Auctor told me Rhizo was in NPO.

If you apply to NPO, this works for intiial builds. The Syndicate already had a leak of this published so it doesn't hurt to post here.  It was posted in response to threats made by several people and militarization by other alliances. The advice is still solid though in terms of our current purposes.

It's not a big deal. Yeah. If you use a resource build,it's faster. Since we invest a lot of money in new members who join, we usually take a bit to vet them.

So we got hit by the two MI6 alliances,  The Syndicate and BK. 

 

 

 

P&W NPO Request for Assistance

 

 

IRON members,

 

The Politics and War New Pacific Order branch would like IRON's support for its survival as it has been declared upon by two alliances, the Syndicate and Black Knights, controlled by MI6 members. The alliance has been attacked by people wishing to wipe NPO because of its existence and success in Cyber Nations. These are people  who seek to make up for their failings in CN and they have pursued retaliation for the recent declaration on them. For those unaware, the Politics and War New Pacific Order alliance was the 8th strongest alliance in the game rankings and consists of approximately 100 members from the NPO, Umbrella, Sengoku, the Grand Lodge of Freemasons, and a few other Cyber Nations alliances.

This screencap expresses common attitudes. It's not a threat by him, but it's how players see it.

 

 

While having people join who can commit to being active once or multiple times a day would be ideal, less active people would still be useful for generating resources for Pacifica so we can sell them to rebuild or for making refined resources. Obviously, anyone able to contribute more time will have more things which they can do. If you have a lot of time on your hands to grind, there is a baseball thing in-game that can be lucrative.

 

Here's how you can help:

 

1. Register on Politics and War. You can list Lord of Darkness in the referrer field so we can get additional money for the alliance to utilize for building up people's nations after the war.

 

2. Create your nation. Set your continent to Australia (gives certain resources) and stay on the color beige for now (it is similar to the starting out peace mode in CN).

 

3. Register on the P&W NPO forum and follow the application tutorial. Be sure to mention that you are from IRON or message Goddess Hestia so your application be processed quicker.

 

4. Complete the in-game Objectives to grab some quick start-up cash and build a 2nd city.

 

5. Start growing your cities like this:

• +90 infra

• +1 Coal Power Plant

• +1 Coal Mine

• +100 infra

• +2 Coal Mines

• +100 infra

• +2 Coal Mines

• +100 infra

• +1 Coal Mine

• +1 farm

• +100 infra

• +1 bauxite mine or barracks

 

6. Wait for further instructions of what you should be doing after becoming a member.

I actually really wanted to join UPN. When I first played CN in 2009-2011, I joined an old alliance called Deinos, and always was in UPN. I came back after 4 years and UPN was gone. I forgot most the mechanics to the game but quickly picked it up. I seen UPN at PW and was half tempted to join.

I figured it was different from the UPN I remember. Talked to Altheus and he never even mentioned PnW. Just how CN was dying and he felt it was time for UPN to retire.
