[KH-19]The Last Jedi Mafia, Town Wins

could just be akf scum.

What is Akf?

I'm inclined to believe Brewer because of my own role.

Alright, so now I get to explain why I said that. As FBI Agent, I get to look at one of you each night, searching for the Serial Killer. Last night I got a chance to visit Rafay and I can tell you all that he's guilty.

Vote: Rafay

Whoa! Unless there’s evidence you’re insane I guess I’ll be voting with you.

Jazzy other than brewers and Rafay who else did you visit?

To be clear, I didn't visit Brewers. There was a debate a while back about whether or not there was an SK and Brewers (I think) semi-role claimed to prove there was one. I was simply backing him up by saying my role implies there's an SK as well.

That being said, I visited CoD and Lego who both came up Not Guilty. Also, when people were voting up CoD I had asked if they knew what scum role CoD was because had anyone said SK I would've role claimed then.

That would have been a terrible idea. Town votes are speculation anyways so you role claiming then would have got you killed without you finding about Rafay. Glad people ignored your question :P. Curious to know why would you visit Lego when he RCed reloader.

Anyways you have risked yourself to expose Rafay. There's no reason to doubt you

Had CoD received enough votes to lynch based on an SK assumption, I wouldn't have minded going down for a Cop of all Trades. But yea, I guess it was good that I got to keep looking.

Ahh so you would have RCed to save CoD had he been close to lynch as assumed SK. Makes sense.

@Rafay, so the more quiet you are, more likely you rolled scum. Mind changing the strategy of yours from next game onwards to make it more interesting? :P

And I say next game because your game here is up buddy.

Ah... I have no reason not to believe what you said:

Vote: Rafay

Careful guys, don't rush the Rafay's wagon or you'll end the day prematurely. He's done and there's not much to add in his case...but we can still use this day to talk about other things. Most notably why no kills have happened.

I'm assuming there were 3 mafia, 3 werewolves, and 1 SK as most probable setup. That would mean there's currently 1 mafia, 2 werewolves and 1 SK (Rafay). There's a chance some of the scume were not active (like that lone mafia guy) to deliver a kill and the rest were somewhat blocked.

We can have Roleblocker, Jailkeeper, Bulletproof, Hider and a Doctor...and that's probably all that could prevent the kill, unless I've missed something.

@Kevinh  one question. Is it possible for a role blocker to prevent the kill from happening?

Also:

1. I've reloaded Robert, to finally get confirmed as a Reloader. I know it's dangerous, but I hope he realizes the problems and wont' use his skill.

2. While browsing Greater Mafia page for roles with blocking potential, I've noticed that FBI Agent can be a town, but it can also be a Werewolf. So while it's nice to get Rafay, we can't 100% confirm Jazzy as a town.

There are 5 votes already, 3 more required to end the day...don't rush guys.

Unvote per ABT.

Would like the day to ride its usual cause, otherwise would be a wasted day

you reloaded him last night?

so here are the only posts Rafay has made recently:

3 kills again? So yeah I think we can very much confirm that theres a SK.

And he died too with Lord MK? I mean was Lord MK the SK?

Imran Ehsan (7): SeaBeeGipson, Brewersalliance, Lord MK, Canik, Robert2424, Legoboyvdlp, Sister Midnight,

Wow this has gotten confusing. Both voted to kill a town player so either one could be a scum?

Should we go for a no-lynch then?

wtf that is not what i posted...

I can confirm I was reloaded, however, I was under the impression that LEGO was the reloader.......who's who?

Ali subbed in for Lego, so that confirms his role, and yours if that wasn't already

AbT replaced lego in the game, so it was lego's role

Rey: Why did you hate your father? Give me an honest answer. You had a father who loved you; he gave a damn about you!
Ren: I didn't hate him.
Rey: Then why?
Ren: "Why" what? [pauses] "Why" what? Say it.
Rey: [sobbing] Why did you... Why did you kill him? I don't understand.
Ren: No. Your parents threw you away like garbage.
Rey: They didn't.
Ren: They did, but you can't stop needing them. It's your greatest weakness. Looking for them everywhere, in Han Solo, and now in Skywalker. Did he tell you what happened that night?
Rey: Yes.
Ren: No. He'd sensed my power, as he senses yours, and he feared it. Let the past die. Kill it if you have to. That's the only way to become what you were meant to be.

"@Kevinh  one question. Is it possible for a role blocker to prevent the kill from happening?"

Yes. Well technically it prevents the kill from ever starting.

With 14 alive, it takes 8 to lynch, or 4 at deadline.
Deadline is Saturday, March 3, at 07:00 EST.

I've checked that everyone's been active on the forums recently, so it seems that's not the case of inactive mafia (obviously there's still possibility someone forgot to log in for 2 days and got on just recently), but rather a good call of the power roles.

As I mentioned we got following possibilities:

- Bulletproof: not much we can debate here. We either have a bulletproof townie, or werewolf. Mafia could also target Rafay who per wiki is partially immune to night kills.

- Doctor: also not much to say here.

- Hider: This is an interesting role if present in game. Since it's a weak role it also acts as a cop (if he visits someone who's a scum he dies, if he visits a town, he lives). So currently if present in game, he knows the alignment of 3 town players.

- Roleblocker and Jailkeeper: If we have one and they've used their powers today it's possible (but not 100% sure they've targeted scum).

We can also have a commuter who used his ability last night.

Hider is definitely an interesting role. My suggestion would be to come forward and RC whenever there is a possibility of a mislynch. Since scum cant directly kill you, you're safe and in the process you clear both yourself and another townie. The wiki says that he dies whenever he targets mafia but no mention of werewolf. So I am not sure whether the same happens if he targets werewolf.

Well seems Rafay is outed.  At least we knock down the SK.  SK in my opinion is harder to find because it has no aligning with other people, thus it only cares about killing/lynching anyone, no matter scum or town.  Makes it easier to play more townish, as with scum/werewolves you always have to worry about working as a team, distancing yourself from each other, but also the conundrum of when to sacrifice your own or look to put pressure elsewhere to help another scum.  One can scum hunt easier as a SK because you want them dead just as much town.  So this is very good news

Very likely I'd say a mixture of these is what happened.  If we're down to 1 mafia and 1 SK, it's possible that one of those were inactive during this time to kill someone, but if we're assuming there's 2 werewolves left, I'd assume at least 1 of the 2 would be active enough to make a decision to kill someone (if not both), so safe to say one attempt to kill someone was made last night.  I'd put more faith in roles prevented kills last night though then inactivity.

We can also have a commuter who used his ability last night.

Commuter is a possible role that prevented a kill as well.  There's a one shot commuter listed, so that's a possibility.  Be interesting to hear from Kevin what he'd do in regards to a Hider had he/if he implemented the role into the game and the hider targeted a werewolf.  Would hider be killed, or would it act the same as if he targeted a town?

with the hider role, this is true, but what if you simply don't know. You take a leap of faith night 1. know they are town and hide there till that townie dies.

As a hider, I would of switched to a RC'ed person following D1 if you believed the RC, especially the likes of Brewers.  Brewers claimed SK immunity, thus SK couldn't kill Brewers resulting in 2 deaths, and Scum/Werewolves wouldn't be that worried to kill Brewers.  Sticking to a lesser important role, or bouncing between a few that scum/werewolves/sk aren't going to likely be bothered to kill is your best bet IMO, or how I'd play it.
