Ok I have caught up with most of the last 3 pages. I am confused. Preston is basing his suspicion list on who bandwagoned on a No-Lynch vote? Why would the scum ever want to bandwagon to end the day with no lynches. Lynching is good for scum as long as its not their guy getting lynched. We look at bandwagons closely because normally its a townie getting lynched but I have to say this is the first time I have seen voting based on No Lynch bandwagon. Dont get me wrong. I have never supported a No Lynch on Day 1 ( I believe I have never ever voted for a No Lynch in any game I have played). The reason is simple, We get no information for a No Lynch day with no bandwagons on how people voted for analysis later on. You may say this is exactly why the scum wants to end the day early by bandwagoning on the No Lynch vote. But to me, that seems like over analysing and missing looking at the game from the perspective of the scum. Sure, its good to have a day where no one got any info but the better scenario for them is to lynch a Townie. That makes them go closer to winning the game. No information from no lynching is secondary in priority. However, scum dont want to overplay their hand by pushing for lynching someone on Day 1 and would settle for a No Lynch if thats what the townies want. But now Preston is saying Scum are the one bandwagoning to get a No Lynch through. That just sounds crazy to me. I believe Preston is extremely experienced in the game and I cant see why he is pushing such an argument and taking the day off to a tangent. Unvote Vote: Preston

kevin seems to be trying to live up to his reputation of always no-lynching on day 1 no matter how illogical it is. tbf, he will probably be accused of being scum if does vote to lynch someone on Day 1

0 response from Rafay makes me think we may have hit the jackpot early. apart from a half-hearted "you will be sorry you lynched me" there has been nothing of worth from him. at least some moral outrage at the unfairness of the world-at-large picking on an innocent victim may have been expected from a townie being lynched on day 1. seems like he just gave up..kinda like EM did in the last game. any case, we will know soon enough anyway.

It's more than that because the scum know who they are and won't let their own be lynched if they can help it. lol....that doesnt even make sense. Theres 12 players and you need only 7 to lynch. Assuming theres 3 scum, there's still 2 townies who may vote differently. How does the scum stop 7 townies from lynching one of their own? Or even if there isn't an absolute majority, the scum can still get lynched with half majority at deadline.

Posts like that make you look more scummy. He has been pretty active and has laid out his reasons for why he is pushing for a lynch on certain players. Those players are high on my "lurk" mode list as well. So I am not buying your reasons for voting him. He may very well be a good lynch candidate on later days but putting the 2nd vote on an active player who is backing up his suspicions with arguments, is a pretty scummy move on Day 1 imo. What are your feelings on the other players? Special in the game or in general? are you trying to claim you have a power role? maybe special in a scummy kinda way? i dont know....anyone who tries to claim he is a vanilla townie (kevin) or a townie with a PR on Day 1 looks pretty scummy to me.

meh, Day 1 is just really fluff posting and a lot of random voting. This day really should be used to winnow out the inactives and lurkers. I would rather lynch someone who doesnt post or vote for anyone than someone who is posting and contributing. Whats your reason for keeping them alive? If there is a replacement coming in, then thats another matter, but for now he is the only one not posting so my vote will stay. Yes so by your logic, if everyone follows suit, we immediately lynch a player 2 days after the game started without even waiting for his post. This is the almost the same as no lynching on D1 minus a player. it takes 7 to lynch. I doubt we can get that in 2-3 days. however, if he is still inactive by day end he should be lynched, at least by half-majority. even if we get 7 guys on someone very quickly, it still gives us some interesting information on who bandwagoned to drive in the lynch (provided he turned out to be townie).

No lynch is for losers we should always lynch the inactives on Day 1. they become a drag later on and lets the scums lurk.
