But what if everyone besides brewer has the same post count. Would it be the last person to post?

If that happens then the white walkers show up and everyone dies

Queen Cersei sat on the IRON throne, with a glass of wine in her hand.  Why did the city watch summon me here? This is such a waste of time.  My husband should be dealing with this, but no, he is off drinking and whoring himself somewhere... She pondered.  There was quite a large audience of people in the thrown room.  Worthless peasants, Cersei thought to herself.  A Member of the kings guard opened the throne room doors.  Two members of the city watch escorted a man in handcuffs into the throne room.

"Your grace,"  one of the guards said, "We caught him, the man that murdered Jon Arryn."   The shoved the main in chains down to his knees in front of the queen.

"Is that so? What proof do you have?" Cersei asked, while taking a sip of wine.

"Your grace, I saw him myself, he poured posion into Lord Arryn's wine," Janos Slynt, Captain of the city watch stated.

Cersei gave a slight nod, and took another sip of wine.  "Is that so?  Tell me, what do you have say about these accusations?  And who are you?"  Cersei asked the accused.

"My name does not matter, and there is nothing I can say because these accusations are false." he replied

"Very well, then I have no choice but to find you guilty." Cersei waved her hand as if to instruct him to be taken away.

"By the laws of the gods and men, I demand a trial by combat."  The accused stood up, with a triumphant smile on his face.

"Very well, that is your right.  Sir Janos, will you not stand for the crown as my champion, after all, you were the one to see his guilt first hand, were you not?"  Cersei asked the Commander of the City watch.

"But you grace.."  He stammard

"My Lord Janos, you saw him yourself.  Surly the god's did too and you have nothing to fear.  Remove his chains.  The trial by combat is to begin imidiatly.  Sir Barristan, hand him your sword."  Barristan Selmy unchained the man, and handed him his sword.  The Kings guard formed a circle around the man and Janos Slynt.  The Trial By combat was about to begin

The two men stared each other down.  Janos Slynt drew his longsword.  He lunged at the accused quickly, swinging the sword from left to right.  The accused parried the blow, while side stepping right.  He shuffled his feet qucikly, and slid his blade down the blade of Janos's sword, striking him on the arm.  Janos jumped back, wincing in pain.  Janos thrusted his sword back at the man.  Not to be phased, the man blocked the blow, and the two locked swords, both in tight.  The man let go of his sword with his right hand, and swung a haymaker at Janos Slynt.  The punch connected, breaking his nose.  Blood ran down the front of his face.  The man charged in, looking for the kill.  Janos fellt to his knees, cowering in fear.  The man raised his sword triumphantly, in victory!  But then, Janos slashed quickly at the man, slicing him twice in the ankles.  The man, not to be defeated, pluged his sword into the throat of Janos Slynt, killing him.

"Very well, release him."  Cersrei commanded.  The man left the throne room free... for now...

The flickering glow of the candles illuminated the the large, leather book on Ned's desk.  Ned could not help but wonder why Jon Arryn was interested in this particular book the same day of his death.  None the less, Ned knew he had to read this tome.  He slid the book across his desk and opened its heavy cover.  The Lineage and Histories of the Great Houses of the Seven Kingdoms.  Ned paused as he read the title page.  Why would Jon be interested in this?  What secrets could this book possible hold?

Ned turned to the very first page of the tome.  It held the histories of House Targaryen.  Ned skimmed over their section and stopped when a name caught his eye, Rhaegar Targaryen.  His mind quickly wandered to his sister Lyanna, and his promise to her.

Promise me Ned, Promise me.  Ned could still hear her words, as if she was in the room with him.

He turned through the pages until he came across house Baratheon.  He read the ancestry of the royal house out loud.

'Lord Orys Baratheon, black of hair.  Axel Baratheon, black of hair. Lyonel Baratheon, black of hair. Stephan Baratheon, black of hair."  Ned paused, turning the page. "Robert Baratheon, black of hair. Joffery Baratheon, golden head."

Ned could not believe what he just read.  He know new exactly what Jon Arryn got murdered for!  Before Ned could even process this, a servant burst into his chambers.

'My Lord Hand, its the King.  Something has happened.  I need you to come with me."

Ned got up and went with the servant,  He followed him until he came to the King's bedchamber.  Ned walked in.  In the bed was King Robert.  Robert was bandaged at the midsection. The servant left them alone to talk.

"You damned fool," Ned said, as he sat down next to his dear friend.

"There is paper and ink n the table.  Write down what I say." King Robert gasped, barely able to get the words out of his mouth. "In the name of Robert of the House Baratheon, first of his name--ahh you know how it goes-- I hereby command Eddard of House Stark --titles, titles-- to serve as Lord Regent and Protector of the Realm  upon my death, to rule in my stead, until my son Joffery becomes of age."

Ned stoped transcribing.  He could not tell Robert what he just discovered, not on his deathbed.  Ned finished writing until my rightful heir becomes of age.   Ned handed the letter to the King.  The King signed the order, them rolled it up and sealed it with his official royal seal.

"My son, help him Ned.  Make him better than me."  Robert struggled to get his last request out.

"I will do everything I can to honor your memory."  Ned said.

"My memory..." Robert coughed, blood dripping from his mouth.  "King Robert Baratheon, murdered by a pig."  He let out a sigh, and breathed his last breath.  King Robert passed away.

Ned stood up and left the chambers.  He turned to the servant at the door. "Get me a Raven.  I must write to Stannis Baratheon and tell him-"

EEEEEEEAAAAAAKKKKKKKK

A blood curling scream cut Ned off.  He srpinted down the stairs, his hand on his sword Ice.   At the bottom of the stairs there was a servant girl cowering and crying.  She pointed at the corner of the room.  Ned looked at the corner and was struck with horror.  Slumped against the wall was his friend Yoren of the knights watch, with an axe buried in his skull.

Both the King and Yoren, murdered on the same night? What evil is at work here? Ned wondered....

Lachiton, King Robert Baratheon, a Vanilla Townie died on a hunting trip N1.

Robert2424, Yoren of the Nights Watch, a Vanilla Townie, was murdered N1.

It is Now Day 2

With 11 alive it takes 6 to lynch or 3 at deadline.

Deadline is Sun, November 18th and 8:00pm CST

WTF!!! Seriously? That's 2 games in a row now I died N1. :( Popcorn mafia doesn't count as scum can't kill. Cmon let me play for a while at least -_-

Anyways all the best town.

Woah.. wtf? Lachiton and Robert? Looks like we either have a vigilante or serial killer present.. It could be either but I’m wondering if it’s more likely a SK. Unless a vigilante was given some modifier that forced them to kill on night 1 I would imagine that a vig would wait at least one more night to act.

Only the following roles may exist in this game:

Cop, Doctor, Body guard, Vigilante, Jailor, Roleblocker, Watcher, Tracker, Mason, Vanilla, Godfather, Ninja, Strongman, Goon, Serial Killer, Jester, Lyncher.

Aside from mafia scum, there is likely a serial killer or a vigilante. I don’t think we have enough players for it to be likely that there’s more than one mafia scum group. I seems early for a vigilante to be killing anyone, so I’m guessing there’s a serial killer on the loose. Unless I’m missing something.

Oh my, this is not good, if we can't work together the mafia and whoever else is killing will have us beat by day 3, by my predictions. This is not a good situation for us.
It’s doubful that there are two scum factions in a 13 player game. It’s more likely a vig or SK. And again, unless we have a vig who was given instructions or some weird modifier that forced them to shoot on night 1, i think it’s more likely that a SK is present.

Two town lost and Rafay wins the trial, but does that make him town or is he scum, as it's random I'm guessing he could still be either.

By the laws of gods and men and by the laws of trial by combat in Westeros, I'm innocent.

Since this is something that's a new mechanic I basically made up on my own I will tell you this: the trial does not confirm any innocence or role alignment for rafay. Just because someone survives a trial by combat does not mean they are town, and likewise if they die, it does not mean they are scum

After all, the Hound survived his trial by combat, and he was guilty of murdering the butcher's boy Micha...
