[KH-22] Mad17 - Mafia Wins!
well there still is ZERO confirmation that you are town, just saying you told us you are town does not in fact make you town lol That could go for anyone, only I and the mafia members know the truth and I'm not in the mafia. so whats the point of saying you told us you were town? its not like you died and are just doing a "see I told you so post" here is how the final vote shook out Rafay (6): Brewersalliance, Lyner, Dontavian, Velocity, captainjf, Ferastical, Wolfpacks (3): Chaplain of death, Tony Maurice, Rafay, Brewersalliance (1): Wolfpacks, Not voting: Kaziocore, we can break it down into two groups: voted rafay and not voting rafay. on the voted rafay wagon, i was pushing him all day and i brought him up the previous day as a possible suspect. lyner joined the wagon very early. if lyner was scum, idk why he would join it right away. a bit early for the bus. both captain and ferastical switched from wolfpacks to rafay, when they could have just stayed put and let the day either end in a no lynch or a wp lynch. i dont think scum would do that, so they are also both townie to me. don and velocity both were in the middle on rafays wagon. middle is typically where the scum feel safe on wagons. i dont remember when don joined the rafay wagon, but velocity did it very late, when it seemed like WP was gonna get lynched or we were gonna no lynch, sp he could have been "hiding on rafay" and if rafay were to eventually die, he could claim he was trying to bus him. COD and tony were on WP for basically WP defending firster and claiming he knew finster was town. tho it was an understandable vote, it doesnt make them both town, tho Tony brought up and gave us the ninja, so i doubt he is scum for that. if WP is town, my guess is one scum was voting him (two if you count rafay) and probably one was off the wagon. if WP is scum, then my guess is one of the scum was on rafay. i think its possible WP is scum. How he acted towards finster was scummy, tho i felt rafay there was more evidence for, so thats why i pushed that. if rafay didnt appear super scummy to me, i would have voted wp. what i think is most telling tho is WP kept his vote on me, instead of moving it to rafay to try to save himself. voting for rafay could have been an attempted bus, but it also could have been the deciding vote and could have ended up killing his partner. if wp is town, i think either cod or tony is probably scum (no way both rafay's partners were on him). CoD is interesting. he pushed for torres early and often so that is very townie to me, but he also piggy backed me hard on finster (tho finster was acting wayy of his rocker) could be a townie just going after someone who is acting scummy or he could have been trying to ride the coatails of a prominent and vocal townie (me). but thats not what i find interesting. I find his trying to defend not jumping on the rafay wagon interesting. Rafay is scum, and CoD came out today and said i find it strange that he did not see my reasoning for voting rafay, which i brought up several times during the day, until AFTER rafay was lynched and was revealed as scum. Again, without two last seconf vote switches, rafay would not have died. idk, i didnt think there was a snowballs chance in hell CoD was scum with the whole torres thing, but after this post its def making me think a little. either way, i am kind of torn on which way to go today. no one is really definitively scum imo. of the 9 players id break it down into town brewers lyner captain ferastical probably town tony leaning town, but has a chance of being scum Cod Could go either way Don Top Scum suspects to me Velocity WP anyways i gotta get back to snow removal- got like a food last night haha could someone maybe cross reference the rafay/not rafay voters with both days of torres voters? maybe we can find something there You were the one who pushed me at that point in time to vote for Rafay lol I voted for him after you prodded me a bunch about it, because I wanted to know his role and he was the best choice anyways for obvious reasons

They will win like normal. If the SK doesn’t perform a kill every night though, there will be about 8 days of this game, so it’s in their best interest to kill anyways, especially since they can’t be tracked.

[VL-02] Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Sign-Up
So initially I had wanted to do a Dark Souls themed game but Halo won out. LWW beat me to the punch with a DS3 game. I decided that before I tackle my second Halo game, I want to run a couple "official" setups before brewing my own for the Halo game. So to give some insight, Dark Souls the original follows the Chosen Undead in their quest to either link the Fire or let it die out. In the Prepare To Die edition of the game, it comes with the incredible Artorias of the Abyss expansion, which is what my game will focus on. To condense it into something simple for people to get: The Chosen Undead is dragged into the past by Manus, Father of the Abyss; to the land of Oolacile, which is being corrupted by Manus after the people awoke and angered him. Artorias, one of Lord Gwyn's four knights goes to defeat Manus and rescue Princess Dusk. Artorias is defeated and corrupted by the abyss, however, and the Chosen Undead must defeat him. The Chosen Undead then goes on to defeat Manus, although the victory is attributed to Artorias later. Despite this corruption, it is known that Artorias wanted to both stop the Abyss from leaving Oolacile and prevent anything from entering it. Hence why he is the Serial Killer, his goal is to kill enough things to stop the Abyss and he kills indiscriminately. The Chosen Undead will not be featured in this game for the sole purpose of balance, and I will use the All of that said, this is a semi-open game. The setup and power role names will be known, VT names will be drawn from lore. The setup is as follows, or if anyone is wanting to find it on the wiki it is W15 with some of my own rules, obviously: 2-Shot Stalker - Black Dragon Kalameet Lawyer OR Framer - Manus Goon - Sanctuary Guardian Cop - Ciaran Bullet-Proof Bodyguard OR Asceticizer - Ornstein 1-Shot Vigilante OR Deputy - Gough 8 Vanilla Townies Serial Killer - Artorias The only mechanic change is really just that the Serial Killer wins if he gets 5 kills. After talking to a few game mods, I decided that if the Serial Killer kills 5 people they outright win and everybody else loses. Everyone else wins like normal. Since brewer's game is now over, Kevin's is in full swing. I think the only games in the queue right now are TW's if he ever starts it, Torres's, and now MK's. 1. lilweirdward (yes he was first brewers deleting didn't change that) 2. brewersallowance 3. Velyni Vas 4. captainjf 5. Lord MK 6. Lyner 7. Torres951 8. KevinH 9. The Warrior 10. Rafay 11. Wolfpacks 12. Chaplain of death 13. Suyash Adhikar 14. 15.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
I agree with COD here, I claimed because I knew it would be better sooner than later, and Don decided to... vote me for the simple reason of me saying is RC if I got more votes. It’s not a great reason but whatever lol

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
Dude I outright agree with you, I should have lost there and you won. You earned it hard. I outlined it in my head as basically, I didn’t think Rafay was scum and didn’t think he had it in him to play *that* outlandish and well if he was scum, captain I knew was the vig becuase I didn’t kill Kevin and scum sure didn’t. I knew it was either lww or Don, and I didn’t see Don playing and acting as he did if he was scum. It wasn’t anything lww specifically did, I was basically grasping at anything I could to get him lynched because I was 70% sure it was him.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
I gotta say, massive credit to lww for that last day argument though. Every time he posted a response to me I thought I was toast, it was like going against brewers lol

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
Oh the sweet sweet buttering up! XD I honestly had no expectation of anyone believing me when I went after lww, but it played to my favor that he was truly also scum, so we both had some mistakes in our arguments. I for sure had to stretch and go after anything that could have maybe stuck and when then there wasn’t very much lol I hadn’t killed a single person until N3, when I guessed that I would be attacked (and I was actually told when I was attacked!) by the scum so I was clear to make a kill and have it seem like only two people were killed. My main strategy was to avoid outing the fact that there was a serial killer until it was too late to stop me. Town would have won if captain had shot me last night, since lww did actually target me. Getting lww lynched and him flipping scum though I think is what saved me from the wrath of captain lol That was a good game on all sides, everybody did well. I got really nervous the last day and a half there haha

And conveniently not voting against said scum Tailor that day was you. Remember where I mentioned that I barely ever vote? I don’t vote unless I’m confident somebody is guilty, or for some greater good.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
Even LWW in earlier post believes Captain is who he claims to be, so unless Captain has somehow manipulated the conversation all along, he’s not scum One of Rafay’s last posts was this eloquent explanation of the results he got, BL was he shows both LWW and Captain not guilty. Subject to interpretation I guess. It has literally come down to a guess and as loathe as I am to put today’s vote in the hands of an inactive, if I vote Velocity as originally inclined, that makes it 2-2 and up to Rafay to either hammer someone, vote off on someone else, or not vote and it goes to combat. so: VOTE Velocity You do realize that there was a tailor when Rafay got his investigation result on lww, right? There’s almost certainly *not* a godfather, because a game where there’s a tailor (who can make scum appear as not guilty and town as guilty) there’s almost certainly not going to be a godfather, because that makes investigation roles nearly irrelevant because they can only catch the tailor. That makes it extremely unfair to investigative roles, of which we only have 1. Throw in the existence of a Miller, too, and it makes it even worse. I sincerely doubt there’s a godfather. So I think captain is 100% cleared. lww was almost certainly tailored, since he was probably the ones carrying out the kills. We can leave it up to chance if you would like.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
Personally I'm fine leaving it at this. I'm convinced you're scum, you're convinced I'm scum. Captain will probably sort it out one way or the other between today and the upcoming night lol. Maybe we're all wrong and Rafay has pulled a blinder this whole game or something lol, idk. We will see.If Rafay is somehow scum and pulls off a giant twist like this I will literally quit usque ultra arguit. I’m not really upset at either of those things, I really just want people to see the truth and I know for 100% certain I’m not scum. I believe you are. I’ll say, if I’m wrong, go ahead and rub it in my face, I’ll have earned it, but I’m almost certain it’s you because it isn’t me, I don’t believe it’s Don, and captain/Rafay are basically cleared in my eyes. I’m fine leaving it at this

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
You’re completely avoiding my reasoning. Completely and utterly. I would have done it for the sake of saving somebody who I believe to be more valuable to the town, I had no inkling that COD was scum. I was thinking of it as and would have laid it out in truth as me picking one person who I think is more valuable to the town over another. You jumped on him for the sake of jumping on him. To my knowledge you never mentioned a word about doing it for the sake of TW. I like how you’re saying I suspected you for one little thing when you suspected me for literally playing as I normally do and having a role that is “convenient.” Your responses to me haven’t been anything town inclined, I’ve only gotten scum vibes and it’s solidified my stance against you. If my responses did it for you, yours did it for me. It’s the same thing.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
I’m saying that I think TW is a more valuable player that COD, and would have said exactly that when voting for him, if you hadn’t come in for whatever reason you did that wasn’t what I just said. All these stats should be doubled because Dontavian has shot someone every night, and you also haven't stopped any of those. So it's not impossible that you've just been super unlucky, but it also makes it conveniently impossible to prove is actually an honest claim. That being said, you already criticized me earlier today for saying that I think you're likely our last scum because your voting track record in this game has not benefited town in the slightest, and back then you made it seem like that was my only reason. Now you're latching onto this other argument of mine and making it seem like this one is my only reason. How many scummy things do you have to do before I'm allowed to call you out for being scum? Apparently all you need to do is bus your scum partner I guess lol. Ah right, I did forget to account for the vig shots. But also, Dontavian shot them?? lol Let me add those to the napkin: N1 - 2/12 = 16.6% N2 - 2/10 = 20% N3 - 2/7 = 28.5% More likely, but still not something I would say is suspicious. It’s really not that uncommon for a bodyguard to not protect a single target from an attack. It’s funny because you’re employing a tried and true brewers tactic of “attack the RC adamantly until they start saying things just to appease you and then jump on them for it.” It can work to catch scum, but about 40-50% of the time you’ll just end up making a townie start to break apart. Brewers has done it before and it worked when he was scum, and you’re trying it now. I admit, there are certainly a few things I have worded odd, especially since this is happening in such a short time span and I’m not one who usually gets heavily involved in debates here in mafia or in general.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
I'm ignoring the rest of it for a minute to say that this is a flat out lie. You do remember that whoever has the most votes goes to trial by combat if no one reaches the deadline day half majority (which that day was 3), right? And you remember how trial by combat works? You get 50/50 odds to die vs the other person, and although it does get rebalanced by post count, I'm pretty sure both of them had been fairly inactive, at least compared to me and captain, so it would've been close to even odds. Saying that he was 98% going to be lynched is legitimately a lie, and whatever weirdness you're coming up with about how someone else was going to switch their vote to him (which is ridiculous, the only person who hadn't decided their vote other than you was WP, who was completely inactive) does not make those numbers remotely true when I know you know how trial by combat works, since you did a version of it IN THE GAME YOU MODDED lol.I do absolutely remember. But where you’re missing what I’m saying is that NOBODY WAS 100% DECIDED. Everybody knows TW much better than they know COD and most people who still play believe that TW is one of or our best player, if there is another option that is as good or better than TW for a lynch it *will be taken.* When it came down to it I would have fucking voted for COD to not have TW be lynched, because I recognize the value he holds as a town aligned player. I’m not 100% on the vote count thing. I’m not sure who had more posts.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
And to add onto it, yes. I am saying that I think you’re scum for the sole reason that you jumped onto somebody who was going to die anyways who ended up being scum. That is all there is to go off of. What you have to go off of against me is that my role claim is “convenient” and I “haven’t protected the right person any night.” Well, doing the math for my chances of protecting the right guy... If my napkin serves correctly, N1 - 12 alive. 1/12 = 8% N2 - 10 alive. 1/10 = 10% N3 - 7 alive. 1/7 = about 15% It’s very possible that I could have just chose to protect who the scum didn’t target.
-
[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
So you're basically admitting that the only thing you're pinning on me as scum is...that I hammered what was probably the second to last scum with 8 players still alive. This legitimately makes zero sense to me. I can't see any situation where I'd jump to lynch someone for having done that unless there was some other stone cold evidence that they had to be scum, but you're admitting that there's not because, well, there isn't and I'm not. And you keep spinning this idea that he was going to die when HE WASN'T. There was a solid chance that TW would have died instead since they were tied for votes. Heck, your plan was probably to hope COD lived through the night to tailor you before captain shot him so you could make he look scummy for not voting for COD, but now you're going with this approach instead as a last ditch effort to win. Also I think it's funny that you pull this card after captain made a great point that there's no way to prove that your claim is actually true. You conveniently haven't protected anyone who was targeted, and there are no trackers or anything that can validate your movements, which you might have gambled on being true if it was only you, me, and COD left to claim. Also it was really smart to say that you're bulletproof since it would explain why you lived to today, which you even admitted would look suspicious. I feel genuinely confident that you're the last scum, and I hope we can just end this game today instead of dragging it out one more day. lmfao I’m sorry, “haven’t protected anyone who was targeted.” You do realize that I can only protect 1 person a night, right? The chances of me not picking the right person are very high compared to the chances of me picking the right person. You know that getting me lynched will drag it out another day, because I’m not the scum lol Captain, if I get lynched you’ll see, and you’ll know what to do, any why I’m so confident in this. If you decide to listen to me, we will end the scum. “There was a solid chance that TW would have died instead since they were tied for votes. Heck, your plan was probably to hope COD lived through the night to tailor you before captain shot him so you could make he look scummy for not voting for COD, but now you're going with this approach instead as a last ditch effort to win.“ I’m somewhat flattered you think I would be brave enough to try this, but I’m not a very proactive scum. I would have ended up voting for him if I were scum, to try and build town credit. It’s funny that you don’t mention me killing captain, there’s been a solid chance that he would shoot me, why do you think he would be alive if I was one of his two targets. It would have been better to kill him and play it off as scum just targeting him than me not killing him and risking getting shot. “ And you keep spinning this idea that he was going to die when HE WASN'T.” You can keep saying this if you want, but when it comes down to it, COD vs TW, it was going to be COD 98/100 times. TW was claimed town and helping search, and had a “confirmed” role, and people generally don’t like lynching him off. COD, on the other hand, hadn’t claimed, had nothing going for him, and the only reason I didn’t vote for him was as I said, I don’t like to vote for people if I’m not sure of their allegiance. Just because “they were tied in votes” means nothing, people change their votes at the last moment all of the time. You see if every game.

[BA-11] A Dance with Dragons - SK Wins
When I flip, you’d do well to kill lww. Come on then! Give me a reason to not vote you! Everything I know and can give has already been laid out. The last scum comes down to me, lww, or Don. Don played his bit all hand until he claimed, which is definitely possible as a scum move, but I think it’s unlikely. He is reacting like he usually does. He hasn’t given me any scum feeling all game. It’s possible it could be him, but I don’t think so. lww was flying pretty regular, and then voted to lynch COD when it was pretty sure he would die anyways, and I believe it was to cover his tracks. I think the “he was found innocent” thing was played up too much, I think it was part of a plan to get him tailored until he was found innocent by the claimed cop, and then have him carry out the kills. He played the “COD and Velocity haven’t claimed yet” pretty well, despite himself not having claimed... That leaves me. I, of course, know I am not scum. I didn’t vote much at all, which is definitely how I normally play, which I admit isn’t always great for town. But when I feel I am confident and resolute in something, I will vote for somebody because I believe it. I believe he is the last scum. Either way, if he by some chance that I think is so small it doesn’t matter ends up being town and I am wrong, I’d rather have a bodyguard s who can stop a kill than a VT, especially this late into the game. That could just be me though.
