a side note to what case? a side note to what he may have been up to It doesn't matter what he was up to if he wasn't resisting arrest and was shot in the back. It doesn't matter if he had the heads of children in his trunk, cops aren't allowed to shoot people who aren't resisting arrest in the back. And don't think it can't happen to you or someone you know. If you are white you have some protection, but things don't happen in a vacuum and they don't tend to stay isolated when an epidemic of police violence starts. With that said, I am well aware that the majority of cops in this country are good, or at least the ones I know are. But there is a disease of complacency and blatant abuse and it is spreading. It isn't just the cops in the field, there have been conspiracies from higher ranking law enforcement officials trying to cover up shootings of unarmed people. These victims are fathers, sons, brothers, uncles, friends, and let's not forget the lady who was arrested for refusing to extinguish the cigarette she was smoking in her own car and then DIED IN JAIL! In the USA it is legal to be rude to cops. that is not grounds for arrest. Driving while being of African heritage is also legal and not grounds for being stopped, harassed, or arrested. However it is illegal to shoot unarmed people in the back because a "peace officer" has a badge and finds them scary looking. If this keeps up, eventually you or someone you care about will end up crossing the wrong cop and God knows what will happen. Just a side note for your consideration. I'm not saying that he should have been shot. But he was to some extent resisting arrest. And it's someone other than a cop going through training for it. Also not saying it doesn't happen to people that are complying. But 99.99% of the time, if you comply you won't get shot or anything else like that.

2 different things that have different PD's. It's not about race, look in Charlotte it was a black cop and a black guy. One party says he did have a gun, the other says he didn't. But they're not even waiting for the video. They went full retard, and hit the streets with riots. The Walmart that I go to sometimes in NC is shutdown. Because stupid people looted it and broke the glass. Also shut down I-85 which is a big interstate in NC.People just don't want to respect police anymore. There are 12 officers hurt that had nothing to do with what happened. It is about race. Police officers against blacks. Police officer can be black, orange, yellow, purple, but at the end of the day he's still a police officer. And coincidentally there are plenty plenty of innocent unarmed human beings DEAD. I think people have become so numb to DEATH these days and don't understand the severity of the situation because it doesn't truly affect them. A police officer who you have been told is meant to protect you ends up killing you. You want to wait until you or someone your close to gets bs treatmeant because the thugs with badges feel they have some power? Tazers sometimes do not do the job. also if she did think he had a gun in his hand, she has every right to defend herself and her partners. who else would he use it on other than the police officers.

Is there something I'm missing? From what I can see, it looks like they did just shoot him for no fucking reason. If you're so inclined to resort to lethal violence when under littlest of pressures and heavy backup, maybe you don't deserve to be a cop can you see where his hands are? cause I can't besides in the car, I can't see where he's going with his hands. he walked a good 7 feet from where he started. he didn't need to go to his car. it doesn't matter how much back up you have. if someone is reaching for a gun, it takes only seconds for someone to pull out a gun and end a life. most that I know do as part of their dash cam audio they may also have body cams we'll have to see

Murder my ass, he did not need to go to his car. there have been many killings of cops, because people disobeying them like what that guy did. come on dude, if you were a cop would you really let him go up to his car like that? where he could have a gun? who knows she could've thought he had a gun or something. this could have all been over with if he would've just complied, and obeyed commands. also "for no reason" is way off
