Trump has literally stood up at rallys and encouraged people to call for the extra judicial imprisonment of his political opponents.

Criminals need to be locked up... the fact that the criminals also happen to be political opponents of Trump, is completely coincidental. Everyone involved in the conspiracy to frame Trump for Russian collusion is a criminal, and cannot be locked up fast enough. Criminals are locked up because they belong there. It's not exclusive to political party.

 

The guy that sent the fake bombs is a fanatical Trump supporter. He didn't hurt anyone except himself, and has been locked up because he's a criminal. The guy that shot up the Jews is a Nazi, and is not in any way a Trump supporter. He has been locked up, until they probably put him to death, because he's a criminal. Naturally you will do your level best to conflate the two because lying is the primary weapon of Progressives.

 

I suggest you guys take the moral high ground and just scream at some people while they're having dinner.

You have littreal neo nazis in congress with an R next to their name.  YOu've got half a dozen more running as republican in this midterm. You've had literal neo nazi steve bannon in the fucking whitehouse. And the GOP  literally can't even bring themselves to criticize them except in the most mealy mouthed bullshit way. We've had damn close to one incidence of right wing or neo nazi fuck terrorism a month for the entire past year and the only damn thing that the entire party can muster is a half hearted "boooooth siiiiides". 

 

This freaking game with all the endless dumbfucks that are in it could get their shit together enough to shitstomp the nazis out of the place whenever they showed up. Which means we live in a universe where freaking cyber nations has it's collective shit together better than the GOP does right now.

Uh huh. So a pair of judges that have remained pretty much entirely neutral on the topic of trump campaign affiliation with the russians and ceratinyl have no political influence or say on the investigation at all....and one of whom was on trump's short list of SCOTUS nominations. 

 

So what have they done? Can you name one thing that doesn't use fox news as a source. Because the only thing they have in common is that they're to the left of fox new's ideology (and never mind that Amy Coney Barrett is pretty firmly center right politically with a nice base of support from the evangelical wackwing) and women.

As a general remark, I would advise the far left to go lighter on flinging words like "nazis" or "racists" around. It's ridiculous overuse is devaluing the words and not winning you any supporters. If you constantly call someone a nazi, he may just say "fuck you then" and become one. Something to consider.

PS: I don't like Steve Bannon and disagree with pretty much everything he ever said. Carry on.

Yea no. The republican party *literally* has neonazis in office right now ansd sevrael more running for office. Steve King is a right wing, white nationalist anti semitic holocaust denier. Steve Bannon  is a right wing, white nationalist, anti semite. Much of the "alt right" leadership are neo nazis. The unite the right rally for example was organized by Jason Kessler who littrealty advertises himself as a neo nazi. The Proud Boys, which certain chunks of media have spent so much breath defending are a right wing violent neo nazi gang. Corey Stewart, Paul Nehlen,Arthur Jones are all running for election under the Republican ticket and all of them are avowed nationalists and white supremacist. Nazis the lot of them. 

 

The american right has one hell of a nazi problem right now, and the republican party is utterly unwilling to confront it. Regardless of it's malice or incompetence Trump can't get his shit together enough to disavow support from the fucking KKK. He can't get his shit together enough that when fuckwits start chanting neo nazi slogans at his rallies, he just smiles and nods, and when you're in his position that's tantamount to encouraging it. A synagogue got shot up by a neo nazi and  the republican party can't manage to explicitly and unambiguously condemn neo nazis in the wake of that. With the amount of far right terrorism on going (jfc there were three attacks *this week*), that's utterly unacceptable. and that's without touching on shit like fox news cheerfully spreading conspiracy theories  about them being false flag operations.  

 

So yea no, the criticism is well earned, and the label deserved. If any R supporter doesn't like that, start getting your party to clean up the trash and stop being the neo nazi party of choice. Because again, freaking cyber nations could all come together to go stomp nazis out of the game, and there's no freaking universe in which the bunch of quasi fascist, totalitarian , hyper militaristic dumbfucks that this game consists of should be more effective at dealing with nazis then the freaking Republican party

There is no equating him to bernie sanders. Bernie sanders is a person who's politics you dislike, Steve King  is a white supremacist piece of shit who has spoken out on multiple occasions to defend the third reich. Bernie sanders has spoken in favour of higher taxes. Steve King has spoken out in favour of genocide.I've family who survived the nazi camps. I've family who died fighting the nazis  and i'd prefer you no defend someone who literally denies that the nazis conducted the systematic murder of millions of people  thank you very much. The republicans could have ran him out of the party any time in the last 20 years. It's not like they haven't realized what a PoS he is. he doesn't win because "iowa keeps electing him" he wins because he's run in very safe republican seats, the republican party has declined him any real challenge in the primaries, they've kept throwing the party resources behind him and they've gone out of their way to protect him from the consequences.

Steve king is a neo nazi. He's said it. There's video of him denying the holocaust. After he did that a  Holocaust memorial group paid for him to take a trip to Auschwitz, and while he was there he's on CENSORED camera denying the holocaust *after being to Auschwitz*. While he was in europe on that trip, he took some time to show up to an austrian nazi party gathering, one that was literally founded by a member of the SS, and took his time to talk to them about the decline of western civilization to complain about the decline of western civilization. The city of toronto had Faith Goldy, running for mayor recently. She's a public and avowed neo nazi  and despite the fact that she was running for a position in a city in an entirely different country Steve king felt the need to endorse the sack of CENSORED. THIS IS CENSORED HE'S DONE IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. Theres two decades of him pulling this CENSORED. 

 

How CENSORED up are you  that you need to defend that. Like literally what is so wrong in your head that you'll jump to the defense of a avowed white supremacist, someone who's gone on record to defend one of the worst regime that half a million americans gave their lives stop, someone who's repeatedly denied that the holocaust occured just because he has an R next to his name.

Someone defending a littreal neo nazi deserves profanity. If you have a problem with that but not with lys conduct in this thread I would recommend reviewing your priorities. If you take offense to my language with dealing with someone defending a holocaust denier, I would recommend reviewing your priorities. Defense of nazi ideology and support of neo nazis and other similar shite has been more than enough to see people not only removed from this alliance, but seen the alliance go to significant lengths to remove them from the game permanently.

 

I have members of my family who survived those camps. More didn't. I will not extend the benefit of civilly to someone defending a holocaust denier, especially not someone who insults me for being opposed to it. If you find that more offensive than Lys's comments, if you think my lack of civility is more of an embasrement for the alliance than  Lys's public support of an avowed white supremacist and a holocaust denier, I have nothing to say to you.

RH, I despise and pity white supremacists as much as you do. I personally know some good people who assisted NY State Police, in pulling security to protect a group of individuals from being harassed by the Proud Boys.

 

Its a careful line saying someone deserves to be attacked/harassed. Because at the end of the day, that makes us no better than them. Civility and finding common ground is what is finally going to pull this country back together. Not Conservatives harassing Liberals, and Liberals harassing Conservatives. Coming back from the extreme fringes to middle America is what is needed.

 

I may not get the opportunity to read every post in every thread. But I draw the line at needless profanity and open racism. I've seen some stuff that comes close, but I can't recall viewing a recent post Lysistrata made that would qualify as violating one or both of those principles. Would you be willing to tell me what post was made where he made racist comments?

Wow... that's a lot of red. I never "defended" Steve King. I never "defended" Bernie Sanders. I merely said that they are elected officials from their states. They have their votes on issues that I can either agree with or not, but they are not my elected officials, therefore it is not in my power to support someone else. I know who he is, and I know how he votes... but I have no idea how he feels about any of this you accuse him of. Go campaign for his opponent instead of getting angry at me. I do know he is firmly against illegal immigration... and so am I, so I have no beef with him on that.

 

Now, if you want to talk about Dean Heller, Jacky Rosen, or Dina Titus, I have everything to do with them... and the last time I checked it's not illegal to be a bigot, a Communist, a racist, a Socialist, a homophobe, or a holocaust denier. We can disagree, but no one will land in prison for it. That Constitution is a problem for Progressives am I right? It's okay, we have Brett Kavanaugh there to make sure it stays where it is. Weed is legal now in most states, and I hear that it calms the aggressiveness out of people. Just a thought.
