1. I have good feelings about Aquinas too, he certainly seems to be thinking rationally and said he would change his vote if it was proved that it was ill-placed.

Never been one of my strong points and that certainly isn't one right now. :safari:

*SPAM* (For Martino >< ) Sucks about your foot, especially in the summer time. If it was winter it wouldn't be so bad. Anyways, after I saw my post count I feel the need to start climbing up the ranks a little bit. I'll try to post more so you don't get bored.

Sir Jesus, you said that while Kevin's playing style is par for the course you are still voting for him because he is not helping the town because he will not vote lynch on Day 1. While I agree that it is preferable if he does so, I have a question about your logic. True, KevinH is not a help in discovering possible clues on Day 1. Sorry Kevin, I love your style but that's how I see it. Anyway, KevinH has a very unique set of analytical skills that make him a very valuable asset to the town later in the game. It's better to take a hit on Day 1 because he'll make up for it as time goes.

I've played several games with Kevin and I have always been impressed with his insight to the inner mechanics of the game. He has always appeared to be a sharp minded strategist and has helped his fellow townies win several games. He's not the weakest link and you said that he's not giving off any scum tells. If you agree with opinion that Kevin can be an asset later in the game it is only logical that you change your vote.

I'm not saying that Kevin is giving me any pro town vibes at all. In fact he's one that I'm keeping a watchful eye on because of what I've stated before. This argument was only meant to give insight into my personal views of KevinH and to intellectually challenge SirJesus on his vote.

I agree. The fact that KevinH has a strategy he is so gung ho defending this early in the game only proves his knowledge on the subject, even if it is not one I agree with.

I always act in the town's best interest -- even if the rest of the townies don't see it that way

I don't vote for no-lynch out of principle. I vote for no-lynch because I believe that the "scumtells" that some people claim are not reliable at all. It's about a 75% chance of killing a townie that we will need later and I don't like those odds.

On the other hand, if I am about to be lynched, that's a 100% chance of lynching a townie and I will do what I can to avoid that. Forcing me to put a vote on the second-place candidate is not gathering any additional information; the vote for me might as well go on the second-place candidate straight off because it's the same effect.

I will also vote on day 1 if I know there's not a cop or pro-town power role (or that the chances are small that they exist).
I might even vote on day 1 if someone convinces me they already know something.

Nobody has convinced me yet here. The no-lynch vote stands.
