At first, I was going on the presumption of 3 scum.

But the night scene mentions "two men pulled out knives".

However, 2 scum seems to low for a game this size.

These are the people left that voted for soj.

Falzis, Electric Mango, Kaziocore, Aquinas, Sir Jesus

Right now...I will focus on them more so than the others (Martino, Theophilos, KevinH).

Falzis - obvious scum choice. He was near the chopping block but managed to persuade others to look in soj direction. His reasoning for soj was weak (the first vote).

EM - has been voting alongside Falzis (the third vote)...not sure what to make of it.

Kasiocore - even less reasoning for voting for soj (his was the 4th vote).

Aquinas - gave a somewhat reason for his vote (the 5th vote).

Sir Jesus - joined the bandwagon (the 6th vote that ensure soj will be lynched...cuz even if I and Nerau voted for Falzis...it would only be 6 votes..a tie...but soj got to 6 first so he gets lynched).

From that... and the assumption that Falzis is indeed scum.

I think Falzis, Kasiocore and Sir Jesus are the scum we are looking for (provided all 3 scum voted for soj).

CD.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The ranking #1 mafia player has arrived.

Welcome, CanucksDynasty!

Thanks but vgm holds that #1 spot.

;)

3 scums in a 12 player game?

Isn't that unfair for the townies?

It is fair for the townies.

If it was only 2 scum...then one lucky lynch and it would be almost impossible for scum to win.

But back to the game...

@ Kaziocore - what reasoning did you have for voting for soj (other than you think he was scum)?

I thought it was odd that it only mentioned 2 killers as well. I would think in a game this size that there would be at least 3 mafia. It seems pretty obvious that we don't have a serial killer, so only 2 bad guys seems pretty low. The only thing else would be if there were 2 sets of bad guys with alternating night kills but that's a bit of a stretch.

Also the death scene mentioned a "weak" doc. This would suggest that we have a "strong" doc as well. Add in our dead cop and that would be 3 pro-town power roles. I doubt the town has a vigilante so it's going to be up to us to get good lynches from here on out.

I also believe that at least two scum voted for sojourner.

Falzis, Narsis, Electric Mango, Kaziocore, Aquinas, Sir Jesus

Narsis was obviously not scum so that narrows it down to five others, myself included.

I'm going to have to go back and read everything again from day 2 to see if I can pick up on anything that looks suspicious.

I just thought that the cop died because of him but it turns out he wasn't a scum...

and well he posts seldomly but it turns out he has some real life problems or something

but my first vote on him in the beginning was a joke

that's why i withdrawn my vote for him in the beginning

I don't agree with that logic. With evidence that there is probably another doc (STRONG)...it is possible that we have a SK. One that is hiding (not killing in order to avoid detection from mafia and townie). Otherwise...why would there be 2 docs + 1 cop with just 3 mafia scum? Given the clues...I'm guessing 2 mafia + 1 SK.

Damn, damn, damn...

I was sure that sojourner was scum, he easily had the most substantial evidence against him. And now two of our power roles have been eliminated.

We need to tread carefully these next couple of days. If there is a "strong" doctor out there, please try to keep your identity as secret as possible. I know that sounds stupid, but the scum have been doing way to well to be lucky.

Also, I'd like to keep our minds open to the idea of 2 enemy factions. This is mostly based on the fact that there were only 2 killers in the described scene, and I feel that a single scum faction of 2 would be too weak and unbalanced. Also, if there is a vig that has been silent so far I'd recommend that you make the most educated guess and do the dirty tonight. If this trend continues, we will be done for.

Also, I noticed something that nobody picked up on:

Alive and Stable

Theophilos

Nerau

Sir Jesus

Calderone partyin01 CanucksDynasty

Narsis

Electric Mango

Martino

Falzis

Kaziocore

KevinH

Aquinas

Alive and STABLE? I wonder if someone here has the ability to make someone unstable? And what would that curtail?

I can confirm that Stable is purely for flavour. There is only alive or dead.

There are no special mechanics in this game. -M

@ Sir Jesus - from the people who voted for soj....please name 2 people that you think are possible scum.

@ EM - same thing please.

@Kaziocore - so who among the people that voted for soj do you suspect as scum...please name 2.

Might as well name two my self: Falzis and EM (I promissed a FoS - well here it is ...).

I'm not gonna repeat everything about Falzis ... the fact that sojourner died just additionally confirmes my suspicions, I had a hunch about EM 'cause of all the support he was giving Falzis, that hunch is now a FoS.

@Kaziocore - so who among the people that voted for soj do you suspect as scum...please name 2.

Although I hate to admit it, I have a feeling that Falzis and Sir Jesus would be the two that I would pick if I had to make the decision right now.

I had really strong feelings of Falzis being pro townie but I'm now thinking that I could have been duped the whole time. His playing style reminds me of my own, being aggressive, posting often, and so on. I thought he was acting in a very pro town way but whenI go back and re-read his posts in a suspicious light I can see how he could be scum. ( This could be true of anyone but Falzis has drawn the most suspicion out of everyone for various reasons already mentioned. )

Sir Jesus hasn't really done anything "scummy" but I just get a weird feeling about him. He put on one of the final votes to pretty much guarantee that soj. would be the one lynched. Either that or he just threw his vote in with the rest of the crowd to play along. Either way he's playing too close to the vest. Also on day 1 and day 2 he's been unusually quiet. I know he had medical issues so this may give him a pass but I still expect more from him after he said he was feeling better. Even when he does post he doesn't really say anything too controversial.

No one asked for my opinion, which makes me a little sad...Here it is anyway:

I'm not so convinced that Falzis is scum. His voting on Day 2 shows no bandwagoning. In fact, his votes jump around and seem to point to him examining a series of viewpoints and challenges. I haven't noticed anything particularly scumy about him. However, I am interested in his reaction to his post about how confident he was with Sojourner. Seeing that we aren't clearing anyones name now, where does this leave us according to his logic. I don't feel like that was a such a coordinated attempt to get us all on Sojourner. I think it was more genuine than that. It doesn't seem that he was intentionally misleading further, his case was built on reason not feeling which leads me to believe he is not looking to pull our bloodthirsty lynch desires, which would seem appropriate for a scum. However, I am impressed with Martino, Theophilos and KevinH's conviction and their continued lynch vote in light of all other evidence. What made you so convinced and what locked you down? I'd like to get a better opinion on him.

I'm not so impressed with Electric Mango so far. I'm not close enough to call him scum but, I am uncertain about his pattern in voting. He jumped over on Nerau out of no where and I remember not being to sold on his reasons at the time. He seems townie enough but, I think my judgment is a little clouded because he seems to have solid experience and being new, that throws me off a bit.

I'd say the most two likely scum are Sir Jesus and Kevin H. Sir Jesus based on his voting pattern and activity. He stuck with Kevin H right up until the end and finally finished off Sojourner. This is a risky call for him because this reflects my voting pattern as well. However, I find our cases to be a bit different. I don't feel that I have heard enough from Sir Jesus to justify is flop to Sojourner at the end. Based on his low amount of rationale and late day vote flop i'll rest my suspicion on him for now. As for Kevin H, I know I have been on his case all game and thats why I'm sticking with him now. He has just rubbed me the wrong way all game. Going back to day one, he didn't cave and hop on with the lynch strategy the rest of us townies needed. On day two I feel like he did a poor job of keeping up his own defense and building a respectable case against Falzis.

@ Aquinas - Sir Jesus and KevinH being scum buddies doesn't make sense. Why would SJ change his vote if no scum was at risk of being lynched? Being the defacto lynch vote brings so much attention. The only reason I can think of scum placing that vote is if his partner was at risk of being lynched.

CD.

However, I am impressed with Martino, Theophilos and KevinH's conviction and their continued lynch vote in light of all other evidence.

...

I'd say the most two likely scum are Sir Jesus and Kevin H.

...

As for Kevin H ... Going back to day one, he didn't cave and hop on with the lynch strategy the rest of us townies needed.

So in hind sight, you wish you had lynched Sojourner on day 1?

I haven't said it yet, so here goes: "I told you so!"

(that probability favored lynching a townie day 1)

I guess that Falzis is really a scum. When he has like 4 votes already he tried to change our attention to sojourner instead and he succeeded.

But I also suspect EM of something. I noticed that both voted together on D1 (maybe if they were both scum they were planning to do this and reason that they are not scum because it would be too obvious) also in D2. And I haven't seen EM and Falzis voting for each other. Also KevinH I think said that EM was a townie in a previous game so his chance of being another townie would be decreased. But I could be wrong with this stuff because I'm just new to this game or something.

My top 2 potential scum are Falzis and Electric Mango.

Also KevinH I think said that EM was a townie in a previous game so his chance of being another townie would be decreased.

I wasn't being serious about previous roles influencing future roles.

Q: If a coin is flipped 10 times in a row and comes up heads 10 times, what is the probability that the next flip will be heads?

A: 50%

I just thought that the cop died because of him but it turns out he wasn't a scum... and well he posts seldomly but it turns out he has some real life problems or something but my first vote on him in the beginning was a joke that's why i withdrawn my vote for him in the beginning

Why didn’t you say so when you voted for him? You said your vote was only to put some pressure on him. As I’ve explained before, there was already enough pressure on him. Also, if I place a vote to put some pressure on someone, then I want them to explain a certain situation or answer a question. However, it also means that they can still give me an acceptable answer and get me to unvote. Judging from this post, you were intent on lynching him. So could you please explain why you chose the wording of your vote post the way you did?

The first night, the most active person was killed.

The second day we lynched someone who was mostly inactive.

The second night, a player who was scheduled to be replaced was night killed.

I see no connection, so why did you post this? It just seems to distract from the more useful discussion.

@CD I'll give my opinion on all five remaining sojourner voters.

Falzis. There is still yesterday's contradiction. But more importantly, I am suspicious of him because of the last lynch. He was at 4 votes and the clear lynch target when he made his case against sojourner. I did not feel that the case against sojourner was strong. In fact, I pointed out that it was held together by a few, in my opinion, flawed assumptions. Yet, he got five others to quickly vote for sojourner. Of course, not all five of these could have been scum, so his case must have appealed at least a little to some townies. Still, I feel that there is a good chance that the scum saved their scum buddy there. I simply cannot see 5 townies vote so quickly for a relatively weak case.

Electric Mango. He has been playing like his usual self, but like someone else already pointed out, he plays the same way town or scum. I disagree with his vote on Sojourner, but he was the second to vote. Would he really vote immediately after his scum buddy? I doubt it, what if the rest of the townies would see right through their case? That would certainly cause them some problems. So that leads me to believe that they are not both scum. Also, he and Falzis have been buddying up since D1 and I doubt scum would play it this obvious. Therefore, if Falzis turns out to be scum, I doubt EM is his partner. On the other hand, if Falzis turns out to be town, EM would probably be a good next target. But for now I believe Falzis has the higher chance of the two to be scum.

Kaziocore. I’ve already made most of my case against him above. But overall he just doesn’t seem to be contributing much. I especially dislike him jumping on the bandwagon the way he did. Even if both Falzis and Sojourner were townies, it could have been a great way to first get Sojourner lynched and then Falzis next. The only concern I have is that he is a new player and he may not actually be thinking as much ahead as I am assuming.

Aquinas. The only one on the bandwagon of whom I am not really suspicious. His timing was supicious, but that was just about it. He has made some great content posts and he did have a decent reason for voting for Sojourner.

Sir Jesus. Has been a bit too quiet for my taste, but he has, of course, given a valid explanation. I don’t like the fact that he put sojourner at lynch -1 for such a weak case though. Unless one of the sojourner voters would switch to falzis, that pretty much ensured that sojourner got lynched. I think that was quite suspicious, although it depends on Falzis alignmenet. If he is a townie, then it wouldn’t make much sense for the scum to put Sojourner on L-1 on a weak case.

Then for my vote. I am doubting between Falzis and Kaziocore. I think they are both suspicious, lynching Falzis would probably give us more information, but I am slightly more suspicious of Kaziocore. I also believe that Falzis will be able to make more of a positive contribution to the town if he is a townie than Kaziocore would. Therefore, I will:

vote Kaziocore
