  1. A predictable response from Kevin. It's not me that is withholding information though. If you didn't use an action on Kevin then either Kevin is lying or Torres isn't a VT.
  2. There's more to it than that. Now THIS is a candidate we can believe in!
  3. That makes more sense. I guess I missed that.
  4. I'm not sure what you mean. Can you explain that?
  5. I asked for input on who to use my motion detection on last night a little while before deadline and after ABT discussed what he might do. ABT was the only one to answer me and he suggested Kevin. Why even answer if he was just going to shoot me anyway? I wouldn't be able to share my result when I died.
  6. If you like pina coladas, and getting caught in Ukraine. My dad sniffs the children, while I sniff cocaine.
  7. Deciding who to use my ability on last night was a difficult decision which is why I asked for input yesterday. Kevin and Torres have largely been the two real unknowns and although both have claimed to be VT’s, neither have been verified as such. Torres has no verification at all and Kevin’s saving grace up to this point has been that he investigated as town to Wolfpacks on night 2 which has allowed him to make it this far without much of a thought. No offense to Torres but with his play style I think it’s highly unlikely that he’s scum and would be able to make it this far playing like that. Kevin on the other hand is a far greater threat as a potential mafia godfather so I chose to use my ability on him last night and was told motion detected. Therefore Kevin is either our scum or someone else has an action that they used on him and has not disclosed it to us. One thing that we still haven’t figured out yet though is the fact that we were told that someone’s role changed on night 2. There are a couple things that are noteworthy about that and I actually already laid some of them out in my role claim when I was explaining why I chose to motion detect Kevin on night 2 (even though I ended up getting jailed). Day 2 is the day that Brewers revealed that MK and ABT had different alignments. After Brewers made the case for MK, Kevin decided to vote for ABT with a reasoning of "to balance things out". That alone seems harmless but thinking about it again now it seems that there was more to it than that. If Kevin is mafia he obviously would have known that MK was as well so placing a vote on ABT to see if he could get anyone else to bite is entirely possible. He'd definitely prefer in a 50/50 situation that the townie gets killed before his mafia partner so he could at least take a townie down with him first. Kevin did change his vote to MK eventually but it wasn’t until MK started becoming obviously more desperate and the writing was on the wall more or less. Interestingly enough, Kevin might have pointed out to us exactly what he did here: Even though he waited until the outcome was becoming clearer he did this with MK. Then after MK got mod killed during the day, Rafay became the target and Kevin voted for him as well. Obviously it looks good to vote for two mafia, but again I'm wondering if more was going on there. After Rafay was lynched to end the day we were given the following flavor text in the day 2 update thread: The flavor text basically spells out what happened with Rot Mozum (Rafay) after his brother in arms, Thyto (Lord MK), was gunned down. It goes on to mention the character Thel 'Vadamee (The Arbiter) and says he was reduced to a "mere suicide errand boy for the prophets" which perhaps alludes to him not having much of a role. The last part of the update was the mod note telling us that a player's role had changed. I think that it's likely that Kevin is the Arbiter and is the one who's role changed by going through the "special ceremony" as a way to give him more of a chance since he just lost two teammates in the same day so early in the game. I asked Velocity to clarify exactly when the player's role changed. He confirmed that it changed with the end of the day and BEFORE any night actions occurred that night. Wolfpacks then investigated Kevin that evening and found him to be town which would mean that his role likely changed to mafia Godfather so he had some sort of investigation immunity to assist him which we have thought could be a possibility all along. FOS Kevin @Kevin - Can you explain why I got motion detected as a result when watching you last night? Additionally, I don't believe that you have name claimed yet and since this is potentially the last day, please do so now if you don't mind.
  8. Sorry I haven't posted yet today. I am swamped at work and trying to catch up from being off a couple days last week. I will make a full post in a bit when I finish this project but I see that Torres has incorrectly voted for me so I wanted to post quickly. I urge you to remove your vote and wait for all information before voting today.
  9. You probably should have said something other than that. You are highlighting one of the main reasons you get voted for regularly.
  10. Would it be delaying the inevitable or can we expect consistent effort?
  11. Doesn’t look like we’re going to get any other contributions at this point. Vote: Robert
  12. There have basically been 2-3 games going consecutively for months now.
  13. Alright, I’ll consider it. At this point the only thing I’m certain of (other than my own role) is that ABT is the town Vig. Robert seems like the best bet to be scum and I will hammer him soon but Torres and Kevin both concern me as well. Torres’ “I don’t give a damn about anything” attitude, even on what could potentially be the game deciding day, is worrisome. And Kevin as a potential Godfather has easily skated through up until now. Brewers concerns me as well, albeit to a lesser extent, due to his early game actions. However, how brilliant would it have been for him if he’s scum to sell out MK (like MK alleged he was doing) and then vote off two of his scum partners? As risky and bold as it seems, it’s gotten him to the end game without any suspicion. My top suspects are: Robert, Torres, Kevin
  14. Any recommendations for who I should use my motion detection on this evening? If not, I’ll choose to watch my top remaining suspect depending on who we lynch today. @Torres - Deadline is this evening. Do you have anything to contribute?
  15. So you do know something?
  16. Are you in some sort of secret competition with Rafay to see who can post the most things like this? Why aren’t you even trying to contribute to the conversation at this point? Is it because you’ve played the entire game like this and actually trying now will out you? If Robert isn’t the final scum then I think you’re our next best bet.
  17. Absolutely! Welcome back CoD. I am finally able to start putting this game together. I'll wait to start it until the Halo game ends since there are a couple games going currently.
  18. Vote: Rafay 1) Because he voted for me because I hadn't posted when the game was only a couple hours old. How dare I?! 2) Because he is now the lowest poster and least active. 3) Because all he does when he shows up after an extended absence is comment about how town sucks for voting for him. Look in the damn mirror.
  19. If Robert is lynched today and is the last scum then it's game over and we win. - Result: Town Wins If Robert is lynched today and is scum, but not the last one, then we will probably have 4 town vs 1 scum tonight. If ABT kills correctly then we win. - Result: Town Wins If ABT kills incorrectly (it doesn't matter what the remaining scum does) it's LYLO for town tomorrow. - Result: Town can win by lynching correctly tomorrow. If ABT does not kill it'll probably be 3 town vs 1 scum tomorrow (essentially LYLO). - Result: Town can win by lynching correctly tomorrow. If Robert is lynched today and is not scum, then we either have 3 vs 2 tonight or 3 vs 1 vs 1. If it's 3 vs 2 and ABT kills correctly at night then it'll probably be 2 vs 1 tomorrow (LYLO). - Result: Town can win by lynching correctly tomorrow. If its 3 vs 2 and ABT kills town at night. - Result: Instant Town Loss. If it's 3 vs 2 and ABT does not kill at night, town loses with the night kill. - Result: Instant Town Loss. If it's 3 vs 1 vs 1 and ABT kills scum at night, any result could occur depending on scum kills. - Result: Town could win, tie, or ultimately lose depending on scum kills. If it's 3 vs 1 vs 1 and ABT kills town at night, the town could lose at night if both scum factions kill town. - Result: Town could win, tie, or lose depending on scum kills. If it's 3 vs 1 vs 1 and ABT does not kill tonight, any result could occur depending on scum kills. - Result: Town could win, tie, or ultimately lose depending on scum kills. If Robert is lynched today and turns up as scum, my recommendation would be for ABT to kill his top remaining suspect at night. He will either be right and we win or wrong and it's LYLO for town tomorrow (same as if he didn't kill at all). If Robert is lynched and is not scum it becomes a more difficult decision. Assuming I've accounted for all the possibilities (I think I have anyway) then we have the following result probabilities: 1 of 9 scenarios = Instant Town Win 3 of 9 scenarios = Town could win in a LYLO situation tomorrow 3 of 9 scenarios = Town could win, tie, or lose still 2 of 9 scenarios = Instant Town Loss
  20. It was definitely a joke based off of Torres' post and his history. I actually find his comment about not strategizing to be suspicious.
  21. so youre the sk and asked for mafia immunity i see Umm no. I know you’re joking but there are some here who take things like this seriously. To late. Surely Torres is a town Vig and he's watching you right now I think the odds actually support this being the case..
  22. so youre the sk and asked for mafia immunity i see Umm no. I know you’re joking but there are some here who take things like this seriously.
  23. With mafia NK immunity, wouldn't the SK automatically draw once nothing can prevent mafia from winning? Since the mafia can't eliminate them during the night. Actually I don't think so. If it came down to X number of mafia alive vs the SK, the mafia would still be able to lynch the SK during the day with a majority vote or in the case of 1 mafia vs the SK, the SK would be able to kill the mafia player at night. Does it? *EDIT Sniped by ABT
  24. Do you think the SK would be more afraid of being the mafia night kill target or of being either the target of a town Vig or town cop? First thought tells me it’d be the latter.
  25. Don’t sugar coat it next time, Finster. Looks like someone was caught lying already! And, @Rafay. Chill bro. The game just started.
