its a thoery. A macho modifier leans that there is probally a doc, otherwise the role modifier is fluff. I doubt it would be fluff as its a balancing modifier. But possible. Its a super hero game, so if he designed it like I did my teen titan game, where everybody had some sort of role, it might be the same. 

 

With that piece of evidence, your reaction, it continues to seem more likely. Yes, based on your response I'm comfortable saying you probably have a ability of some sort. Well, I suppose that bags the question how could I even begin to form such a theory, unless my role added to this theory. Probably a possibility.

btw some people are asking for info.. if someone got a guilty result then yeah, probably best they go ahead and share that so the info isn't lost if they die. Otherwise, I don't think anyone should share any results yet. Even if you're not a cop, it'll let scum know to target someone else.
