Jons revival was pretty underwhelming. I thought it would be more dramatic.

What is ToJ?

ToJ = Tower of Joy where Ned and team fights the 3 Kingsguard guarding Lyanna. Part of it is in the trailer.

I think the Night's Watch is pretty much dissolved. Most are in jail now, probably awaiting execution. Jon's new army are Wildlings.

I love how they whined that the wildlings are rapists and murders - pot, kettle, black.

I hope they show that jons changed now, I can't remember if they mentioned it in the show but revival is meant to burn away some of the person. Like less of the person is meant to come back each time they're revived. Maybe it wasn't even red, maybe it's some weird magic to do with warging?

Jon will probably escape that fate because his consciousness was in ghost

 

@Lys: I wouldn't say dissolved. Castle black is only one of the castles the watch man's. There's also eastwatch and others. Though not many, there should be a sizeable position of NW in those. The fun thing is, Jon activel y sent his friends away and kept enemies close. So there are more friends outside than inside

There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one you can do...go through his clothes and look for loose change.

I loved it, though it was a little more boring than the episodes so far. I'm eagerly waiting for Jon and Ramsay to fight in the Battle of the Bastards and the part where Jon save Rickon. Really sad about Shaggydog thou

 

Also, Arthur Dayne was a badass. There were supposed to be three kingsguard there with Lyanna though. Maybe Gerold Hightower is in the Tower with Lyanna?

That was the best sword fight in the entire show so far, but there is blood all over both of Dayne's swords when he had only ran one of them through... Howland was only sliced to the ground, which was his only mistake. I catch things that they miss in editing... it's a curse.

To be fair they wouldn't fight with 2 long swords either, and there would be quicker killing blows. The blood and all the others were just for enjoyment.

Ep 03 was pretty boring apart from the ToJ fight.

 

Thoughts on what Jon's next move will be? My thinking is he will decide to go and avenge his brothers. The wildlings will follow him. But as it stands they will get owned pretty bad. Ramsay has his own army along with the Umbers and the Karstarks. Dont think the wildlings will be match for trained fighters while also being outnumbered.

Those are not spoilers. The book hasn't gone up to that point yet. So its all conjecture at this point. I dont think Rickon will survive in the days to come. With his direwolf dead it doesnt bode too well. But well Sansa is still around so we will see.

 

I think in the end, Bran will return to rule Winterfell. He was told that he will leave the cave eventually so he is not gonna end up like Bloodraven stuck inside a tree.

True but wouldn't most the northern people defect to Jon's side because he is the closest thing to a Stark? Especially since his brother is now in the hands of Ramsay, and his sister would probably link up with Jon.

 

It wouldn't be strange for there to be a big war between the two, especially if the Greyjoys support Jon

The less said about the greyjoys the better. I think Ramsay will probably go down, but Euron's reign of terror has just started

Its possible some other northern houses will support Jon but it will probably be because of Sansa. Bastads dont get much respect or value in that world. The hill tribes will also probably support them, but if Jon is leading a wildling army most houses and hill tribes will turn against him. They have been fighting wilding raids for decades.

Theon will have pull if he goes back and wins the kingsmoot. Asha will be able to win the support for him.

If you read the books you know who wins the kingsmoot. I doubt the TV show will divert that much there from the book.

In the books the premise of his win was that he had a penis. In the show, if Theon shows up there will be a male alternative who is also the previous Kings son.
