  6. If preston plans to play, I will happily mod the next game. As long as not being an IRON member is not a problem.
  7. Good game town.. I felt Imran had a really great game. His decision not to vote for kazio when he was targetting him really helped.
  8. So, EM, who were the chosen townies? Was it me and Imran? I was sure one of us would be night killed.
  9. Vote:EM
  10. Waiting for Kazio to show up. If he remains missing till tomorrow, I will vote.
  11. Thanks Kevin. I was hoping that this would be the case. Now, the strategy looks pretty easy Step 1: Give everyone time to make sure that Kevin is not lying i.e. If anyone else has a power role, its time to come forward. Step 2: If Kevin is not lying then we lynch EM. He is very likely scum but in the worst scenario is a vanilla townie. Step 3: With 3 townies left in the game and 2 being chosen, the scum will kill a vanilla townie in the night which will leave 2 chosen townies vs 1 scum. i.e. Town win Step 4: Celebrate town win.
  12. Imran, thats pretty good analysis and it is very likely that you are right but there is also this post. The scum would've voted earlier on them and may be then try to persuade everyone against them. No scum would like to be the person hammering the final vote. And then we know that Rafay hammered a townie. Also, a lot of the posts that Rafay made against Kevin came when he was pretty close to getting lynched, so it is possible that they were just moves to distance himself. Also, iirc, he never voted for either of them. I have a question for Kevin and EM. Do either of you have a power role? According to the game mechanics, we should have one.
  13. I believe the last scum has to be one of EM or Kevin. Though I would love to see Kazio's comments on it. @EM, why do you think we should be suspicious of Imran?
  14. Really!! Thats what you think? Care to point to any of my posts that are fluff or when/if I have been inactive. One of the reasons that I had for thinking Kazio is scum was that there wasn't enough content in his posts. He might not be posting enough but his last post was exactly the kind of post I would expect from a townie. I cannot be sure that Kazio is townie but imho the following have the best chance of being scum 1) Imran 2) Kevin 3) Rafay And, if I were to pick a scum team, it would be Kevin and Rafay. Atm, my vote stays.
  15. Loved your analysis Kazio. With your experience I expect more WoTs from you Going back through the posts, I have to agree with your suspicion on Imran but I still believe that if fluff posts were considered as a scum tell then Rafay should lead the list of suspects. He is definitely not inactive but has tried his best to stay away from the limelight. I understand that some of us believe that since he hammered a townie, he must not be scum but that does not give him any townie points in my book. Vote: Rafay
  16. hm.. apparently b ) becomes
  17. I don't play the game to lie low. As a townie, if I am not being suspicious then I am not playing right. I tried to make the best of day 1 with very little and unfortunately didn't get it right. Anyhow, if I was scum then I wouldn't take out Robert.. It would've been someone who was suspicious of me already or one of the most experienced players. The fact that all the experienced folks are still out there means at least one of the following is scum a) Kazio Kevin c) EM Also, imho anyone who is trying to maintain a low profile is suspicious. Based on that criteria, the most likely scum at this time would be (maybe I am missing something but didn't see enough content from a senior player, which is odd) a) Kazio Montosh c) Rafay But that's just me. As the saying goes "the nail that sticks out gets hammered", I just don't see it ending well for the town.
  18. Just a correction there, I didn't hammer Lyner.. Rafay did. Also, I voted for him because I found his moving votes from one L-1 to another very suspicious. Hindsight is 6/6 but on day 1, it was the best reason I had.
  19. I think it's safe to say that no one would dare to hammer a player at a very early stage of the game (whether townie or scum) I could only see that scenario happening if there is a newbie from either faction. I still want to lynch KevinH :| While I agree that it would be suspicious to hammer someone so early but if a townie is lynched, the player who placed the hammer vote is always a suspect. Anyhow, I don't see a good reason why I shouldn't be suspicious of Lyner's actions and thus Unvote Vote:Lyner
  20. Another interesting observation is that Lyner changed his vote from you to KevinH. That vote removed you from L-1 and made KevinH L-1. Perhaps I am being paranoid but it almost feels like he was trying to save you. I have defended Lyner before but now that I am reading his posts, it seems like he has made posts but tried to stay away from taking any stand. Considering how critical that vote could have been, I find the lack of reasoning very suspicious.
  21. Just an observation but both EM and KevinH went to L-1 but nobody hammered. Doesn't that mean that it is very probable that one of them is scum? At least, it is a strong indicator that neither of them is chosen as scum would've put the hammer vote if that was the case.
  22. how is randomly lynching someone for no reason any better? It is not but your plan gives me a scummy vibe as I had explained in my previous post.
  23. Hm.. I am not sure but I am starting to get scum vibes from Imran.. perhaps its just me.. but targeting a player because he was scum in the last game sounds almost as if a scum plan with a hope that some townies might end up following them. Unvote Vote:Imran
  24. But..but.. it reminded me of star wars.. Also, it somehow lead to me remembering the disappointment that was called the Phantom Menace :shudders: Hm.. maybe its time to target someone posting too much. It might be a strategy to counter your strategy.. http://s8.postimg.org/4t2ol47qd/keep_calm_and_yeah_i_got_nothing.png
  25. I don't see anything wrong with what he did.. Tbh, based on the mechanics, every townie needs to do his best to save himself from getting lynched.
