honestly the more I think about this, the more it feels like scum trying to find a reason to lynch the most active player in our mafia games and a player with a very strong scum hunting track record.  Like I previously said, scum tend to want to join in the middle of a wagon, not end it or start it, and ABT is doing just that.  I feel like there is a decent chance he is scum and trying to look for a reason to join my wagon (when there is zero reason for there to even be one lol)   Vote ABT

 

I didn't expect you to react so nervously. 

 

Being active player does not make you a town. Neither does praising yourself about alleged strong scum hunting abilities. It does not tell at all who you are.

And if you really were such a scum hunting pro, you'd never come up with such simplistic wagon jumping excuse.

Being a pro, you'd also not push for "no lynch" on D1 where all data presented showed it was non-optimal choice.

Being so active you could also prevent D1 from ending prematurely, by unvoting for the time being, when we got into just one vote from majority. 

 

But if you were a scum you could happily let all of those happen. 

 

Honestly, I have no idea if you're scum or town (like I have no idea about the rest of players right now). I poking you because of Finster's post, but your over the top reaction is very interesting.

Over the top/nervous? All I did was point out how scum typically like to join in the middle of a wagon and how there is currently a form a wagon on Brewer's in every single game trend going.

Wouldn't you be frustrated if every single game you played recently people just decided to keep voting you, usually for no reason at all? Lol It used to be I was night killed day 1 or two every single game for about a year and a half. And now it's form a wagon on Brewers right out of the gate for no reason lol so yes, I'm irritated. Tho aparently I'm not allowed to be irritated when these constant trends keep happening.

And wagon jumping excuse? What are you talking about lol. I haven't been wagon jumping. I suggested no Lynch because in every single game where a Lynch is happening town has been getting destroyed. But hey if you think that we are gonna play better as a town than the last 11 games, more power to you. I don't share those same hopes, hence my no lunch suggestion.

So if anything now you're creating lies to try to get me lynched. I don't know tho if that means you're scum. You made shit up and lied to get LWW lynched in my game going on right now, and just so happened to get lucky and Lynch a scum player. So I guess ABT straight up lying and misstating facts isn't a direct indication that he's scum.

It’s not up to you to tell me what I “need”. I’m doing my due diligence to help put the town in the best position possible to win the game. In a game with few power roles and little chance to get actual evidence, questioning people and analyzing their response is our best weapon. Surely you understand.

Well, AbT is getting good at the lying game, perhaps even able to stand up to Limey Lyner himself, i give you that.

And regarding Limey, he's on your wagon too.

Robert started the wagon.
With just the accusation that it's random voting.

Then lyner jumped in with.

ABT jumped on the wagon.
Cause he has a bone to pick with you.
And cause finster reiterated the age old policy of Lynching inactives and by extension, brewers.
So he's going after the exact opposite of an inactive, the top poster.
And brewers is voting for ABT, for counter.

Rafay is voting for Robert, as per tradition.

WP is voting for rafay, the same Robert voted for brewers, random voting.


Also, something weird is happening with Tony.
He says that he thought that town benefitted more from early ending of d1.
When asked why, he makes a 180 and says that it doesn't benefit town.
And goes on a ramble about how he doesn't need to give reasons for his actions.
Which is what's baffling me.
When i do anything a little out of place, i am immediately on the fast track to getting lynched.
While no one here seems interested in giving more attention to Tony.

That about covers everything that happened today.

You agreed to voting for the inactives on day 2... And you were still town at that point. You didn't become scum until day 3 in that game

So what? Before you were all in favor of voting an inactive off on day 2 when you were town. And now you are saying thats a scum move and you think I'm town for it? That is a direct contradiction.

The more we discuss the more we have information the more we can see through people. Even lies are information

The reason why we like to Lynch inactives when there's no alternative is, cause it's the least risky.

If they flip town, it's not much of an issue as they weren't contributing either way.
If they flip scum, well jackpot.

So it's a win or least loss situation.
 

i see what you are getting at but in this specific game where the scum is taking off heads of people who are being active it gives the scum another free top poster kill doesn't it?

 

I do not think voting inactives is telling anyone is a scum sure i can see the reason why this could benefit the scum but it is not a sure proof because it does make logical sense to take out the inactives but i would prefer to see an alternative if anyone has one 

 

And by alternative i do not mean go for the head of the most active person that is just doing what the scum wants if we lynch the top guy then we are less exposed to opinions and more susceptible to get sweet talked into the way of the scum

Wait, we're using posts in different game threads to provide for our scum reads now? Seems just like brewers specifically went out of his way to dig up something to put the spotlight on Lyner... You can't compare people to machines and expect them to use the same strategy all the time. Different setups, different players, tons of posts to look upon, every situation is different.
