I liked it better when Dr. Fakenhauer rotoscoped actresses heads from interviews onto the bodies of porn stars to make sex videos. The nonchalant way they talked and looked around while taking it reminded me of my first few relationships.

You might look into hiking/camping, rather than full-blown survival. It can be a relatively cheap hobby that helps to recontextualize any stress you're feeling. Especially if you look at it as minimalist camping, rather than the money drains that most people turn it into.
