Regarding PnW Recruitment Topics
Understandable. It's difficult to avoid responding, so think this was a wise decision.

Politics & War - NPO
Haven't really seen that in action ever and statements/recent actions by certain figures would give a very different impression. I'm not really privy to what base level members happen to be made aware of, but it doesn't seem to be a whole lot since the issue of membership not really being aware of the motivations of higher level figures seems to be a recurring theme. I keep hearing this from base level members when contradictory evidence exists. Along with that, given tS members who don't play CN are primarily recruited to play and join MI6, the denial of a link is kind of specious. It is entirely logical for someone to join a game and play with people they know and like. If you're sat on discord and people are discussing CN would you not go and join them where they play rather than joining. Ah yes, "play" by becoming a tech farm for Chimaera. Please. It is undeniable that tS's existence has benefited MI6 in CN. Even with that not being taken into account, you certainly have let in members who do not leave CN at the door and even go after people on a personal level for CN stuff. Considering we fund everyone's stuff to a certain level and usually spend more on the average new nation than we take in from them, this isn't really as weird as you're making it out to be. There are other programs within the alliance for people to make money and our members have been generous in terms of helping people get started with other money-making ventures if they're willing to be particularly active. Most of us who played P&W before NPO came over have been willing to make sacrifices to grow the rest and the 100% tax rate affects us the most consequently. Most alliances have standard builds, so this isn't unique. I've listed other alliances if it's a deal breaker for some. A tech farm for chimera is no worse than being a mindless drone in PnW, buying what you're told to when you're told to with no choice over how to play the game. Roq, I've seen pointless arguments many times, but crying that some people overlap between two groups and those that previously didn't play one game are not playing another is just so horrifically inane I really don't even know where to begin to pull it apart. Well, if you don't want to bring CN to PnW whenever someone brings it up ask them to not. Personal politics is likely to transfer to some degree, as if you think someone it a cunt in one game you'll automatically assume they're a cunt somewhere else. It's just human nature. Choice is limited no matter where you are. Most alliances have certain requirements on what a nation is supposed to do even if there's greater flexibility. Many of us were in an alliance with much lower taxes(27%) and we still had rules we needed to follow so no one was able to do whatever they wanted with their nation or they wouldn't get loans or grants. Some of our members have taken initiative and made their own money and spent it how they wanted to. There is always opportunity for individual initiative within the system. The characterization of our members as drones is really inaccurate. The point of standardized builds and such is to take the work out of everything rather to impose control. It's really not inane when people deny a connection between two alliances. If an alliance has a large chunk of its membership and gov derived from an alliance in one game and members are also recruited to the initial game, there's nothing else to really think. That's not really how it works. These people are pretty adamant about carrying their issues over. You can say human nature, but it's supposedly supposed to be left at the door. When a fundamentally anti-CN alliances I don't like /CN people I don't like/ tone seems to be coming from somewhere and it's reflected in actions, it's not going to be ignored.

Well, while we prefer you join us, DEIC(Grayshadow is in it), UPN(Aenir), VE(Aristotle is in IRON), Alpha(since you like NG), are all cool destinations. realistically, this community is already so big, it will never be banded together into any other community that doesn't enhance the IRON community itself. If you want to get more IRON players playing the game, it will have to be under an IRON community, certainly not a NPO one. I mean, that's entirely up to you. As long as one doesn't exist, then we're presenting ourselves as an option. I mean, this wasn't really said when Blade was recruiting people to MI6/Sparta's PW alliance. Haven't really seen that in action ever and statements/recent actions by certain figures would give a very different impression. Politics & War - NPO
IRON is a great community and we would love to have more of you on board. Most of our members are from CN NPO, but we have contingents from other Oculus alliances. VE has been around for a long time, but other than them and possibly Alpha, NPO has been the destination for Oculus gov. Grudges from CN seem to be carried over so we ideally would like people we are close with in CN to be close there with us too in terms of their chosen destination. Otherwise, they might end up helping someone get their revenge for things that happened in CN. The current war has been very telling in this regard. We're currently at war, but for newer players, it won't affect them much. We are fighting against people who have been around for a lot longer and were attacked 2:1 early on, so our results haven't been pretty. The war mechanics favor the attacker so if you have an initial advantage and a statistical advantage, it's almost impossible for someone to fight back. These are changing, however. The NPO in CN and other worlds has been through difficult times that were a lot harsher like the terms imposed in several conflicts, so as an organization we have shown an ability to bounce back and overcome. Personally, I spent most of my time as anti-NPO in CN and had had a hand in a lot of conflicts that were targeted at them and I was always impressed by their ability to come back after a loss and become the #1 alliance again. They were able to outlast any political climate. Most people who opposed them simply did not have the ability to keep it up and NPO was able to overcome years of adversity. Our iteration of NPO has the same potential.

So who wants a browser game with more life than CN and functional (unlike nationsgame)?
I mean that would have been cool especially if it had avoided IRONers hitting us, lol.

Also if anyone remembers MK, they made an alliance over there named the The Knights Radiant and they get really pissed off when you call them MK despite having Azaghul and IC in gov.

The new cadet we have. And I was almost for BK by their welcome message. Very convincing. I actually really wanted to join UPN. When I first played CN in 2009-2011, I joined an old alliance called Deinos, and always was in UPN. I came back after 4 years and UPN was gone. I forgot most the mechanics to the game but quickly picked it up. I seen UPN at PW and was half tempted to join. It's not really the same UPN. Most of it is people they recruited in-game. We allied them recently though and now it's also being used as another justification to attack us and they preempted UPN too. Ironically BK is their ally and BK has a history of attacking UPN allies.

So we got hit by the two MI6 alliances, The Syndicate and BK. P&W NPO Request for Assistance IRON members, The Politics and War New Pacific Order branch would like IRON's support for its survival as it has been declared upon by two alliances, the Syndicate and Black Knights, controlled by MI6 members. The alliance has been attacked by people wishing to wipe NPO because of its existence and success in Cyber Nations. These are people who seek to make up for their failings in CN and they have pursued retaliation for the recent declaration on them. For those unaware, the Politics and War New Pacific Order alliance was the 8th strongest alliance in the game rankings and consists of approximately 100 members from the NPO, Umbrella, Sengoku, the Grand Lodge of Freemasons, and a few other Cyber Nations alliances. This screencap expresses common attitudes. It's not a threat by him, but it's how players see it. While having people join who can commit to being active once or multiple times a day would be ideal, less active people would still be useful for generating resources for Pacifica so we can sell them to rebuild or for making refined resources. Obviously, anyone able to contribute more time will have more things which they can do. If you have a lot of time on your hands to grind, there is a baseball thing in-game that can be lucrative. Here's how you can help: 1. Register on Politics and War. You can list Lord of Darkness in the referrer field so we can get additional money for the alliance to utilize for building up people's nations after the war. 2. Create your nation. Set your continent to Australia (gives certain resources) and stay on the color beige for now (it is similar to the starting out peace mode in CN). 3. Register on the P&W NPO forum and follow the application tutorial. Be sure to mention that you are from IRON or message Goddess Hestia so your application be processed quicker. 4. Complete the in-game Objectives to grab some quick start-up cash and build a 2nd city. 5. Start growing your cities like this: +480 land+90 infra+1 Coal Power Plant+1 Coal Mine+100 infra+2 Coal Mines+100 infra+2 Coal Mines+100 infra+1 Coal Mine+1 farm+100 infra+1 farm+1 coal mine+1 bauxite mine or barracks 6. Wait for further instructions of what you should be doing after becoming a member. Contact Roquentin, Auctor, SynysterGates, Lord of Darkness, or Frawley if you need help applying or have other questions pertaining to joining Politics and War. Thank you for your support. We also have a discord so if you're on the IRON one, it'll be easy to get on another.

It's not a big deal. Yeah. If you use a resource build,it's faster. Since we invest a lot of money in new members who join, we usually take a bit to vet them.

If you apply to NPO, this works for intiial builds. The Syndicate already had a leak of this published so it doesn't hurt to post here. It was posted in response to threats made by several people and militarization by other alliances. The advice is still solid though in terms of our current purposes.

Thank God dude. They're potentially hitting us and a lot of it has to do with the MI6 war in CN.

I would get on that sooner than later since the later you join, the more disadvantaged you'd be. We're dealing with a year+ disadvantage already. We'd be willing to help out an IRON alliance.

Also we play on the test server too. It's a faster paced version so if you're very active it's pretty fun. http://alex.politicsandwar.com
