And about Rafay, I disagree that the lack of defense is indication that he is town. The proof is Lego's wagon. It is more likely that either scums are inactive or both Rafay and Lego are scum, rather than him being town.

 

Heck if I were scum I would let him live so I can use him as scapegoat in later days.

The scum probably didn't save lego cuz he was new and inactive.

 

They didn't save him cause he was a lost cause. He f'd up multiple times and any affiliation to him would've revealed their roles too.

 

Scum dead is bad for the scum regardless of how newbie he was. He could've served as cannon fodder for the more experienced scum in future, but now they have one less man to do that.

I'm a little surprised the discussion about Ali's interpretation of Rhizo and SM's votes went on as long as it did. The clarification helped, but I am not sure it's taken us anywhere useful.

I did however raise an eyebrow at Ali's response to the hypothetical question I dropped onto the end of my last post:

 

I threw out the 'fun question' to see what discussion it would generate, and moreso from others instead of from Ali himself - i.e. to see what scum pairings they might spin based on that premise. No one else took it anywhere that I saw, but Ali's last line felt a bit defensive/lashing out. Perhaps that is just his style, but it did make me pause.

Yeah it took longer because I've forgotten that even though I got the context of my question in my head, for everyone else it was hidden a page earlier. I didn't thought my response to you was "lashing out"...but it surely was possible, as this was a moment I got the feeling I were speaking mandarin noone else understands (probably except Mandarjin, but he's on vacation).

 

Secondly I wouldn't care much about that "double points" thing, but it wasn't the first time and that's what caught my attention. I didn't take it seriously when KevinH awarded SM points for that owl spam post. Second time it spawned my question though, but apparently it flew under the radar for everyone else. It is possible that this is his way of telling he likes SM, but that may also have a deeper meaning.

That's a bit of a stretch to hope inactive buddies do something other than keep being inactive...but I have to agree on a general sentiment that it is possible for everyone here to be a scum.

I think you could jump in and out of inactive wagon without much consequences, especially when there are other similar targets. There could be a scenario with both Wolfpack and Rafay being a scum (though that would be very lucky shot on our part...I'd say to lucky) and possibly 10 other scenarios.

 

Also, as I've checked those wagons didn't last long:

- On 29th it's Mazuurek and Samus.

- At the end of 29th its now Wolfpack and Samus

- On 30th is Samus, Rafay, Wolfpack

- At the end of 1st its now Rafay, Samus

- On 2nd is Lego, Wolfpack, Rafay

 

So to be correct with the facts, we can't say Rafay was in a grave danger. Still I can't help and ask:

Wolfpack - still hasn't explained his actions and Lego's vote on him was meaningless (though to be fair Lego could have not realized that), but I'm not convinced about him now. Were we indeed so lucky that we've been choosing between two scums on D2

Being not sure what actions you wish me to explain it could be difficult, so from day1 I was called for being irrational with fluff posts , as I said I'm new so wasn't sure what was expected of me so I tried to play it for laughs, then realising how serious you take it I had to change tack, hence why later on day 2 I stated to try and be more explanionable, in the back end I was being called for voting for FInster because he voted for me, so I had to defend myself, which I think I did but it seemed to late, why didn't I vote to save myself, that's simple isn't it, I had already been called twice I believe for revenge votes and was kinda fed up with the way I was being treated, so I let the people decide.

Now onto the list people want to hear let's start with those that voted for me

Ali Bin turban, Preston, and Isocialism - any of these could be scum, they all jumped on me with some venom, quoting my randomness as reason to lynch me and stuck to me like limpets even when Rhizo decided that Legoboy was the one for him, maybe they was expecting a scum friend to come in and tie the final noose, but the sword fell on Legoboy even after he joined the lynch me mob., I would say a possible two in these three are scum, my suspicions are Isoc and Ali because they seem to be more pushy about it,

Finsterbaby,- hard to read keeps changing his vote to many times to form a pattern, although he has seem to taken a liking to me.

Sister Midnight - sits on too many fences to be scum for me, seems to be fingered by a couple of people,( her words not mine ) but see no real threat there.

KevinH- seems to want to get rid of the inactives first until then I don't think he will change his vote too much intill threatened himself, still have an inkling he maybe scum

Lyner- if he was scum I think he would have voted to save Legoboy, doesn't count him out mind.

KH- to me knows exactly how he wants to play the game and how to put across his thinking without committing himself too much, not totally sure about him yet

Samus- he put the noose around Legos neck and that's where it stayed probably makes him Townie, Doesn't it?

Mazuurek- to inactive not sure what he's doing but he's not doing a lot of it.

Rafay - i said before the odds of him being scum are pretty high I still think that, but I'm not liking the possible bluff play he used, that he's not worth a lynching or words to that effect.

Seems very likely.  As I've said in other threads, we've known each other fairly continuously for the past 10 years, and have met in RL,  which is more than I can say for anyone else.  He's one of the sexiest men I've met, btw.  Just sayin'.

KevinH - I'm getting a scum vibe out of him, for reasons I can't quite put my finger on. However, since he sticks to his metrics when posting, it makes it difficult. Bears watching.
Lyner - Another one I lean towards scum, tho his analytics seem pro town. Bears watching.
KH - On the Lego bandwagon, but I get a feeling he did so to hide his scumminess.
Samus - Started the Lego bandwagon, actions are pro town. I lean to town right now.
Mazuurek - Inactive to a fault. Has accusations thrown at him yet doesn't defend himself. Very scum like.

 I'm not voting for him because he's inactive but rather the fact that he hasn't provided much info to help the town. I think the only way we can get info from him, is by lynching him and see the results.
