just this one. i also thought that the advantages and disadvantages were clear for everyone to see though both narsis and CD gave me the impression that they didn't understand so i clarified that strategy... so why do you add that "additional arguments..." part??
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
oh, the first strategy i layed out implies the cop roleclaiming. the 2nd does not.
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
basically, it tells everyone who is under investigation that night. if the cop dies, it can only be the guy who had access to him. the guy who is under investigation. i'd go for this idea if rule 1 of the game mechanics wouldn't be: this implies imo that there will be different location, not just the plane, that we will go to.
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
i don't understand both of you... if the cop dies, it can only be one person that killed him. the guy he investigated.

Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
if we use the 4 separate rooms for spreading and forget about the rest, sure, we will lose the leads, but then the list of possible targets would be shrunk down to 2 people one of which would be scum the other probably townie. also, scum would probably not move in a 2 man compartment and perform a nk there since then they would paint a sure target on their back. i'd say we go for a lynch today and use the later strategy.
-
Plane Crash II - Game Thread - GAME OVER!
well, we could have the cop claim, move to the cockpit and make him have access to just one person to investigate then set that person in a safe compartment. but it would limit the number of rooms we can use then. also, i don't know when exactly the plane will crash and what happens after that. if we are stuck in a regular game of mafia after it happens, the cop will get targeted first...
