[KZ-02] SANE END: Madness Metropolis

Regarding Rafay (or really anyone else for that matter), I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume that they play, like me, the same whether I'm scum or townie.

That said, the fact remains that he did vote to lynch a now-known townie so he's under inscreased suspicion in my book.

im not trying to take attention from rafay but quite a few others i seem to remember voting for Johngato. Such as Imran Ehsan, OrangeRush7, reign of terror, me, Rafay, Daimos, ccabal86. In the end there were only 3 votes placed on people: one placed on Kevin by nerau and two on johngato by daimos and Rafay so it was not just rafay it was quite a bit of us to just look at Refay is wrong.

This was the peak of votes for JohnGato:

VOTE COUNT

JohnGato (6): Imran Ehsan, OrangeRush7, reign of terror, cam177, Rafay, Daimos L-3

BeeBs (1): Electric Mango

Daimos (1): Angel Cruz dela Sant

KevinH (1): Nerau

Nerau (1): ccabal86

No-Lynch (1): KevinH

Not Voting (5): ABigDeer, Alternate_Tree, BeeBs, JohnGato, Xx Karl xX

With 16 Alive, 9 is needed to lynch.

BeeBs correctly points out that if they were all townies, then the mafia could have piled on and forced the lynch. I'm sure there are some misguided townies in the mix, too, but it would have been to the mafia's benefit to have JohnGato lynched.

Since no-lynch appears not to have popularity, I'll vote according to my previous scientific analysis.

Unvote: No-lynch

Vote: Reign of Terror

ok...i see that apparently no one cares about the inactive people, so i guess that will have to wait until later...since no one cares about those, i think the next best place to try and find scum is to look at the votes like Beebs is saying. although i'm not so sure about his prediction of rayfay and orange. i think the scum would have waited a little to join in on the vote, but not waited too long, so i'll go with Kevin and

I don't mean to downplay the involvement of those players in the slightest. However, the prevailing D1 wisdom was to lynch and inactive, which is probably the best place to start on D1. Rafay and OrangeRush both seemed to have other motivations, although OrangeRush to a much lesser degree. He more or less towed the line.

Vote: Rafay

I'll cite my previously mentioned reasons. Suffice to restate: (1) the comment on his JohnGato vote is quite suspect; (2) he voted for a known townie; and (3) his voting pattern is erratic. Last time I gave these indications the benefit of the doubt and it was a mistake.

(2) he voted for a known townie -The townie was no known at the time so you cant play that in

I think the point is that we can look at the vote after the fact.

If JohnGato had been shown to be scum then all those that voted for him would be getting credit as pro-town players -- assumption being that the scum would not want to lynch one of their own.

Certainly, the townies don't know beforehand (usually) whether the lynch candidate is scum or not, but the scum do know, and we can use the results to make future decisions about lynching.

okay then daimos is just as bad as rafay in that sense
CC you did as well why are you hiding that?

I'm not a mafia guys if you lose me you will lose alot. Believe me. That's how I play suspicious or not. Don't let my last game influence your votes please. For Town's sake.

The problem with this is that anyone can say that. But if your role is REALLY that important, maybe you could roleclaim? It's still better to do that now and take the chances on a nightkill (we probably have a doc of sorts who may protect you) than to die now to a lynch.

Reason I voted for JohnGato was because he was inactive. I was made to understand that lynching an inactive benefits us. /shrugs.

I actually voted for Nerau, then no lynch. Look it up :)

Oh sorry about that was looking in the past posts and saw you had voted and assumed it was Johngato

To me it sounds like there are a lot of people just throwing votes for misdirection, but again I do think a lynch is the only option for the day and to hope for the best. Reign of Terror hasn't defended himself against the multiple votes for him, and so my vote is currently in favor of him

Reign of Terror

unVote:KevinH

If it looks like someone isnt going to defend then they are of no use they offer no way to convince meaning they are either a newb and i dont think Reign of Terror is new so he is hiding something.

Vote:Reign of Terror

I've already roleclaimed not much more defending I can do than that.

What role did you claim where what does said role do DEFEND YOURSELF

Sorry everyone, I've been really busy the past few days and haven't had time to get on. Anyways, here are my thoughts over the past few days.

First of all, in response to BeeBs saying I looked suspicious voting for JohnGato on Day 1. I voted for him for the same reason others voted for him. He was inactive, and was not helping out the town in any way. I guess the way I stated my reasons sounded a bit scummy, but I was truly voting for him just because he was inactive. I believe that I unvoted once we had decided a no-lynch was the way to go for the first day.

Anyways, over the past few days, Rafay has seemed to stand out the most as being a possible scum. While I understand that his playstyle is like that, I don't want a repeat of what happened in Kaardoli. He has seemed scummy, so I will probably vote for him, unless he claims the important townie role he was talking about earlier.
