I find it odd that you don't suspect Finster, who locked up the vote and closed the day, but you suspect me, who acknowledged it was a meaningless vote as there were enough votes to lynch by end of day.

What specifically makes you choose Icecream?

I hit the hammer only to end the day, which was about to end anyway, and in fact ended when we expected it to on Friday. My vote really didn't matter at that point, as Rafay was all ready gone.

I hammered him at 10:48am, Day was scheduled to end at 1:00pm, so not significant. We needed the day over with in order for the town to attempt to regroup.

Canik - Involved on Rafay vote. Don't like his latest comment about "concrete" evidence. Just because Rafay is inactive and that's known doesn't mean scum, nor does it mean he can't be replaced. This is a habitual action of Rafay which isn't new this game, so it's not like he has tried to be inactive due to his role. There's a whole lot of "concrete" statement's I could make, they all mean as much as Rafay being inactive. Suspect #2

I didn't say it was evidence just that it was concrete (that he is inactive). What I meant to get at is that we have nothing concrete on anyone at all, so it's silly for Samus to criticize people voting for Rafay because there's nothing concrete on him. It's not like there are other people with concrete evidence against them to be voted on. If you're voting for anyone right now, you're doing it without concrete evidence.

As for it being D2, we have the same amount of mislynches we did yesterday. Thanks to the no-lynchers we got a whole extra day we wouldn't have had otherwise. I'm still not convinced you read & understand the free day math AbT posted. Either that or you're intentionally ignoring it because it throws a big kink into some of your arguments. It is still quasi-D1 for all intents and purposes.

 

 

 

I see no problem with Samus criticizing people voting on Rafay.  And look at that, Rafay was town.  Now, we killed off a town, and have nothing he said to go off of because he didn't hardly post.  There were plenty of others who were contributing and posting and getting reads on, then someone who we know nothing about.  There were people who spoke about who they thought was scum and/or town that we could analyze if they were killed...we got none of that from Rafay.  Rafay could also of looked to be replaced by TW, and should of been, but instead you and others voted him off.  You took the easy vote, one you can simply say "well an inactive hurts town," to downplay it, instead of actually looking into scummish behaviors of others.  The only positive was Rafay was a VT.  

 

Who cares what's concrete, when your "concrete" information does nothing to actually shine any light if Rafay is town or scum.  He's played this way on both roles.  As I stated to you early, I can/could of made all kinds of "concrete" statements, none are helpful just like your "concrete" statement on Rafay.  Of course nothing is concrete, not much is in this game no matter what day it is...but I surely rather vote with some actual suspicion then a shot blindly in the dark.

 

What's concrete is you were on Rafay's lynch who was town.  What's concrete is you did very little to analyze others D2.  What's concrete is you're flirting with my #1 suspect.

Well firstly, my first question would be to Kevin, did you get anything from your PR that would help shine some light on who killed Lyner?  I know you're well experienced, more then me, but I have to suggest that unless it helps with what happened last night you might refrain from presenting it.  If you tracked another PR, we don't want to necessarily get it out there who it is.
 
I told you'll yesterday I was weary of voting Rafay because of his wagons...but you'll continued to do so.  As Samus mentioned, people on that wagon are now more suspicious, as with 9 votes on him, there was scum involved.

d34th - I get a town vibe from, though you and lego need to get over your little fight as I think you both were too quickly to jump on each other and get town vibes from both
 
So that leaves:

FB - To be honest, would really of been stupid of him to vote Rafay at the end when Rafay was already a deadman at deadline if he was scum and be associated with a lynch of a town.  Though this could be his intention to make you think he's town
Isocialism - Same thing as FB
SM - Starting to get more suspicious
1cecream, Canik - Top 2 on my list of suspects at end of D2, both on lynch of Rafay
 
I've already presented where 1cecream contradicted himself early.  He's also made comments about him being new, which to IRON mafia he is.  However, I will have to go back and quote some of his posts, but some as I read them came off like someone who knows the game of Mafia and no stranger to it.  I already mentioned in a earlier post D2 that I would bet one of the new players this game would be a scum, and I already have Lego/D34th feeling more town.  He also was the 5th and important vote on Rafay's wagon, 5th was the amount needed at deadline to lynch (though it ended up having 9 by the end)
 
Canik has also been on my radar lately, and was on the wagon early of Rafay.  Some of his comments have come off scummish, and will go back through some when I get time, but I have a good feeling he's scum, though has tried to paint himself as townish as he can.  Smart player, I've seen him play scum well...I'm just seeing through it.

I didn't necessarily say I suspect you, however I suspect scum to be part of the wagon of Rafay.  So I analyzed the people not on my "townish" list if you'd like to call it that, that was on that Wagon.  I merely was analyzing in what order the votes came in from everyone, FB and Isocialism were the last which certainly didn't matter...you were right in the middle of people not on my list.  Not necessarily saying you're scum...but you were closer to a impact vote then those two.

 

You're reading into my statement more then I meant it to.  It was simply meant to be a cold-hot type of comment where I felt FB/Isocialism were on the cold end of being real suspicious because of what order/number their vote came in...then going down the line you would be "warmer" and 1cecream's/Canik were Warm to Hot.  This certainly doesn't mean you have gained my good graces of believing you're town...but I'm not saying you're in the hot seat at this very moment either...my direction is focused elsewhere.  You're someone I need to look at more thoroughly to help me get a better feeling as I have spent more time looking at others to have a good read on you. 

 

Him locking up the vote really doesn't matter...it wasn't going to change anything if he voted or not. Rafay was going to be lynched and a sudden wagon elsewhere wasn't going to happen, though it should of.  It didn't change the result, nor did it really close the day that much earlier that we were going to learn much more D2.  Now he could of did that for me to think the way I am (as i stated), I'm just merely stating that his vote didn't matter either way.  You'll were part of the lynch of a townie, that is a definite.  

 

I don't know what exactly you want me to say, I feel I already summed up some of my suspicion of 1cecream.

 

1.  He contradicted himself D1.  He started out saying we need to lynch someone, if we don't there's 0% chance of hitting scum.  Then the remainder of his posts were basically saying he was voting No Lynch and ended the day with no lynch.  Like someone told him to shy away from lynching D1 to look more townish.

2.  Seems more familiar of this game by some of his posts then he's leading on.  Some come off more familiar with the game, yet has tried to keep the "new" player in people's head

3.  Hasn't helped give his thoughts that much.  Hasn't scum hunted, hasn't put out his analysis of people.  Was quiet a lot on D2 while the opposite could be said D1

4.  Was on Rafay's wagon.  Was the important 5th vote on it that was needed for Rafay to be lynched at deadline

5.  Just a feeling one of the newer players will likely be a scum.  That means Lego, D34th, Maz, and 1cecream.  2 of those I've written at the moment off as a better chance of being town, so that leaves 2 which includes him.  Not necessarily "proof" on this point, just a feeling that all the new players didn't get lucky to all be town.  Take it as you will

1ceCream has been sus from D1. He jumped on me immediately after I jokingly voted him and as Rhizo said he contradicted himself multiple times. No vote as of yet because I want to hear him explain EVERYTHING

This is an abrupt Icecream bandwagon.  I think Rhiz makes good points, but I'm going to delay on acting here to see what else comes to light.

We are REALLY not doing well this game... loss of a watcher on N1 and doctor on N2 is a horrible run of luck. Those two roles being gone mean the scum are a lot freer to target whoever they want, knowing there won't be a watcher to see them do it or a doctor to prevent it. So any roleclaims from here on out are likely to die that night; which means only roleclaim if you have information you think directly points to one or more scum so we can start balancing out those numbers and buy ourselves some more days.

As for the end of D2:

1. Rhizo apparently posted simultaneously with my last, and I missed it until after the thread locked.
2. Ali responded to Rhizo, but curiously ended with a vote on 1ceCream despite not seeming to have mentioned him at all in that post?
3. Lego commented that 1cecream feels rookie town, and then asked if we can expect power role roleclaims (PR RC) on Day 3...?
4. A rush of late Rafay votes rounded out the day - SM after her quick vote on Finster, iSoc, and then Finster with the hammer. Finster's vote caught my eye not because of the hammer, but because it was the SECOND time he said he was applying the hammer on Rafay.

I am a little surprised at the scum's selection of Lyner; his having forgotten that we'd already lost our watcher struck me as odd, so he might have still been a suspect for me today otherwise.

And apparently Kevin decided to track me last night - I can confirm I did nothing as he reports so it boosts the odds of his claim being real, but it is not a definitive proof on his RC either. There are still very real scenarios where he could be scum - and I have not forgotten the rush of votes for Rafay as Kevin's wagon was gaining traction, either.

Rhizo has apparently been quite active today. His analysis seems to be starting with the Rafay wagon and then excluding people he thinks are town from it. Odds are good that SOME scum are on there, but how many - they would have KNOWN Rafay was town (albeit inactive) and tried to avoid being caught with a vote on a townie.

The 'lead' wagon with all of 2 votes so far is 1ceCream - first from Rhizo, second from Lego. I am curious to see if Ali will join this wagon based on his vote for 1ceCream at the end of D2. Or maybe Ali will vote Finster, since Finster led off with that vote on Ali to start the day.

My suspect list from the end of D2 included D34th, 1cecream, and Wolfpacks. I'm not ready to jump on the 1cecream wagon yet, because Wolfpacks seems more scummy at the moment; the fact that he even temporarily voted no-lynch on D2 was notable, and then shifted his vote to Mazuurek's wagon that had NO chance of going anywhere - it feels to me as though Wolfpacks was looking for a 'safe' place to rest his vote to not be on the 'winning' wagon that lynched a townie.

That is quite odd by Wolfpacks though he was also away for a portion of D2 I think. Also notable is Kevin's "anyone who voted for me is scum no matter how Rafay flips" statement towards the end of D2. I'll dig up a quote here in a minute.

 

It appears that cooler heads have prevailed and the noose is off my neck.

 

In case I get night-killed:

• If Rafay flips scum, look really hard at those that were on my wagon because they almost had a chance to save him, and don't necessarily clear all those that voted for him because it was an easy way to blend in.
• If Rafay flips town, it will be harder to gauge who is scum but still look at those who were on my wagon.  Rafay as a living townie is probably more preferable to the scum than me as a living townie.

I think scum would take the free dead townie and do their best not to make waves. I don't think they'd all be on one wagon, which would imply they are likely on both wagons. However you are instructing the town only to examine the people who were voting for you.

 

You seem to disagree but your play this game has been fairly out of the ordinary, and it still is. Your claim is supported by 2 "we didn't do anything" claims, but thats hardly a confirmation. I'm not contesting your claim but you are walking around like a confirmed townie and saying anyone who ever voted for you must be scum. Thats a pretty noob way to approach scum hunting.

active Let me see how this works, in Samus's view if you are inactive you need to be prodded, well that worked with Rafay didnt it mate, I tend to go on the theory that only half of the scum was on Rafays wagon, as the townies was also involved in lynching Rafay, if KevinH is role claiming and it's true then some may have been on his wagon as well.

Your have to forgive me I'm not into writing long lists on what who done what and who's done this, I read and I listen then I make my mind up which way I'm going to vote, I will interject when I need to.
