At this point I'm very suspicious of both captainjf and Rafay. I truly think that captain came into the game and popped a vote onto TW after seeing his scummy buddy Rafay voted up. After getting called out for it by Robert and Fin, Rafay came to the defense of captain. Captain also was caught being somewhat dishonest after saying:
Well, because this is the first time I've logged on since I made that post. I've been quite busy.
So, I suppose I will withdraw my vote until someone acts suspiciously...

Captain had still made a post prior, where instead of explaining his vote simply agreed with TW and added no substantial value to his defense. After that most questions we asked were answered with almost skeletal responses.
I'm interested to hear more from these two as the day wears on.

These are some basic question that normally go around on the day one. It will help you be involve, and not to be lynched because of the lack of participation. You don't have to answer all of them, or any of them. However, it's a good idea to have these questions in your mind.
Some people will argue that a no-lynch is a pro-town move, while some as myself. Will say that it's just an easy place to let the scum hide, and strike during the night without much info the next day. A no-lynch just extends day one, just under the name of "day two"though. Wagons build info, such as your third vote on TW. It allows us to see who someone is willing to vote for, defend, or not vote for. If TW flips scum, you probably would be consider town afterwards.

Lord and captain are the new guys. Everyone else is experience. TW could have been spared, by someone giving grace... most likely mercy 
If I were scum I wouldn't go after just the experience guys, but someone that I felt had a PR. It would just be a plus if they were experience as well. Though, everyone besides the new guys I would consider experience. All of which are capable of changing the game. Specially if that someone had a PR. If I were scum TW wouldn't have been my first choice, he was creating conflict, which has the capacity of involuntary taking out other town. Lyner wasn't stepping on too many people toes. Maybe the scum felt that he had a PR... My choice for a night kill would have been FB base mainly off of his capabilities.
So far, no one is sticking out to me. captain probably got scared off by you guys. Rafay will never talk. Lord is still new, he could claim being scum, but I still wouldn't know what to think of him. Robert is quieter than most games. TW is alive on d2. Forgot EM was playing, and FB is here.

Sorry to see that Lyner was the night 1 target.
Lyner was relatively quiet on day 1 (7 posts total I think) and didn't really push anyone. He commented in his very first post in the game (post #21) that he had played this setup before and won it (albeit as a member of the mafia). My guess is that the scum team thought that he could have a power role and went for him. Additionally, they probably assumed that leaving me alive would make me suspicious and allow them the opportunity to kill Lyner on night 1 and push for my lynch on day 2 simply because I am still alive.
Lyner was not overly aggressive in voting for anyone but he did note the fact that Rafay had seemingly defended captainjf twice on day 1. It's worth noting.

Perhaps, but framing someone like this is also a common argument for scum to make. This argument alone doesn't clear you.

captainjf still lives on my list due to his D1 activities.
I also cast some direction towards TW. He's easily the best player and most analytical among us, and he's still alive. If I were scum I'd probably have pushed for his lynching based on that alone. However, he lives. This doesn't mean he's scum, it just means I need to watch him a bit.
I can't tell you with certainty why I am alive but I have three guesses:
1) The scum team assumed that the town would see me alive on day 2 which would instantly cast suspicion upon me because I wasn't killed on night 1 like I have been for the last 3 games. This would be an even easier sell for them after I challenged a few people who could be town on day 1. This would allow them to see if the town will lynch me on day 2 on their own while they killed someone else instead that they see as a potential threat (Lyner) on night 1. (Most Likely)
2) Someone had pity on me after being killed on the first night of every game I'm not modding. (Less Likely)
3) The two scum are both newer players that don't know my play style and therefore didn't kill me on night 1. (Least Likely)

I am still eyeing captainjf's vote as potential evidence as well. If captainjf is scum and checked into the game for the first time to see his scum partner voting for me, he very easily could have simply followed suit and done the same because he assumed it was a good move to make. This scenario would mean that either Rafay or LordSunday is the other scum. Of the two I am most suspicious of Rafay, but I am watching LordSunday as well just in case.
If it so happened that LordSunday and captainjf were scum, then my third guess above as to why I am still alive (about the 2 scum being new players) would be true.

And if not having spoken yet (before your post) casts any shade my direction, where is the FOS on EM, Robert, or captainjf? None of them have posted on day 2.

Hasn't been on the forums in 5 days now, so there's that. And yes, I know both him and I are new but his posts thus far leave a scummy taste in my mouth. If something else of significant value happens I might change my mind, but for now I'm confident putting my vote where it is. Also, we need more activity and discussion from those who haven't been speaking much (Robert, EM, Rafay)

I believe I answered that question on D1. I defended him as a new player feeling he might lose interest in the game.

Last I checked asking for clarification and thoughts from someone wasn't "pressing hard for their lynch." I wanted to know where you stood in your thoughts about captain being scum since he's on quite a few lists and you've been standing up for him despite that. You've answered my question, I didn't say a thing about lynching you.
Now I will say I find it confusing that you say captain is suspicious, yet you've still defended him instead of asking him questions that you would maybe feel are less, uh, intimidating? then the votes that built onto him. Following the claim that you defended him as the new guy who might get scared away is fine and all, but if he's suspect of being scum that can't be ignored simply because of his game experience... Very confusing, but I'll leave it be for now
