But let's not jump to conclusions, here's to a speedy recovery for a world leader I can actually respect! (I just like his style of politics and decision making, not the actual outcomes necessarily.) Well the Soviet Union did have a history of announcing their leader was ill, and then several weeks later stating they had actually died and withheld the information to prevent panic.
