[/i]The people were silent today. Well most were. Those that did discuss the recent happenings threw accusations around at a few people. What really threw people for a loop was AKC and BH. One claimed doc, and the other counterclaimed, and the usual drama ensued. At one point, a couple people started dragging AKC to the noose, only to finally be convinced otherwise, much to the relief of the would be lynchee. In the end, it was Bastille Hades they strung up. A player so vehemently attacking others early on...and now fallen into silence.

 

 

The town was semi-confident that Bastille was mafia. At least enough to string him up. Considering there past failures they had to be right this time...right? RIGHT?!?!?!?!

 

So they strung him up and let him hang.

 

Unfortunately, they were wrong.[/i]

 

 

Bastille Hades, the town's resident Doctor, was hung up to die (get it? dry. die. ... you guys really need a sense of humor(or maybe i do O.o )) Night 3.

 

Day 3 dawns. Day actions in asap please. Day will end sometime Sunday or Monday.

The next was a day of uneasiness. For some reason...no one could sleep. It seemed that their insanity was lifting. For the first time in years they could think clearly and logically. It scared some, but intrigued others.

 

About noon several of the citizens had had enough and had wandered out into the street. To their astonishment, and relief, it seemed that everyone was cured of whatever it was that ailed them.

 

The townsfolk spent all of 5 minutes pondering their freedom.

 

With a chance to once and for all put an end to this dark place, KevinH drew a gun. A well placed shot put ScoutX on the ground, dead.

 

Three of the townsfolk turned in horror to Kevin, but the other two drew their weapons and swiftly put an end to them.

 

In the end only KevinH, Theophilos, and Nerau were standing.

 

"It is done," said Nerau. "The insanity has been destroyed."

 

"No," replied Theo. "It's not all done. Three still remain."

 

"What?" cried KevinH. "I thought that these were all that were...oh..." Realization dawned on his and Nerau's faces. Their faces held that look, almost like a photo, as Theo shot them both. Finally, he turned the gun on himself.

 

The game is over! Congratz to Theophilos(Mafia Godfather), KevinH(Mafia Goon), and Nerau(Mafia Roleblocker).

 

I'll give a full breakdown of night actions and role pm's shortly.

You are uh.../me looks at my notes...Oh right!

 

You are Insane Guy/Gal, a townie. Last day was restful as usual. As you wake your kids up and send them off to Narsis to teach them the meaning of life and what-not you ponder the things that have happened this week. Nothing out of the ordinary, yet all so uncommon. Then again you were always confused as to what was going on, yet understood everything completely.

 

Anyway...this morning after dropping your kids off you heard a scream...not that you could remember what that was. But someone somewhere was making an aweful racket and you wanted them to stop. Might as well go give them a piece of your mind.

 

You find the source of the commotion, one of the townsfolk had discovered a badly beaten body! You must find and kill the person that did this! There is no other way! Grab your pitchfork! Grab your torch! Grab the rope! A lynch mob is forming and someone is going to pay(and you hope it isn't you).

 

You have nothing more then a vote, your only power and yet the greatest power that anyone can hold. Use it wisely. Also you win(the opposite of losing if you couldn't remember) when all threats to you existence are dead or nothing can prevent otherwise.

 

You are the town's Doctor. Your ancestors were the people that ran that "care facility" way back when. Unfortunately, you have become just as insane as the town if not more so. It's been so long that most of the people in town have become insanely insane which is actually turning them back to normal. You on the other hand are still just plain insane...well more out of the ordinary rather then insane.

 

Anyway...what you found when you woke up tonight was...disturbing to say the least. A dead and very badly beaten body. You tried the best you could...but she was already long dead.

 

So you might as well make use of your talents and try to protect those in this town. You got this new really powerful drug that can bring someone back from the dead within hours of their death. Unfortunately...you can't inject yourself(since you would be dead by the time you would use it).

 

You win when all threats to your existence have been annihilated or nothing can prevent otherwise.

 

You are the town's resident Hunter/Tracker. Your family has for generations been masters of the wild, and you have followed in your father's father's father's father's father's(well you get the picture) footsteps, with an included superiority complex.

 

This morning after hearing a scream you went into tracker mode and followed the footsteps of others in the town to the source of the scream(why you didnt just follow the scream itself is unknown to me). You found a badly beaten and dead woman, as well as a crowd of people. Best show them all who is boss and who is gonna save this town from whoever did this.

 

Putting your tracking skills to use you can follow a person's footsteps during the night and see where they went. You won't know what went on there though.

You are all members of the local mafia club. Actually you are the creators of the local mafia club. Over the past week or so you have all found yourselves becoming insanely insane...and have found that you are now completely sane. Unfortunately, due to your upbringing you don't quite know how to live other then the insane way they do. So you lie awake at night pondering what to do...

 

Last night KevinH, the groups resident goon and go to killer, decided enough was enough. Getting up he went for a stroll in the daylight, a move considered taboo by most of the town's residents. He was somewhat on edge, having not gotten any sleep the past week, when he ran across that flower lady. If she hadn't surprised him then he wouldn't have killed her. But she did surprise him...and he did kill her...with his bare hands.

 

As he headed back home, unsure of what to do next, Theophilos, the groups Godfather and guy with a plan, approached him. He had seen what Kevin had done and was impressed. He had decided to confront Kevin and ask him to join his group he was forming...

 

"Good afternoon Kevin."

 

"What? Who are you?"

 

"I'm Theophilos. I saw what you did back there and must say I was quite impressed. You are just the man my group needs for it to be complete."

 

"What do you mean group? And why do you need me?"

 

"You are not the only one that has once again embraced what is know as sanity. Last night I found another wandering the streets and brought him home. I myself have been sane for over a month. During this time I have come to the conclusion that what has happened here is an abomination and must be destroyed, at all costs to our own lives. These people deserve nothing less then death. Which is why I need you. The other i found, a man by the name of Nerau, is a stealthy and dangerous guy. Wielding a baseball bat he can easily put a man out of conciousness and make our job easier. However, we didn't have someone that could finish the job on another target. That is where you come in."

 

"So why don't you do it?"

 

"Simple. I'm far too valuable to go around getting my hands dirty. Think about it...if all three of us are always out at night...then we run the risk of all three of us getting caught. By staying back myself I can easily cover my tracks and make my position unknown to those who would stop us."

 

Kevin pondered this for a while. The offer was tempting and the guy was right. These people needed to be put out of their misery. Death would be a mercy for them.

 

"Alright. I'm in."

 

"Good. Come. We will meet in my house for the rest of the day and discuss our plans. In the meantime here is a weapon for you to use."

 

Taking the gun from Theophilos' hand, Kevin realized that this...this was his calling. The angel of mercy...the bringer of death. It was who he was...and who he would be.

You guys win when all threats to your existence...and that of sanity in itself...are put out of their misery or nothing can prevent otherwise. Keep in mind that if you reach 50% of the town you automatically win if nothing can prevent it.

Note: i received no actions from the 2nd tracker(ScoutX). even so i don't think it would have made a ton of a difference. the mafia played a good game. the town...not so much. although i did kind of throw a wrench in there with two docs(and two trackers too ) i expected between the two of them to at least stop one nk. even so...the town had at least 3 days to catch at least one scum.

 

there was also another...mystery mechanic. however it never came into play so i've decided to let it remain a mystery. i will say that it was related to night actions though.
