Looks like I called Rafay's role correctly. Assuming that Rhizo didn't lie to us about targeting Rafay at night it appears that Rafay's bulletproof modifier did indeed stop a kill. And wow only 1 night kill and we didn't lose our supposed reloader or 1-shot vig!

Fwiw I investigated Sister Midnight last night and found her to be Not Guilty. Once again, this does not mean that she isn't a werewolf, only that she isn't mafia. Rhizo is most likely our last mafia and should be today's lynch. Let's please not end the day early though. Let's use the time we have to figure this all out. Did any of our other known roles visit find anything out?

Less kill = 1 step closer to victory. Good news for us, whatever stopped the 2nd kill. Rhizo is the obvious choice of lynch today, though I am not placing the vote so that discussions continue.

My guess is the second NK was blocked.

Alright, well I'll confirm he came up as guilty.

This basically confirms Canik as a Universal Miller without me having to investigate him as well.

 

There are only two other options that I see listed that would cause Canik to investigate as guilty to an FBI Agent:

1) He is a serial killer. This is highly unlikely.

2) He is a Watchlisted Townie which would cause him to investigate as a serial killer.

 

The second option is also highly unlikely since Canik has already role claimed as a Miller and would have just role claimed as a watchlisted townie if that was actually his role.

 

We've yet to hear from Yehom, Brewers, or ABT today. Do you guys have any thoughts on Robert being targeted?

sorry ive been dealing with some medical stuff recently so I have not been around much.  i honestly forgot we had a game going lol  so at the moment I have no thoughts until I find some time to read up, probably tomorrow

Better safe than sorry I suppose but I don't necessarily disagree with you. As long as we actually use the day to push for more information and don't just end it early by hammering Rhizo it's not all bad. Luckily Rhizo was unable to kill his target last night so we are in a good position today with 9 assumed townies, 2 assumed werewolves, and 1 known mafia.

I just read through the Greater Ideas Mafia roles list again and two roles in particular stood out to me:

• Werewolf Roleblocker
• Werewolf One-shot Bulletproof

If there are two werewolves left I'm wondering if they could have these two roles. A one-shot bulletproof werewolf could account for one of the "blocked" kills on night 3 or for Rhizo's blocked kill last night. I don't think that it would be unreasonable for the werewolf faction to have such a modifier in this game because of the multiple killing factions and the fact that there is already precedent in this game for this type of modifier for a scum faction (See: Rafay's 2-shot bulletproof SK).

 

Is it possible that a werewolf Roleblocker could have stopped a kill as well? @Kevin - Would a Roleblocker be able to prevent a faction kill? If the answer is yes than this could also be an explanation of a blocked kill last night or on night 3 as well. It would also make sense for a werewolf Roleblocker to target Rhizo if his power could block a kill to prevent him from potentially killing one of them. In my experience Roleblockers usually don't block a regular faction kill but Kevin might interpret that differently so it's worth asking the question.

 

In any case I think it's a reasonably safe bet that the remaining werewolves have roles and aren't just werewolf goons. The two mafia members who have died so far have both had roles so it would be surprising if the werewolves didn't as well in my opinion.

I just am curious why the hell werewolves went after Robert lol.  Already knew his role, wasn't going to be used again most likely.  You got a reloader you still could be worried about, a unknown roleblocker unless the roleblocker is werewolves, and could of killed Jazzy last night to prevent her from verifying Canik.  Robert wasn't even the most active player currently playing.  Always could be Jazzy is a werewolf fbi agent and wanted to keep canik alive to gain more town points by verifying a town.

Also, Samus came up town to TW right?  Wouldn't a werewolf not be revealed to TW, only a scum faction member?

Yeah I think everyone has had power roles so far (even if they're crappy ones) so I'm sure the remaining werewolves have roles. Probably decent ones too.

It was a safe kill but yeah, I would've gone for either TW, AbT or a random unknown. Wouldn't have gone for Jazzy in fear of a doctor protecting her.

I went after AbT FYI, so not possible there was any bulletproof that happened.  I got "no result" as well on my tracker ability, the same thing I got N2.  The other times I got who they visited, or they didn't visit anyone, thus getting a no result leads me to believe I was in fact blocked, both from tracking and my kill.

It doesn't make sense to me why they would go after Robert either unless they were just trying to avoid town power roles by picking someone who wasn't likely to be visited.

 

My investigation of Samus returned a "Not Guilty" result. The only possibilities are that he is town or a werewolf. And unless Samus was a 1-shot PGO who was visited on night 1 and therefore used up his "1-shot" he cannot be a PGO because I would have died while investigating him on night 2.

Did you target ABT with your tracking ability and your kill last night?

 

The fact that you received a "No Result" return from your tracking ability means that you were definitely Roleblocked. From the mafia wiki:

The Tracker is an informative role that can target a player at Night and learn who, if anybody, that player targeted the same night (but not the action the player performed). If that player did not target anyone, the Tracker receives a result of "did not target anyone" or similar.

 

If a Tracker is somehow blocked from their action (by Roleblocker, Jailkeeper, Rolestopper, Ascetic, or Commuter), they should receive a "No Result" pm, rather than a "did not see anything" pm.

 

My assumption is that it was a werewolf Roleblocker. The werewolf faction would want to prevent Rhizo, a known tracker, (mafia or otherwise) from performing his night action and potentially exposing them before he is lynched today.
