So I targeted Sister Midnight, but she's still alive??

There's an insight I could make here, but I want to hear from SM first. Do you have an explanation for what Samus said, SM?

I forgot the game again. I suck, sorry. I have no idea why Samus tried to kill me. I have no idea why I’m alive if I was targeted. I don’t have time to read back, but I will try to later.

This honestly makes me think that ABT did not reload Samus, and ABT was just trying to bait Samus into lying.  So as of right now, I do not trust Samus at all.  Would love some confirmation from ABT on this, but to me this totally seems like bait.  How could one forget.  You can legit just check your messages you sent to Kevin to see if you did.

Of course it was bait. If Samus was informed that he was reloaded, he most likely was. Lying about being reloaded just to have ABT refute the claim 5 minutes later would be asinine. Unless ABT thought that Samus might not have a reloadable action at all and would therefore maybe not be told whether he was reloaded or not..

 

So why be coy about it, ABT? Did you reload Samus or not?

I targetted SM, because imho, (I could be wrong), but i've read most of your replies in this game as just going off and reiterating what other people have already stated. In addition, you're one of the people that continue to look at me scummy for the sole reason "I lied" about my role, not saying you're the only one guilty of this. But sticking to the fact that "I lied" when i've continuously clarified to hell my reasonings for this - which are all justifiable and failing to see any other perspective regarding me, to me is anti-town and non progressive.

 

I probably shouldn't have claimed who I targeted last night so quickly and let you guys go crazy and see who I could draw out, but alas we're here. And after ABT confirms he reloaded me, we need to move on from this suspicion against me and focus on finding scum.

 

Till now everything i've been accused of has been found false or has had no ground to stick against me. You'll be wasting your time to continue looking in my direction.

I find that really odd because I specifically said I did not think you were scum, I thought there were more likely scum candidates than you, but got interrupted in mid post and never got back to my analysis. Everything you do seems weird this game, Samus, and you are looking less townie than you did yesterday.

I confirm I did target Samus for the reload. Just seeing there was no second kill I wanted to be a little vague and see if Samus gets nervous.

Also, most probably there are 2 scums remaining...you all need to start writing down who you think they are. For us townies it's generally much easier. Scum will have harder time pointing out their "bets" and explaining why - that's why we have to do it.

We need KitKat to reveal what he knows regarding Samus allegedly targeting SM. That actually could answer a lot of questions that I have depending on what he knows. Care to share, KitKat?

 

 

Additionally, if SM is willing to tell us whether or not she has a night action and whether she performed it last night (not what the actual action is though) this could help us narrow down what happened last night.

 

For instance: If SM has a night action and was able to use it successfully that would mean that Yehom did not jail her. In this scenario it would mean that 1) Samus was role blocked last night, 2) Samus is lying about targeting SM at all, or 3) that SM was protected by a doctor.

 

If SM has a night action and was not successfully able to use it, it would most likely mean that Yehom chose to jail her and therefore protected her from Samus' kill. This would mean that Samus probably really did target SM and the werewolves targeted Yehom at night. This would be a big point in Samus' favor as being town.

 

If SM has no night action or didn't use one last night it does nothing to help confirm Samus as being town.

​Oh and once this is all settled I'd still like to try mass name-claiming. It may be very unlikely that it helps but even if there is a teene tiny chance it does, why not go ahead and give it a go? If any still unclaimed want to go ahead and claim, feel free.

I performed no night action last night. I used my one night actions on the first night and that was the end of that. I will not roleclaim (beyond saying that after night one I became vanilla town) for now because it would endanger someone who I’m pretty convinced is town for me to elaborate.

I find Samus’s attempt to kill of me because I wasn’t 100% convinced he was town to be scummy. Yet I have not accused him of being scum, or even fingered him. Still some people are implying I’m calling him scum and are accusing me of OMGUS. You could just as easily see Samus trying to kill me as his own OMGUS (which is kind of IRONic when you think about it).

Addendum: I didn’t see canik’s call for role claims until after I made the above post. Idk if I would have shared as much as I did I& I had seen it first. Is it ok for Canik to make that kind of post?

OK. In the light of SM's response, I don't have anything much to add. I was hoping to catch her in a fake roleclaim (or at the very least, an improbable roleclaim.) What I will say is that I think it's unlikely the doctor saved her. I'd have saved one of the known townies, were I a doctor.

I’m going to modify what I shared. I have no night actions that I can take, that’s what I mean about being a vanilla townie, however the action I took on N1 remains in effect throughout the game. So I’m not exactly vanilla in that regard.
