While your staring mindlessly at the deed I send my army of ninjas up the hill and before you know it I'm on the top of the hill with the deed and your on the bottom

Upon observing the lack of order on the hill, I set up a political party called the "Justice Party" of which a cornerstone of it's policy was to restore law and order to the hill. It won a landslide in the Hill's legislative elections and I as it's leader was made king of the hill.

i send in nato my hill

I establish a resistance movement on the hill that drive out Nato. As such I am made king of the hill.

i nuke your hill and build my own hill they for i am king

So you are king of a different hill!

I remain king of THE hill. Even if it is a radio active wasteland.

i attack your hill form my hill so your hill is not a hill anymore
