It would be best to see how things develope. If Russia invades the Ukraine further it could cause a serious energy problem for the EU (due to the pipelines in the Ukraine leading into Europe. The energy problems in Europe will cause a greater demand world wide and that will lead to countries that are already in an economic bind (Greece and Spain for example) to possibly collapse. That could very easily lead to a domino effect, of which more economically stable nations like Germany and France would suffer a depression and/or collapse themselves (due to them taking on the national debt of the economically unstable countries). Go further and it is possible that stronger and stronger economies could fail as well (due to all of the western economies being so closely tied to each other). At best there would be economic strain world wide, at worst some countries could fall economically. Similar situation if NATO and/or the US get involved militarily. The only ideal situation would be for Russia to withdraw from Crimea and some sort of coalition conducts peacekeeping efforts and helps get Ukraine back on it's feet.

My take on it is that we (the scum) were lucky. If d3mon had not been invited to one of the townie night convos, us scum would not have had a chance. We were pulling people at random until d3mon was able to tell us exactly who was who. Like Imran for instance. We found out on the night before day 3 that he was L. We couldnt go after him because he was protected so we had to look elsewhere. The next night we found out from d3mon who Chaplain was and we killed him for fear that he was going to off one of us. and it goes on. So what I am trying to say here is that if d3mon wasn't there to help us, we wouldnt have gotten very far. I had Shinigami Eyes but EM did not. d3mon lost all of his abilities after day 2 and we couldn't talk to Fernando (who looked to be doing his own thing anyways). If either d3mon, EM, or I had be inadvertently killed, we would have lost. If d3mon had not been invited to the night groups, we probably would have lost. Everyone had a special ability that could add a twist to the game. It was more luck than anything that could have made either side win. Well that is my two cents anyways =)

Imran, if you investigated d3mon after he got rid of his death note, then you wouldn't know he was scum. Which he did toss on day 2 i think.

The cop could investigate and get the fake identity and the real identity if they investigated scum. The fake identity allowed scum to have a role claim for chatting purposes....not hide from investigations and shinigami eyes

I also have been rediculously swamped at work and pulling 12-14 hours and a wife that is pregnant and demands me spending time with her =P. I will try to post more...if I have time. BTW I can confirm EM's role. I am Touta M. and I am of the Japanese Police Force. My ability is back-up cop. When LK died I gained his ability to investigate. I have been working alone (unfortunately). I investigated EM on day 2, Alternate tree on day 3 (withholding) and just got XxKarlxX today (Teru Mikami, a criminal prosecutor dedicated to Light's vision and has the Shinigami eyes ability. He also has the fake identity of Tierry Morrello aka Aiber). I have been investigating the best I can with almost nothing to go after. If Imran's assessment is correct then we are getting down to the wire and need to lynch scum today (day 4).

I feel so left out on the whole night convo thing =( So we are immediately going after EM after we lost another person. KevinH your logic is flawed....just because he doesn't talk to you at night does not mean he is scum. It could very well mean that he does not have the ability to do so. Also, it is very possible that one of the people that is in the night convo is scum. I thing Killgor is rushing for a lynch. If we lynch another townie, we are that much closer to losing. Basing an assumption on first impression is not a good basis for a lynch. I will not push a vote right now until I go through everything.
