It seems my hypothesis now carries a little more validity considering no one was night killed.
Here's what I believe we are up against.

I'm guessing if we lynch the head werewolf, we win.

Duh. I mean coooooooome on. This is just stupid. Of course this is what we're up against. Thanks for nothing. This post doesn't give us anything. No call to action, no solution, no nothing. If you're going to post you might as well actually post something worthwhile.
At this point I'll probably just vote for Kevin H. I'm getting tired of his stupid a$$ poems.

Well excuse me, go ahead with your asinine over analyzation of a few of my words. You're reaching and you know it.
Look, no night kill. That means either are scum are dumb or they have some other power they are running with. Maybe they don't lose when we kill the original vampire/warewolf/monster, but they just can no longer convert and only communicate in the night phase.
Judging by the flavor of his game (and the effort put in by the mod to make it that way) I think it is an obvious assumption we are dealing with something different here. You'd be stupid not to agree. Maybe they can NK, but only on a limited basis. The details aren't certain, but I think the general idea of conversion is plain to see.

I have to admit, we've made little progress towards identifying possible mafia scum. I'd like to point out that all options seem to be open, including the werewolf (or a variation) one. The fact is that it is very likely that if the game was adapted to allow for a werewolf, than it's "victory conditions" and/or paths to a townie victory might just as well have been adapted to compensate for the supposed edge of the werewolf or whatever we are facing.
Not a fan of lynching Kevin either, seems to me his posts keep it interesting

I might be grasping at straws here, but knowing Kazio's dislike towards "no lynch", it is very probable that in a game designed by him, he would make no lynch the worst possible option for the town..
Now, EM's guess of the game mechanics (werewolf!!), would support this presumption and thus I believe that he is probably right (or darn close)..
With all that said, I find BeeBs' reaction to EM's guess as something the head werewolf would say.. so here it goes
