THE DAY THAT NEVER SEEMED TO END.

(or, the day Hades told his friends he was going to be a father, and woke up Tuesday morning propped up against a chainlink fence next to LAX's main runway. The rental car had been towed - with someone asleep in the back seat - and another helpless partner-in-crime awaoke to find his pants had been mysteriously set on fire the night before. That's why I don't party with these people anymore, makes me miss the college years)

ANYWAY

Life can be full of surprises. For instance, I'll bet when Albereé une Balle de Brass, the personal footman of Maurice Kennedy, awoke just days earlier he had no idea he would end the day not only masterless, but also fearing for his life and hunting for the killer.

And, even more disturbing, he has now had to vote on someone to lynch - because only by murdering those he knows can he possibly kill the unknown.

However, luckily for our resident personal footman, neither his vote counts - nor is anyone voting for him. He pegged Hereé Coq, the house servant of the Castle Volant (maybe some professional rivalry there?), but Léone Kennedy and the house cook, Elena le Pickle, picked the out of towner; Mr. Dorian Gray himself.

Yes, our young wanderer proves yet again small town mentality - that it is not good to be a fresh face when times go hard, or even bad. Glancing at the grim faces of the house servant and the personal footman, he begged for his life - referencing that the dead Lord had trusted him with the Book, and how could he be scum when he was so new to the area? Léone watched from his bedroom window as lightening flashed from the sky, and Dorian fell dead on the hangman's noose.

Unfortunately, it must be now uttered that Mr. Gray was a wandering townie with no town, and although interested in the arcane had never committed such a crime himself. As such with Mr. Fry, due to the relatively short amount of time he was in the town, and his passing relationship to all that knew him in Mo'Merde, there was never any real possibility that he was one of the Vampy Fanclub.

For those with ADD: Junkahoolik got hanged, was townie.

NIGHT THREE BEGINS

Edited by Bastille Hades

Awesome, guys.

I looked at the spreadsheet - what do you mean by taunting?

Mole added that, I think he was worried that if we used the spreadsheet as the ONLY way to count votes, scum could nip in and change the arrangement (saving their own skin, possible). Taunting probably meant "don't play with him, he cheats" in all future games.

WE ARE NOW IN NIGHT THREE, SEE MY ABOVE POST FOR GAME DESCRIPTION

GAME OVER

Yeah, thought I'd get that part over with. Aquinas is dead, lynched by those horrible scum (KevinH) Elena le Pickle and (Narsis) Hereé Coq - both were Vampy Fanclub with no special powers whatsoever. Mr. (CanucksDynasty) Jan Hiroshima was an excellent doctor, apart from the fact he decided to protect one of the scum, and everything else was more or less the town's doing (you hanged 'em high, boys).

Anyway, in all honesty, thank you all for playing, and I shall see you around.

Hmm I thought something was up with Narsis, though I never linked him with KevinH. Any power roles?
Bummer, its over. As a result of my absence I decided not to intervene in the current day. I knew that if I voted the wrong way it would pull a ton of heat. As a townie my goal is generally self preservation because the only role I am sure is townie is mine. So, I figured since I had missed so much it was of little use to anyone for me to get involved. Well, see you all in the next game.

Wow! I have learned my lesson - don't follow in the early stages. Sigh.

GG guys

Meh...I had a feeling that KevinH could go either way (scum/cop) but wasn't too sure.

After I got nk'd...I had a feeling that KevinH was scum.

@KevinH/Narsis - why did you guys decide to nk me? Was it because i was a veteran or perhaps the role description (ie. caregiver)?

My initial thought was to let CanucksDynasty live and frame him for the lynch of Falzis. In the end, it was decided that he was the most likely to turn on either Narsis or me. Is that because he is a veteran player? Who can say?

I still have bad memories of the game where I was scum and was lynched because "if it's day 3 and he's alive, he must be scum."

Yeah...that's a generally rule I follow in longer games.

yeah i put the heat on CD for the nk simply because CD is a huge threat in any game just from being a veteran. that and i played Day 1 very poorly as scum(apart from the distancing of Kevin) so i figured that i would take most of the heat day 2. thankfully, the heat fell onto junkahoolik rather then me.

Kevin's intial plan was to kill AKC for his vote on me...but i figured with him being new he didn't quite know what he was doing and figured he wasn't much of a threat if any.

also as a side note: before the game started i was thinking to myself about Kevin's meta and how to read him. low and behold in his very first post he does the #1 thing that i would have used to peg him as scum.

Are we going to do a sequel game?
