  1. I do think you're right. My character and role seem to fit together fairly well. This could be my worst play yet in my short IRON mafia career lol, but I'm actually going to take away my FOS on brewers. I think starting a lynch train on the last day that you're not willing to follow up on is stupid, but doing that as scum would be even stupider, and most of his other actions have felt pretty townie to me.
  2. I'm right behind brewers to be lynched, partially because I joked about voting for someone who's not even in the game. I've been trying to participate but you can understand why I'm feeling discouraged from being too reckless about who I vote for this time around. Lol you've got a lot of nerve coming after me for being part of the same train that lynched Velocity. Matter of fact, didn't you say verbatim "might as well join the bandwagon" in reference to why you lynched him?
  3. Haha I should've known better than to try to make a self-aware joke when I'm on the hot seat. I'm town, please stop voting for me.
  4. Oh a bandwagon? I'm in! Vote Naradd
  5. I don't think nadarr is in this gameAll the more reason to be suspicious of her, I think!
  6. I can argue with everything else but not that. TW messed up big time.
  7. RIP Velocity. Sorry I didn't believe you you would've made a great director! I voted for Velocity because I agreed with brewers that in plain mafia games, it's generally better to lynch someone that you have some reason to believe may be mafia on the first night. I believed there was a non zero chance that he was scum because 1) at first it seemed like someone else had reason from night 0 to suspect him, and then before that started to get lost, 2) Velocity started panicking, at least from my perspective, which gave me more reason to think he might've been lying about his RC. Obviously in hindsight he was just trying to save himself, but he made references to modifiers that seemed at least suspicious to me, even after brewers took away his vote. Frankly, I don't understand why brewers pushed so hard to get everyone to do this and then chickened out and eventually didn't vote. Ultimately he was right to believe Velocity's RC I guess, but it's the weirdest townie strategy I can think of, and it clearly backfired by getting a townie killed when most people (myself included) were willing to ride out a no lynch without anything else to go on.
  8. Lol that's great, FOS'ing me because I'm active and trying to find scum by actually posting. Honestly I hope you are mafia because it'll annoy me less. Let's just make my vote officially an OMGUS one and see what happens lol.
  9. I feel like there's 4 possibilities: 1. Brewers is PR and got some sort of lead on you, and just trying to play it off to avoid being targeted during the night. 2. Brewers is just trolling, but Kevin is PR and got some sort of lead on you 3. Brewers is scum and is panicking because his campaign to get you lynched actually worked. 4. We're all idiots and just getting a fellow VT lynched for the sake of it lol. In other words there's almost a 50/50 chance that we're about to get scum on the first night. You might be telling the truth, but right now there's too great a chance to tip the scales way in our favor. I didn't trust Kevin in the last game and it screwed me lol, so hopefully I'm not being an idiot for the second game in a row.
  10. Either way he's chickening out of his own vote, but I don't have a way of knowing yet if it's just because he's chicken or because he's afraid of having blatant evidence of him being scum, hence the FOS. You're the one saying you believe you have a modifier, which gives me more cause to believe Kevin or someone investigated you and got some sort of negative result, which may be why the train got rolling so quickly. At this point the only viable options are you or no lynch, and I honestly don't know which is the better vote at this stage, so I'm staying where I'm at. As you said, there's still an hour and a half for things to change, and I'll be online pretty much right up until deadline just in case.
  11. Honestly I'm keeping my vote where it is just in case, at least for now. I wasn't necessarily sold by Brewers as much as Kevin seeming to get some sort of clue. I will say though that the scummiest possible thing you could do is start a lynch train and then back out at the last second when it looks like it's backfiring, so FOS brewers. We'll see what day 2 brings.
  12. Oh wait. Hmm I can get on this train if we have enough time. Vote: Velocity
  13. TW won't confirm or deny whether killing was permitted or not, so it's possible that kills were attempted but just blocked, but the same 12 players that we started with are still alive for this day, so definitely no one died in Night 0.
  14. No offense, but isn't that what happened in this game? Sorry for the edit, just fixing my broken bbcode
  15. Lol. It's basically lil' weird ward (but pronounced word), which is why people usually shorten it to Lil or LWW (Ward is also acceptable, and LLW less so but I let it slide). It's a boring story to explain it much more than that other than it being a family reference haha.
  16. The only way the town can win is by lynching. If we Lynch someone on day 1 we can analyize wagons and voting patterns. If we no Lynch we gain nothing. Plus depending on even or odd players if you no Lynch day 1 you can actually lose a day and reach lylo earlier I've done the research before but lynching on day 1 over the long run gives town a better chance of winning instead of no Lynch. I will always vote to Lynch on day one when town That's not true, we got scum before. Losing a townie day 1 doesn't really hurt too bad but we do have about a 1/4 chance of getting scum and getting a scum day 1 makes it almost impossible for them to win But the iron community as a whole always votes no Lynch day 1. Which makes these days pointless. I don't get why we don't just do a 48 hour day 1. We never do anything so it's just a waste of time I actually agree, but no one is annoyingly inactive (Torres got close but is doing better now), and frankly I'm not really getting a scummy vibe from anyone yet, so idk who a fair lynch would be. Sticking with no lynch for now, but we've got a few more RL days to change minds if anyone has anything useful
  17. Frankly in most situations I buy brewers' theory in the other game that lynching on day one is low risk medium reward, whereas no-lynch is no risk low reward. In this case though with the high probability of most players having power roles, the risk of damaging our chances later on by lynching sometime important goes up by a lot. We can't live in fear of a mislynch forever obviously, but folks should start getting enough information after the first night that we'll have more grounds to target people. TL;DR let's just vote no lynch and move on with this dang day
  18. I think we're either one vote off a majority for no-lynch, or two days off a no-lynch by default, right?
  19. I’m not a very focal voter, to be honest. Brewers gets very upset about itI mean I'm not saying you should go around convincing everyone to vote the same as you, but you could at least, you know... cast a vote lolOh I know, don’t think I don’t. But I prefer not to, especially on D1. Other than, of course:No lynch

  21. Anyone have an updated post count?
  22. For what it's worth, the bomb thing isn't what's driving me to vote no-lynch. I've already explained my reasoning on that. I agree with TW and others though who have said that the numbers are at least suspicious, and we should probably keep an eye on that throughout the game. Possibly, or possibly not. Says the Jester This would definitely make sense.
