Texas Justice II - GAME OVER!

so two would be the logical choice. unless mole didn't realize that the mafia could win without any miskills by a townie meaning that there are three mafia which means they've more or less won now that i've said all this...

Otherwise the first 2 townies that shoot other townies would lose the game.

So in the next few days, let's choose the shootee and shooter.
I'll post more on Tuesday (spending Easter weekend with family)
CD.
Noted. You don't be prodded until wednesday if you're inactive, but let's hope it doesn't come to that.

How about picking the first shootee based on inactivity?

Anyway...
Narsis' plan sounds like a good one, mathematical and logical.
It seems to take some of the mystery our of the game though, IMO less fun.
I've never played mafia here though, maybe I just am unaccustomed.
I'm excited to see how this plays out.
I would contend with KevinH's idea about killing inactive however. Because they're inactive I think it makes little sense to kill them for two reasons. First, if the remain inactive they remain without a threat. I doubt they will come back pistols blasting and take someone out. Thats speculation of course, it just wouldn't seem appropriate. Second, there is already a plan for dealing with inactives. If they are indeed inactive (not just scum hiding out) then, Mole will deal with them. We should concern ourselves with possible threats in the game. Eliminate players that pose a foreseeable threat rather than ones who...fled town after the shootings.

As far as inactives go, in a normal game, they don't really pose much of a threat at all, but in this game, every townie without a used bullet hurts us. Which I'm guessing is what Kevin might be getting at when he suggested at.
indeed. even so it seems that most people are activeish barring the usual weekend lull.

I feel the town has a good strategy set in place that will lead us to the best possible win conditions. Now for the next stage I think it would be best if I took out the names of the three people who I feel are almost certainly townies and then make our next move from there.
Protown based off of their willingness to put together a winning pro-town strategy.

Victim #1 vgmmaster - call it a hunch but she seems to be one of the only ones who did not endorse the towns winning strategy. Added to that, she tried to cast suspicion on me and also said that there were 2 scum. While this could not get her convicted in court it is a lot more guilty than anyone else in the game.
Shooter#1 I'm not sure who should shoot first just yet.

About the both scum comment, I already explained about the math and several others have backed me up on that saying that 2 scum is indeed the most likely. Both may not have been the correct word to use, but yet, I feel it still applies in this situation. For me being suspicious on you Mango, all I said was that your comment of not knowing how the town wins rubbed me the wrong way. (post #22 under win conditions for reference). However, you are trying to come up with a way for the town to win (or so it appears that way). All I did was point out potential flaws. It's better to know the weaknesses in a plan then to assume it's all strong and follow blindly.
And you know what. While I won't act obviously as I want people to get their thoughts in, I could see you as being scum Mango. You suggesting that I should be the first to die is interesting. But I look at it this way. While I'm not in disagreement with your plan or Narsis's or Kevin's for that matter, I'm not following like a blind sheep either. I'm trying to raise objections so our plan becomes stronger and not just filled out with random names or whatever. And call me crazy, but the people who are saying that (I agree with whoever) would appear more scummy on my radar in all honesty. Anybody can say that they agree with such and such and try to play it safe as they can, but it takes somebody to voice her opinion, whether for or against a plan. If that gets them killed, so be it, but it's better then saying yes to everything. Saying yes to everything is what scum either want or want to do (depending on which side of the coin they're on). If your scum and the sheep follow you, you can get through with little to no problems for at least a while. But if somebody raises their hand and speaks up, the scum start to sweat. And I think that if I die and your scum, the sheep will follow into your hands, just so you can herd them up and watch them kill each other one by one.
I don't know. I just find it funny how I'm the only one pointing the stuff like this out and the first to possibly be on the chopping block.

I thought that way myself.
On the other hand, this is a typical "nobody knows nuthin'" so to me any target is as good as the next.

I don't know why, but I get the feeling Mango enjoys killing me early. I feel like Ovidius >_> (how's that for an old player reference? ).
