In that situation on Day 1, I would subject the target of the modkill to a firefight if I cannot find a replacement. However, not all situations would be treated like that, and replacements would be my preferred way to go about it.

TW is the hardest to read lately because he's got a valid excuse to not be very active, but he's good enough to weaponize it super well when he's been scum recently. It's been really tough to play against, not gonna lie, but we need him when he's town even when he only checks in a few times each game day.

The way Velocity was kinda like "he responded to pm so should be active" and isn't eager to quickly replace him.. I could very well be wrong but I get a bit of a vibe like captainjf may be scum and that's why he's quiet, getting scum can be demoralizing and intermediating to a player not experienced at it. Making them not want to post and would rather forget about the game.

I'm not sure TW really needed to pile on tho. That's a tad bit suspicious too but.. could be innocent.

Inactivity was barely noticeable tbh. 
 

I say lynch captain for now until he checks in. But it may be better to let him be replaced so that if a good player dies N1 they can replace him.
