1. I didn't "watch," I "tracked"
2. If you think EM is a lightning rod, then he didn't go anywhere. I claimed my target didn't go anywhere. Where's the disconnect?
3. Why do you think he used his powers? Because you claim you targeted me and ended on him? If you were Town, would you not see the obvious possibility of a bus driver?

I initially voted Blascowicz because I was suspicious why there were not two neighbors. His explanation satisfies that. There has to be a doc in this game or I would have been killed last night and no one else has counter claimed.

Well the question is why hasn't he done a second time.  Is his role a one shot neighborizer?  Does he have any other aspects to his role?  We're debating lynching a neighborizer with Blask at L-1.  I think these questions should be answered.  A full role claim might be nice.

So you are arguing that our "doc" - who actually has yet to prove a save and may not even be responsible for an alive Town lightning rod - is super valuable but that our investigator role is not? Is that what you are trying to hang your hat on?

Or are you just scared because you couldn't kill Daniel last night and now you realize that you can't kill me tonight AND that you are going to be tracked? Yeah. I see why you are so nervous.

I've never played with a lightning rod before so I'm not 100% sure [more like 95%] on how night action resolution would work in this situation but:
"The Lightning Rod passively redirects every Night Action to itself. This includes the Mafia's kill as well as all investigations, protections, and so forth. " [source]
So I *believe* a passive protection - like a BP - would also redirect to the lightning rod.  Not sure why it wouldn't since it isn't a vest or something like that.  In my case, I have the Book of the Dead.  So in the event I was killed, the kill triggers a protection from the book - exactly in the same way, I imagine, as if a doc had protected me.  You'd have to ask Daniel how he claims his works.

In reality, the point is likely moot as EM is almost certainly running a scum gambit.

While I obviously can't prove it? I believe they either targeted me or Daniel last night. When they got a no kill? This was their last ditch effort to get a mislynch on the tracker. The way you will know if they targeted me last night is if I get killed tonight. That means they targeted me last night and it went through. If that happened, EM was obviously NOT a lightning rod. If Daniel is killed tonight then HE was targeted last night and thus EM is obviously not a lightning rod. He will undoubtedly claim "scum blocker!"  But that's silly.  If there was a scum blocker, I would have been blocked last night and I wasn't. Bookmark this post for review tomorrow.
