I sure count this as one, although not in the sense that you probably understand: I was still living with my parents, and I was playing a horror game in my dark room at 2 AM with headphones. My mom had woken up and came to check whether I was still awake. I couldn't hear when she walked in and called out to me. So she walked around to the side and leaned in between me and the monitor.
