Thanks for the clarification on the deadline. Does anyone else have any thoughts here? We are 5 hours from deadline and no one is currently in line to be lynched.

Tony Stark and Virginia Potts are rumored to have eloped in Las Vegas late last night. The two were seen entering the Elvis Chapel, with Virginia Potts wearing what appeared to be a white dress. A family friend who wishes to remain anonymous claims to have attended the ceremony. According to the friend, the two wed in the dead of the night, and then snuck out of town to go on a secret honeymoon that is rumored to be planned to last for up to a year.
When will we see the power couple again? I for one can say Tony Stark's absence will be felt, and he will surely be missed.

My guess is that once again the scum opted to target someone in the middle of the pack who was unlikely to be protected. It's just really shitty that they happened to target SBG instead of Kevin in this case..

I don't think that you're scum, but no one is officially cleared yet.. not even Medved. Having said that I am also giving him the benefit of the doubt for now which means I am currently ruling out three people: brewers, medved, and myself.

 

We have 6 other people left and I would presume 3 of them are scum. I think it would be unlikely that 4 existed in this game.

 

Right now I am thinking that we will find our 3 scum in this list (in no particular order):

So, I just went back through day 2. Before the Jazzy wagon started there was a wagon on Medved. That wagon didn't dissipate until he role-claimed. However, the interesting thing to note about that wagon was that Kevin was on it for most of the day:

It seems like the best choice given the lack of information.

We now know that Kevin was a Cop. His vote for Medved could have truly been because of the above stated reason "It seems like the best choice given the lack of information" but Kevin also might have known more than the rest of us. Kevin might have investigated Colonel Medved on night 1 and discovered that he was actually scum. Several of Kevin's posts yesterday (like the one below) were cryptic enough that he could have been telling us Medved is scum without actually telling us Medved is scum:

 

 

Somebody knows somethin' but isn't sharing.

Maybe Kevin is the one that knew something, he just wasn't sharing it in an obvious way.

 

Another interesting post of Kevin's was this one:

 

 

We might as well rehash the D1 no-lynch theory since nobody has anything else to say.

• The "random" candidate won't be random because scum will try to influence the choice of candidate to be town.
• If the candidate somehow is scum, the scum won't vote for their own so it take more townies to actually effect a lynch.
• Analysis of the lynch wagon isn't particularly useful because if a townie gets lynched, you can't assume it was scum that did it.
• If a scum gets lynched it's very easy to have one of his buddies on the wagon and then look like a townie for the rest of the game.

The line I highlighted is particularly interesting. Colonel Medved was the leading lynch wagon for a few days. The people on that wagon were SBG (known town), Kevin (known town), and me (I know I'm town).

 

If Medved is indeed scum, the game was early enough that chances are his scum buddies would stay away from the vote because there was no need to sacrifice one of their own so early or if Medved was town they might avoid the wagon to avoid being tied to a townie's lynch so early. The fact that I know that the three people who were on Medved's wagon the longest were all town has me questioning Medved a little bit more.

 

The only thing that doesn't add up for me yet if Medved is scum is his role claim. He would be taking an awfully large risk to claim what he did if he is scum. But even so, "protector" isn't a role that I've seen commonly used and the scum could have been given safe claims. So perhaps his "gamble" wasn't really much of a gamble in the first place.

 

Any other thoughts on this?

If Kevin was Night Kill immune then how did he die???

The only way Kevin could have died since he was night kill-immune is if the mafia team targeted SBG since they were both lovers. If the mafia targeted Kevin it wouldn't have killed either one of them. Of course I'm not surprised that you are reacting this way because you are either: 1) intentionally acting like you don't know what happened in order to sound surprised or 2) you are mafia and you know that your team targeted SBG so since Kevin died as well you're legitimately surprised that it happened.

 

And to add to that you are now placing brewers and myself under a FOS simply because it's easy to do since we were both on the lynch wagon of a townie.

 

That's classic mafia strategy 101 player.
