To be fair, I don't think he's ever said brewers or MK were suspicious it is a bit weird to read everyone as scummy but I'm fairly convinced he's town (didn't vote for either mislynch) and just trying to prod someone into panicking or something like that. Any chance we could get an updated vote count, mod? Curious who is still not participating. It feels like we don't really have any meaningful information right now other than post counts and some people saying they either shouldn't be protected or were role blocked, which doesn't seem super helpful at this stage and could mean a lot of things.

Really baffled as to why Lyner would lie about his RC. I feel like this throws everything off. If I'm suspicious of anyone at this point, it's Robert and Wolfpacks for not even voting, but who knows. Losing the doctor is rough though, and we could be looking at having 3 scum still left out of 8 players. Yeah but he was a JOAT which usually gets at least some sort of investigative role, right?

I can't say with confidence that Torres is scum anymore, whereas I still have a gut feeling that Lyner is scum. I know this vote is probably a hammer and could ruin me but I feel like I have to do it. Vote: Lyner

I guess validate was the wrong word. I mean it's relatively easy to disprove. He takes any action at night? Obviously lying. Any investigation against him comes back as not town? Obviously lying. You're right though that if neither of those came back negative then we still couldn't necessarily prove his claim, but it would at least have more credibility, right? Anyway my point was mostly that Lyner has at least given a theoretically disproveable role claim, but now Torres has too, so I'm really torn. Is anyone else online? We're running out of time to avoid any potential mislynch.

I don't think so without someone else having to unnecessarily out themselves. If either Tony or Kevin is online then they should be able to confirm if they had an action that was blocked or not without having to out their role. Either this sucks lol, I'm really confused now. Unvote Either way*

Yeah I'm torn too. At this point, Lyner has at least RCed, which makes it easy to validate his claim and hammer him tomorrow if he's lying. Torres has been scummy pretty much the whole time and never made an attempt to save himself or justify his actions. Then again, maybe Torres just isn't taking the game seriously, and Lyner knows that mislynching another day won't help our cause. It feels like the safe choice is Torres but the high risk high reward choice is Lyner. I have no idea if this is the right call but... He was joking around with it all of day 1. it’s fine you voted but you don’t have to right to think he deserves a lynch when it is you who had the power to prevent it but didn’t use that power. Vote velocity?So you're right that he never outright claimed cop, but this response to Kevin's wish that someone who was a cop would try to hint at their investigation results made it seem like he was hinting at claiming it. I think it's a stretch for anyone to say that brewers outright lied, but even brewers acknowledged that he sees how it could've been interpreted that way.

Brewers, are we voting No Lynch again?

I've stated multiple times that I voted for Velocity because I thought there was a chance he was scum. People can criticize my reasoning all they like, but I've at least tried to play the game and explain myself. Coincidentally, that's exactly why I've been quieter today. People read so much into my activity that I was getting voted on for silly jokes, so I'm trying to be more cautious this time around. I will say that I have no idea how Lyner got himself to go from completely off my radar (didn't vote for Velocity and tried to get people to chill out, generally pretty low key) to seemingly the most blatantly obvious scum in the game. Within like a day, he was trying to pull name claims out of everyone, role restrictions out of a townie, and now has made the most outlandish RC you can make without apparently using it on who he seemed to think was the most obvious person in the game. Even MK as the traitor in the last game wasn't as blatantly scummy as this haha. Still being careful with my vote, but FOS Lyner 100%. Also Torres, you're still scummy as all get out lol.

Lol he's just accused almost everyone except two or three people of being scum, so I wanted to make him sweat a little bit for it He seems like he's just being a paranoid townie though, so I'll leave him alone.

Can we clarify who you don't think scum is? Because I have a feeling it'll be a much shorter and more interesting list than who you've pointed a finger at so far this game.

I will reiterate, probably to my own detriment, that I believe brewers is town. Specifically I believe brewers' role claim. I still have no idea how Torres and Robert are getting off scot free. Within 3 minutes of realizing people were buying into brewers' supposed hint, Torres turned it into a bandwagon, and 4 minutes later Robert was in too. I stayed on to try to interrogate Velocity more (which would be a weird and pointless thing to do if I were scum), but both of them dropped off, confident that they had their lynch. Robert even helped get the next train going by voting for brewers right off the bat, and Torres sure seems happy to "deliberate" about his vote between me and brewers. Trying to not make it obvious that you two are working together, maybe?
