Not sure how medium came into discussion but ok.

 

You speculated about powers fueled by there being a lynch the previous day, and medium from town of salem is what came to mind. That role is able to talk to dead people at night.

However, since day 1 is 7 days long and activity of people is not really as high as it used to be, we should wait to lynch until at least after Day 5. By that time it will be obvious who the least active is.
