He tracked Kasabian...so he knows he did something but not what.

Correct?

It would explain why mole voted for Kasa after the counterclaim by CH.

yes that's correct.

also when either things clear up for me or mole one of us will start the next game. unless anyone else wants to take a crack at modding?

Ha ha...so you lucked out on the shot.

I thought you saw some tell from Alasdair.

Good shooting anyways.

Everyone's game has improved.

Or maybe I'm just getting worse.

I really couldn't scum-hunt this game.

Your clearing of people due to a 'hint' in day one and clearing me of being mafia due to knowing the win percentages was startlingly to me, other then that with the statistics you were an asset to the town. I kept you alive simply because you helped me lynch Kasabian. :)

Yeah...that was my bad.

It over-rided my judgement.

There was one post of yours that raised question marks to me...but I never really pushed for an explanation.

It was a last resort it seems for Kasabian to save himself and out the true doc. KevinH proved very valuable this game and it appears they targeted him or no killed. Since CD and KevinH were confirmed townies I knew mole was mafia and tried to keep out of his spotlight and the enmity between him and CD.It would be very scummy of him to kill CD with the little feud and tension between the two. I'd figure the third(assuming its three mafia and no third party or is the third party) one is either Martino or Alasdair and leaning towards the latter since he hasn't been very helpful.

The bolded part raised alarm bells to me.

I should have listened to them.

Basically I thought to myself...

How in the world would you know that CD, KevinH were confirmed townies?

You would have only known CD and KevinH were townies on the battlefield update.

And how would you know mole was mafia if you were the doc?

Nagging questions that I didn't follow up on.

My bad.

I'd like to apologise here for my lack of activity in thread.

Mafia playing is, well, turning into a bit of a chore for me, and with RL ramping up recently I don't particularly have the time or inclination.

With NaNoWriMo coming up and my courses at University about to kick in properly, I'd rather not mod the next game and have you guys face constant delays with vote counts, etc etc etc. I would happy to Co-Mod, backup-mod, or review setups for anyone who wants to have a go at modding though.

The dreaded RL monster strikes again.

I'll be on vacation during end October to Mid November.

So I won't be around to play or mod.

After I get back...I wouldn't mind mod-ding a game or two.

CD.

off topic:

about NaNoWriMo: you finishing up what you did before or starting completely new?

It just so happened that the next day, Kasabian became too defensive so he became more suspicious to me and

add the false doc claim of CH.

Haha, i told ya i play like that, you know, this is a game, i hope you didn't take it personal.

Sometimes there is a game where you just can't seem to get it right. I particularly remember a mafia vs werewolves game here where I lead the town to three or four consecutive townies lynches.

That being said, I am happy with my reads throughout this game but a little dissapointed in my persuasive ability. Especially the quick lynch was disappointing. Why did the townies feel the need to quickly vote there?

Also, I wouldn't mind modding a game. Would you prefer a relatively vanilla game or something a bit different? I actually still have something related to mole's last plane crash mafia that I want to try out. But since I haven't tried it before, the balance may not be perfect.

I want to try something different with some roles that I haven't seen before.

I... still don't know, heh.

I would quite like to finish it off, but last year's story was a little unrefined, and I didn't do any (or, very much) development of the characters so it all seemed a little bland.

Starting something new strikes my fancy, but I don't know what to write about, at all, yet. Maybe I'll get inspiration nearer the time.

@Martino - Shoot me a PM with it and I'll take a look, if you like.

Your reads on CH and Nerau were spot on.

I ended suspecting our doc and tracker as mafia.

Meh...at least I knew they weren't vanilla townies.

Thanks, I still need to write part of it out, I'll do that this weekend and then sent you a message. The balancing will also partly depend on the number of people signing up.

I'll be on that game!

I'd prefer something a bit different
