Doesn't that feel a tad over it thou? Coupled with the 1/3rd congress each 2 years you guys just like to run up to elections

All members of the House have to run for re-election every two years, or open up their seat. The Senators have a 6 year term. President every 4 years... and every year we have all kinds of State and local elections, including Governors, Attorneys General, Sheriffs, Judges, and voting on measures for everything from smoking restrictions to zoning laws. We're always voting on everything. It does get monotonous.

Um where are you getting those delegate numbers I keep seen like 51-51, 52-50 or something around these. Are those super delegate numbers? As what I hear those aren't final until the DNC and can flip at any moment. (I actually hate Democrats on this, and can't believe Republicans don't have them yet.) 

 

If Sanders don't win this year it won't be over, people will just get more and more angry with how the whole system is against us and does not support the popular vote. If Hillary Wins she will have to move far left to keep the progressives happy which I doubt she will, she will basically just be another Obama and maybe here and there do something the progressives like but make it very weak and not strong enough.

Yes Robert, it's the super-delegates. Hillary has 451, and Bernie has 19... they are already pledged. This is why I said long ago that the Democrat nomination is already rigged. The super-delegates are party elites, designated, and charged, by the party bosses to protect the party from some lunatic crusader that ignites a popular movement that drives the whole party into the abyss. What I find hysterical is they chose someone like Hillary Clinton as the one to keep that from happening.

 

If you take away the super-delegates, Hillary and Bernie are tied at 51 delegates each, at this point.

We vote for assemblies(Congress equivilant) at one time, who in turn choose Prime minister and Senate. Reduces chances of hung parliament.

Super delegates will not go against primary voters. Hillary had same situation vs Obama. Super delegates do not actually vote until DNC gathering at the end of primary season. Super delegates going against primary voters is a quick recipe for losing general elections and loosing millions of Democrats real quick.

Even Bill Clinton as super delegate had to switch to Obama.

Well I did my part and went in Voted for Sanders in the Texas Primary. I hope Super Tuesday goes well for him. Even though my state is pretty much Hillary winning strong,he is gaining in some states and every vote matters.

Hillary Clinton took a walk to her new statue today in South Carolina... just to see if anything has changed since she planted Bernie in the dirt last Saturday. She was wondering if maybe a toe, or a finger might be working it's way out of the ground. Nope... in fact grass is starting to fill in where the hole was dug.

The beginning of the end for Bernie Sanders, started today in South Carolina. What is more telling is total Democrat voter participation was about 370,000 votes. The Republicans had well over 700,000 votes in their primary. When November comes, and we elect a President, the Republicans can nominate a Basset Hound with "GOP" engraved on the collar... and the mutt would beat Hillary Clinton in South Carolina. Hillary did not win today... Socialism lost.

We are only 4 states, Sanders still has a fighting chance and a few states on Super Tuesday are going his way. And we will see what happens in November just because people don't turn up in the primaires don't mean they won't vote in November. If Trump wins the Republican nomination many Liberals will unite to who ever the Democrats nominee is.

Sanders had a blip in New Hampshire. That was apparent before New Hampshire, and is more apparent now. The media effectively promoted a 2 horse race because races promote viewing numbers. The media coverage of elections is less about honest reporting of the facts and more like a promoter for a boxing match. No promoter talks of "come and see this guy lose, result certain, roll up ladies and gentleman, result certain, only one thing can happen!"

 

On the other hand, you are correct that Trump is a gift to the Democrats as democrats and unaffiliated voters hate him more than any other Republican.

Superdelegates will vote eventually in line with electorates unless Democrats intend to blow up the party and guaranteed election loss for a generation.

You can look at it like that if you wish, but they are pledged to her until they pledge to someone else. After tomorrow, Bernie will be an asterisk, along with Lincoln Chafee... an also ran. The DNC created the illusion of a nomination process. These people were supposed to make Hillary Clinton look good. Says a lot when people like the 74 year old Socialist more than her. At this point there are 2 things that can keep her from being President... Donald Trump and the FBI. Kinda sick and twisted when you think about the big picture... isn't it?

I'd rather see it that nobody wanted to run against the legacy of Obama, cause thats what Hillary is running on. You had Sanders being a Obama³, but nobody in the Democrats really had a profile to run sideways of the current stream of Democrat thoughts. Aint even sure what the #3 guy was even all about, doubt many cared

I've been trying to get into the mood to say something about last night here, but it's not working, so I'll just wing it. Bernie Sanders won 4 states last night. That's 3 more than I thought he would win. Vermont was obvious, Colorado was the pot business, Minnesota is trying real hard to be the odd ball in the room, and Oklahoma was complete hatred for Hillary Clinton.

 

That's pretty bad when the, maybe 12, Democrats in Oklahoma, the most Conservative state in the country, hates Hillary so much they overwhelmingly vote for a Socialist instead. Did it resurrect Bernie form the grave? No. In fact his speech last night sounded like a concession speech, but he's got 40 million new bucks he never earned, all given to him by people who can't afford to give money to a politician... so he'll ride his coffin all the way to the convention.

 

Hillary won 7 states last night. She now has about half the delegates she needs to seal up the nomination.

This is something that's starting to come out. Brian Pagliano, the guy who set up Hillary Clinton's private server, and took the 5th in front of Congress last year, has been granted immunity from prosecution in exchange for testimony by the Justice Department. Interesting.

You keep seeing wins for Bernie as losses but look at what states that Bernie is winning or basically tying in states that the democrats can win in the General election but Hillary only won the 7 Southern States that will basically go to the GOP this November. Yes Bernie will have a tough fight and may not win but there is still a fight to have. If he didn't win in Colorado or Minnesota then yea I would agree that he would be done and buried and Clinton was the nominee. And also as usual there is some concerning things that the Clintons did that happen in Massachusetts.

Robert... you and I are in complete agreement for a change. I feel really bad for the Sanders people. If campaign finance was your only issue, you guys would be supporting Trump. His campaign has been peanuts compared to the others, and it's his own cash. I will never fault you for having hope... it's really the only thing some of us have. Sleep well my friend.

Anyway, thusfar they can only stick a "used government property at home" or something on her no? Seeing as all the "sekritz" were actually backtraced secrets. I can go make your last post a secret and we got the same issue basically
