Right, the point of not telling was so people wouldn't know. I wouldn't have spilled it out like that had I been thinking of Firkked. I figure, most people would have compared the assignments with the vote count already anyway.

the only ones that could have investigated me are SJ and Firkked. now, i don't remember Sj voting for me or casting a FOS on me... and i'm sure Firkked didn't investigate me either. otherwise no vote. so, actually, allow me to ask this...

I'm not sure. Its a series of comments from a while ago. I realize it would mean that the cop role would have bent the rules, but who knows. For all we know there is no cop anyway. Either way, I'm sticking to my first to arguments and think there is a legitimate connection to the third.

That someone I have in my mind as a possible cop has indicated Junkahoolik in this way. You jumped on me for thinking that meant I must have Firkked in mind but, that is not necessarily the case. I can think of various examples of flavor that would allow for the cop to bend the rules of room specific engagement. Especially now that we know that rule could be (and was) revoked.

SinKon is definitely irratic in style, but I don't find that necessarily scummy.

Despite his vote against me, Electric Mango seems to be the most pro-town in his prodding posts but maybe that's because he's a cleverly disguised mafia.

So where does that leave us? I want more discussion that might convince me. I won't support a "just lynch somebody, it's better than nobody" argument.

a) we need a lynch. the reasons/benefits should be obvious.

we need to gain information from said lynch.

with that reasoning in mind, let's make this a two horse race.

additionally, FOS on anyone that isnt voting at this point. lying low isnt helping the town at all.

I don't think that is the case here on N1.
Cuz that be a major advantage for the cop to have over mafia.

I'm thinking that the cop could really only investigate his roommates since the rules clearly state that they could only perform their night actions in the room where they in. The only thing I could think of for the cop to investigate other people is when mole announced to them during night that he removed rule 5-1. But if that is true then the mafia should have killed someone so I'm guessing rule 5-1 was still in effect on n1.

So looking at this...

Room 4 = Electric Mango, AoD/SinKon, Kaziocore

If EM is townie (which I believe him to be) and AoD/SinKon is scum then they should have killed EM through SinKon since they know there's a big risk for SinKon to get lynched the next day and EM is very active and stuff. So I'm thinking that SinKon is not mafia. Well unless I'm wrong and EM is actually scum or even me...

But I'll vote tomorrow (I'll reread the whole thread tomorrow and decide if I should vote junk) since I'm really busy right now.

I agree with KevinH that lurkers are bad and activity is good. Dead line is Friday and I'm hoping now that the weekend/holiday is over that activity picks back up.

I'd like to hear from those that haven't voted in particular as everyone else has already made their voices heard.

The whole point of grouping into rooms was to deny the scum the chance to move to an adjacent room and do an action. I doubt that the rules were changed by only telling the power roles but not the rest of us. I'm still not clear what it means when rule 5 is still in effect but there is another mechanic that we won't know.

I think we should still group into rooms like we did the first night.
