So everyone except @iSocialism have spoken. (and of course dagonslayer, but I don't think he's in the game at this moment)

 

For now I'm just going to pressure the inactives and lurkers:

Rhizo is already being suspicious, although it could just be the fact that it's been a while since he has played? (assuming he has played before?)

 

 

Nothing wrong with being suspicious and on ones toes.  If people are looking to lynch someone, at least I'm giving a possible reason why.  What else would you like to do...no one actually put forth any effort to point out suspicion and wait to get picked off tonight when the scum vote, and already down a townie?  It seemed No lynch was the going thing (I was fine since not much to go off of) until unvotes started happening.

D3mon has his own reasons for withdrawing his vote but personally I would do the same as him because as I said before, ending the day early with a no-lynch gives us no information with which to work, and the less information we have the worse off the town is.

That surely seems off.  The guy who is the first to vote no lynch and post so quickly, now suddenly doesn't want it to end so quickly.  If you're for no lynch, you shouldn't care if others all go that same route and voted no lynch.  Seems fishy you suddenly make a move to look less "scumish" by backing out of your earlier vote.  

 

I believed that lynching with nothing to go on was a bad idea.  Didn't want to lose a townie off a guess in the dark, while another one may get killed during the night time...but with D3mon's quick change of heart, and in my eyes, looking to come off less scumish.

This is exactly why I want to keep the day going, now you have a reason to suspect me and similarly there would be other actions that can be used. A quick end to any day will always favor the scum and while there is not any information that the town can use to find scum, we will seldom be sure and it is these discussions that would help.

 

Also, just wanted to add that I am not against no lynch but am dead against a quick end to the day.

I am interested to know why you think we are down a townie? or maybe I am reading it wrong and you meant that we would be down one after the night.

Days will be short enough as it is.  There's no information in day 1, but we can gauge activity which might influence a lynch choice in day 2.

If we're going on activity then how about the fact that iSoc has checked this thread and not posted. He's clearly lurking.
But i still tend to believe that its in our best interest to no lynch. Therefore.

I think the Mafia will want to work together, act as a team and back each other up during arguments since they know who the other scum are. So far, chaplain demons camradarie has been the most suspicious.

Still, with not much to go on, I'll still vote no Lynch.

I was online on the thread when he was checking it. It shows at the bottom.

I made a single argument in his defense because of an accusation which in my eyes had no founding. And why if i were mafia would i run to his defense so quickly over something so trivial. One vote? This is not my first time playing this game, i know better than to make a mistake like that if i were a scum.

Also scum are more likely to not associate as much as possible to avoid people seeing an alliance and targetting them.

They won't make it obvious and blatant, and not all scum would jump on the vote wagon to preserve deniability. Tho, they'd try and push discussion in certain directions.

The thing is, scum will try to blend in, they can easily protect someone/come to their defense. When you know someone is town by being mafia. Defending them will earn townie points later if they are proven town. They will also follow the flow of the game, such as casting the votes where the flow is heading, but they will also separate them self from other scum. Without calling them out of course. We see that with one on a lynched wagon, one not voting and when voting for someone else. They will also try to generate flow without pushing to hard. Calling someone out for inactivity or lurking is the best way to do that. Town will easily grow weary when the deadline is approaching, and also follow a general trend. I was with holding my vote to see who did this trend. FYI no proof reading done.
