Maybe lww is his scum buddy and Tony has figured out that without lww, there's no way he's winning.
Especially since the rest of the scum team might be noobs or inactives.

He was pretty much trying to force it.

MK is just being a normal troll, and he always likes messing with me anyway. It would not surprise me at all though if at least one or two scum are on my wagon to try to help encourage town to mislynch, seeing as literally no one has given a valid reason to lynch me (which makes sense since it's D1, and we know nothing). Velocity sticks out the most to me for saying I was the best bet today and then basically not having a reason when I asked other than an unnecessarily long post about how he doesn't think no lynching today is a good idea, which imo is not a valid reason to vote to lynch someone.

I’m a man of math, and math points to lynching having a low risk and high reward, with a no lynch being a no risk no reward.

If not no lynching today isn’t a good idea to me, I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t vote. So of course I voted.

If you have a better lynch candidate, feel free to vote for them, maybe if you have a good reason why or a read you made others will join you in it.

I get pushed to vote by everyone, and then when I go and vote I’m suddenly a target because I’m voting for something that isn’t a no lynch, which is what I usually vote for if I do vote and then also get told to stop voting no lynch? XD

No lynch has its uses, but this game isn’t one where it’s a great decision even on D1, because literally everybody is a PR. I would rather lynch somebody less active than you, have no doubts, but I’m not influential of vocal enough to really be able to start a wagon on anybody without evidence, and trying to do it would make me seem very suspicious because I don’t normally do it. Nobody has given me a particularly off putting read either, so I can’t exactly go off of reads.

Lol this is almost completely wrong, especially in a role madness game like this. Lynching is high-risk, high-reward, since obviously you need to lynch scum to win, but mislynching means losing a townie and getting closer to LYLO, as well as losing a PR that could be useful later in the game (what if we accidentally lynch the only town-aligned alignment cop, for example?). Also no lynch is low-risk, low-reward: obviously you can't lynch scum and risk them dying during the night anyway, but you also get to drag out the game and keep more townies alive for longer, which in an open role madness setup is extra helpful.

You posted a lot of words to finally get to this point, which is essentially that you're trying to lynch me just because I'm the closest to the vote requirement. I wouldn't say it's too suspicious since I've done that before on D1 too (as town lol), but admitting to thinking people will see your actions as suspicious has always felt like a bit of a tell to me, since players who know they're town generally don't care as much if people think they're acting scummy.

 

I'm sticking with my No Lynch vote, but definitely FoS Velocity.

The democrats wanting less border guards, they are pretty much trying to force the government and guilt trip the voters to do it.
So i would equate lww's campaigning to the democratic narrative of a peaceful border.

In a normal game, the risk of lynching a PR does make me want to avoid lynching like I am now. In this game, everybody, let me stress this, everybody is a PR. Losing one town aligned PR in this game is a drop in the bucket; compared to lynching one of the scum with a PR. The scum will always hit somebody that isn’t them with a PR, so they can capitalize on it the most. Town may not. Lynching D1 here is low risk high reward.

I’m admitting that if I didn’t follow through with what I said I’d do that I would look like a hypocrite and scummy. Yeah.. that’s exactly what would happen. I don’t need to be scum to be self aware, do I?
