Someone must've targeted Rhizo on N1. The fact that nobody has claimed the deed could actually mean that he's town and scum's the one who targeted him.

I gotta agree with this, unless Rhizo gets lynched this cant be proven one way or another, my feeling on this is, the reason Rhizo hasnt been touched is to keep Kevins lie alive, it is too convenient a RC, i also believe Rhizo is telling the truth.

I feel that SGB's role claim is a bit weaker than Kevin's, but it doesn't mean I believe either of them. Though Kevin's role claim is very convenient, SGB has first claimed not to have a role, while now claiming to have one, so that's conflicting on his part

Well if SBG comes out scum as I believe he will, town should be up 7-1 coming into the day tomorrow, so by my calculations we can mislynch twice and still win.  With 3 IMO targets left, should be an easy win.

Kevin is my number 1 for tomorrow if I'm not around.  Tried to push a lynch on Lyner today who I believe is town as I've explained why Lyner's RC would be dumb to do if he was scum.  Plus Kevin's RC is easily faked.  I think a nurse would be too much power to town to have in this game, knowing all the powers we have claimed already or found after death.  I think Town has too many power roles to begin with honestly, but I think there are some modifiers at work that are in play (I think I have one myself) to balance the field.

Well we now know that the kill that was blocked was most likely from SBG being role blocked rather than Rhizos protection of me (scum would use ninja unless it didn't work). Therefore one of the most obvious targets for lynch today would be me. i obviously have no information to disuade anyone from voting for me.

 

however given that Rhizo is confirmed now.....

Last night I'm keeping tabs on Rhizo and I did not see anything.

 

Rhizo claimed that he protected KC yesterday, yet KC was still killed. Mafia's 1 shot strongman is dead, if anything can stop Rhizo's power, I must've seen it

 

One probable scenario is that Rhizo lied, he isn't the doctor. And by extension, Kevin also lied about the nurse role.

 

I've thought this through and there are some believable points and doubts on this senario. The pros:

- As far as we can see, towns have so much powerful PRs: JoAT, Cop, and RB, compared to scums' confirmed ones: Framer and 1-Shot Strongarm. Put doctor and nurse and IMO town's too powerful.

- Everything about Rhizo's behaviour since yesterday makes sense. He and Kitkat are the most suspicious targets beside iSoc. Therefore the best move for him is to discredit iSoc as much as he can, which he did early D3. The next move would probably be to distance himself from Kitkat because the scums know that both iSoc and LS are townies, so one of them can frame the other the next day (Just like Rhizo did to Kitkat).

- I haven't found any other compelling scenario that would lead to my result showing nothing AND how Rhizo failed to protect KC. Strongarm is no more. Even if scum have roleblocks, they can't roleblock both me and Rhizo. If they blocked Rhizo then I'd know it. If they blocked me then Rhizo'd have saved KC. FB roleblocked Kevin so that possibility is also out.

 

The cons:

- Claiming doctor with a flavor name is pretty risky, Nymphadora is one of the highlights in the fifth book, I think?

- Some role modifier I'm not familiar with might be tampering with our results. Tell me if you think up something.

 

 

For those who doubt me, I think I've showed my townieness by doing the best moves for the last 3 days: helping the scum MK wagon rolling, trying to avoid the town vig kill (although failed), and personally starting the kill on scum Kitkat.

 

The simplest scenario would be that both Rhizo and Kevins are scum and the game is solved. If you want to complicate it you could kill me first to ascertain my role. The scum-town ratio is probably 2-8 or 3-7; we can afford some casualties.

So Lyner, what happened?

If this is the case, then in order for KC to have been killed there needed to be a strongarm in play (unless I'm mistaken). There would be no other possible way for Rhizo's protection to fail. Rhizo's death does nothing to confirm/deny Lyner. We should not be jumping to a hasty decision.

My FoS today is on CoD, Lyner, and WP. The chances are we only have 1 scum, maybe 2 left. Though I would very much like to be right again today, we could technically afford the mislynch.

As for the other two, I'll list why I haven't FoS'ed them:

 

SBG - We killed him... He was scum

FB - Has made known he isn't here OOC. Chances are if he was the last scum he might've missed the night action deadline

 

 

As for WP - Was investigated town by KC... However this does not assure he is town. He may have a scum power that protects him from being investigated as guilty.

 

Given my last post regarding how KC must have died, I'm not sure the likelihood that WP would have a strongarm as well as almost a cop immunity, but with how stacked town is seeming I guess it wouldn't be all too surprising. We have a lot of time though, let's use this to our advantage.

 

I do want to hear from Lyner and WP. We've already seen CoD try to push the spotlight to Lyner... Wonder why?

Probably because what Lyner said cannot be true at the same time as Rhizo's claim, per Lyner himself. Rhizo is confirmed town now.

I already took ownership and pointed out that the one thing that we thought indicated that I was town most likely means nothing now. I fully understand where I am in terms of suspicion in everyones minds but as a VT I can do literally nothing to prove otherwise. That said I was at least going to put my thoughts out there and point out the obvious before I lie down and die and give the scum a free kill.

Well I know my power is sane since I received a result on night one, so there are some possibilites now:

1. Scum did 1-shot strongarm on KC, which means they got vig scum. Low chance since scum already have an actual strongman

2. Two people roleblocked both me and Rhizo, and they still have another slot to do the night killing. Even lower chance unless a town or a third party(SK?) participated

3. SK exists and both scum and SK targeted KC, therefore Rhizo's doc protection weren't enough as it only stops one kill IIRC. Any character in the story that fits the SK role?

Correct. The only reason why they haven't done so (since yesterday) could only mean that he is part of scum team. And if he is scum that he's not one of the dead scums. The result is investigation, which means he is either scum tracker/voyeur/watcher/follower/rolecop or JoAT. JoAT SK, maybe?
