5. I stopped reading your conversation with dsfrr1 because it is annoying AF.

hahahaha took you long enough, i would have probably quit by third or fourth message of the conversation if i had to read it.

thanks for ruining the thread

the real moral dilemma:

1)  Kill brewersalliance, even though murder is wrong

or

2) dont kill him because murder is wrong and suffer him being annoying AF

2. My husband is a man, not a woman

how dare you assume his gender!

I read this question this morning when I didn't have time to write about this. I come back and it's pages of dozens of over active quote button pushers. Talk about burying the lead. Jeez.

Okay to the question. Samus keeps coming up with questions that can't possibly fit into my life. My Mother actually did die 20 years ago, but she died of heart failure, and I was there. It will haunt me every day for the rest of my life that I could do nothing to save her.

The next thing was he said "partner". I first understood it as my business partner, that of which I do not have. Technically, on legal documentation, my wife is my business partner. That is only for survivorship reasons.

So let's change this up and make believe my mother died 20 years ago in a car accident. I find out 20 years later that my wife accidentally was the cause of the accident. My Mother loved and adored my wife. It was an accident. My wife has been punished enough by being married to me, and for better of for worse, I forgive her.

lmao good conclusion, i'll try have something more relevant to majority of people tomorrow

Not all information is given, or at least in the starting topic  (didn't read all replies).  How long were you married, etc.

Nonetheless I feel my answer would likely be to do nothing.  Given the time after, 20 years, I would have moved on from the situation and my life.  Certainly that will always have a lasting impact on my life, and especially the years right after it happened but 20 year later I don't think the grief and the anger would still be there like it was for the first years following it.  If she came forward with this information at this point, it's obviously been something that has been eating her for this long.  I'd just keep it to myself and her and try to move on from it, both her and I as obviously this has taken a toll on the both of you, and especially if you tell her it was your mother that grief/scab she's held on for so long with will be opened wide open.  If she is the love of my life, and she's bearing my child, obviously she means the world to me.  Having her be put in prison or executed just means my life has now had 2 horrendous happenings that have caused my two loves of my life.  At the end of the day, I believe most parents only wish that their kids will grow up and be happy, and I believe my mother would want that for me.

Often that

Often that is the point, the unknowns make the discussion and the assumptions people make about them drive the different answers.

After all, if the mother was dying of some painful nasty disease, it might have been a blessing in disguise.

My mom is one of my best friends and I would be lost without her. It doesn't matter how much I love my partner, I would never be able to forgive them after finding that out. I can raise a child on my own; I cannot raise a child with someone who conceals murder especially the murder of someone I love. I would definitely tell the police.

  • 1 year later...

I wouldn't snitch, I would wait for the child to be born and then brutally kill the partner with my bare hands. Is what I would like the do, but then the child wil be traumatized for life, which means I will have to do nothing...
