this is exactly what i was thinking. it brings to mind the game-breaking strategy from Plane Crash 2. the main difference here is the only way to lynch is to get enough people together in a room with the person we want dead and have them all attack him, which is a very dangerous move considering the possibility of AOE.

Well this game is turning out to be way more confusing than I remember mafia to be :P Mind you I play way back and was well, a loser :(

I guess it gets interesting really after day one, when some one gets hurt or dead etc, right?

MOD: If someone is killed, are we all notified of the death?

At the end of each night, everyone gets a description of what happened in his room. But remember that you only have a chance to detect actions. So you are not sure that everything you saw is really everything that happened. At the start of the day everyone's health status will be updated, but that is all you will know about what happened in the other rooms. So the short answer is yes, if someone is killed his health status will be set to 0/10 and you will thus know he is dead.

Also, I will be out of town for the next 2.5 days. I will set the deadline at Friday morning 10.00 CET. Remember that you can already start submitting your night actions and that you are allowed to change them until 24h after the deadline.

without voting/lynches there isnt much to discuss during the day. unless the mafia want to reveal their names and target for the night. that'd generate some discussion.
