it could be as well that both of you are town and just have different views, or both of you could be scum. A lot of people are already probably going to use their night action. Making this game be really fast. I'm thinking half of the players will be gone by d2.

Oh either way town should win.

How about a new plan?

One problem with my original plan is that the scum would agree to it if they know that it would provide a win for them or they would argue against it if they know it would provide a loss for them.

Another problem is that it includes me as a target.  Either you trust me that I'm a townie or you don't.

Finally, rather than alphabetical, I think we should assign targets based on something relatively random, but available to all.  I could assign a stock to each player and then arrange according to the stock performance on a given day.  For example,

Electric Mango = Apple Inc.

iSocialism = Cisco Systems, Inc.

Lyner = General Electric Company

Nenos the Great = Intel Corporation

Rafay = Microsoft Corporation

Road2Victory = Pfizer Inc.

Now players will have to agree or disagree with the plan without the scum knowing whether they will win or lose with it.

Make sense?

Good thing you brought this up, I was just about to stamp you as the scum misleading the town

That said I have not trusted you yet, and including you to the stocklist would be safer for town IMO

Fair enough.

KevinH = JPMorgan Chase & Co.

I think we should get agreement with the plan before we recalculate. It doesn't quite work if everyone doesn't participate.

I'm in.

/cocks gun

Lyner (GE) = +1.24%

KevinH (JPM-Chase) = +0.43%

Road2Victory (Pfizer) = +0.42%

Nenos (Intel) = -0.42%

iSocialism (Cisco) = -0.71%

Rafay (Microsoft) = -1.20%

Electric Mango (Apple) = -3.15%

I prefer the random night action assignment, over the non-random. I just think we need more input for the other guys.

I think we need to have agreement to go with the plan and then set the order after the agreement is made.

Alternatively, if we are not going with the plan, then we should at least discuss whom would make good targets..

This will give us some information to use tomorrow.  Otherwise, it will be the same situation tomorrow but with a few less players.

We need to be cautious, though.  If the scum know which townies are going to be killed by vigilante fire, they can use their kill on somebody else.

So shall we make a vote ?

I vote for the Mexican stand off

I vote for the plan.

I worry about compliance, though, even if we get agreement.

GENERAL RULES
...

• Deadlines will be two weeks if 7 players are alive, and one week if fewer than 7 players are alive. Each night will be two days.

Players that have posted in the last day:

• Electric Mango
• Road2Victory
• KevinH

So shall we make a vote ?

Yes please

I agree to the plan if we can randomize the list

A random plan is good. But who'll come up w/ it?

Kevin's plan is random.

Votecount 1.03

With 7 alive, it takes 4 to reach majority and 2 to reach half-majority.
No Lynch is the current wagon leader at L-3

We should get people to say

"for" which means for kevin's plan, and then emphasis random/not random

or

against.

For me

For Kevin's plan - random

or maybe even state who we would prefer to go after, if anyone at all

I am for the plan and against anyone not for the plan.

I'm even thinking we could improve our chances by limiting the choices of the random selection so that those opposing the plan are not adjacent.

The clock is ticking

As of now only Rafay and R2V haven't made their decision

We should get people to say

For Kevin's plan - random

I don't really care as long as town wins that whats matter. It seems that there is a high chance. it's my bad due to RL issues that is hampering my activities on here

Vote no lynch

we have a better chance with all the town still alive, for once kevin no lynch plan works. Just this once

for plan
