KevinH unless you still have logical reason to lynch eva id say unlynch now
Convince us why they are worth a vote right now do you have info the town could use or are you hiding the fact that you have plans?

The only thing I know about Nerau/Eva999 is that they were inactive and are now replaced.

Also of interest is the vote and unvote by Rafay and the defenses by Cam177, OrangeRush7, and Beebs.

(Are they townies keeping a known townie alive? Or are they scum trying to influence votes away from one of their own?)

Nevertheless, I don't see eight votes accumulating to secure a lynch so I'll just welcome Eva999 to the game.

Unvote: Eva999

We're glad to have you!

The game is large enough that we aren't quite forced into taking a chance on a lynch yet.

Vote: No lynch

Welcome Eva!

so far, we don't know that much, but we are pretty sure there is some sort of vigilante/serial killer in the game. And we also know that everyone has some sort of disorder and there is probably a cop role or something like that which is able to find these out.

It seems your trying to point fingers. You keep going after people who are inactive which is understandable but when they come back you still want them lynched

Hey guys, glad to see a spot open up just in time for my vacation to end! I have company over today but I'll read over the thread tonight when I get the chance so I can post before the day ends.

I'm not jumping votes. I just didn't want to vote for Nerau cuz he was being replaced already. And I think ccbal looked scummy.

Oh and this time I ain't doing no reverse-reverse psychology.

Sounds like reverse-reverse-reverse psychology to me. :P

Unvote: Nerau

Vote: Eva999

Just because the player changed, it doesn't mean the affiliation of the character changed.

If Nerau was worth a vote, then Eva999 is worth a vote.

Convince me otherwise.

I won't dwell here because you already changed you mind. However, I want to point out that I disagree. Total inactivity is the fault of a missing player. Checking in once every three days could indicate scuminess because they could be trying to be elusive without being more active; it indicates more of a playstyle potentially based on the role. If they're just plain not there then the indicates something about the person behind the keys, not the role they're playing; lack of activity is not the same as low activity.

Welcome Eva!

Hopefully, and I agree probably, there is a cop. We may no longer have a vigilante, if we did at all, because they could very well have been a one shot.

I doubt that a one shot big would waste his chance so early in the game.

We also need to start lynching soon before we get picked off 1 or 2 at a time. This is why I like day 1 lynches because it helps you get voting patterns. I'm afraid were going to wake up tomorrow with less townies and still be as clueless as we are right now.

I was hoping to avoid a no lynch tonight. It was a good strategy on Day 1 (gave us the info that there are likely 2 anti-town factions), but we should no longer sit on our asses. Especially if we have a serial killer.

Vote: Rafay

Why him? He's jumping votes and fails to give a reason for them despite my asking.

Honestly im less concerned with him and more concerned with KevinH. Not to mention when we were going to lynch johngato for inactivity he was all against it because we were getting a replacement but when it came to Eva he wanted to lynch even though we were getting one.

vote:KevinH

I favor no-lynching on day 1 because nobody knows anything and it's essentially random.

I favor lynching on day 2 because somebody knows something and we can use voting subtleties in the future.

Nerau seemed like as good a candidate as any to lynch. We obtained the voting subtleties when he was the prime candidate.

When Eva999 replaced Nerau, that changed nothing regarding the affiliation of the character.

Eva999, just like Nerau, is as good a candidate as any to lynch.

However, it seemed apparent that the eight votes required to lynch were not forthcoming and I am ready to let players learn something during the night.

So I changed my vote to no-lynch. If indeed it is 10 townies to 4 scum, then tomorrow I'd rather have 2 less townies rather than 3 less townies.

Other than Electric Mango sharing that he got probed, nobody has shared any info regarding the night. If the cop investigated and discovered a townie, that information doesn't really justify revealing his role, so a lynch right now is essentially random except that the cop could step in if we were about to lynch the known townie.

Speaking of subtleties, we now have Cam177 redirecting attention away from Rafay and toward me. The plot thickens ...

Hey guys, how about instead of arguing with each other like the scum want, we pay attention to the people in this game who don't post much, and when they do there isn't really anything to help the game along. I've looked back through all the posts, and ABigDeer and Alternate_tree haven't really posted that much, and every time they do, it's just agreeing with someone else or just something that doesn't help the game at all. also, Alternate has used the "this is my first game so i dont know what i'm doing" excuse like twice. just putting my thoughts out there...

FOS: ABigDeer

FOR: Alternate_Tree

True. However, I think that is just Rafay, not an indication of his scumminess, but I suppose that is similar to what we all said last time...

While he's changed votes, he hasn't been obnoxious or trying to get bandwagons to much about it, so I don't think he is worthy of a vote.

I disagree. I tried to explain reasoning for that in an earlier post. However, you're not going to get a second vote from me. While it might tempt me more in a later game if you're otherwise implicated, you're entitled to your opinion here.
