I believe signatures are a personality reflection of the creator. It's big, it's loud, but it's not overly offensive. Place it on a scale of pros vs. cons, and compare it to his contribution to IRON, and determine if pressing this is needed. There can always be an IRON wide limit enforced... but I wouldn't just single one person out. I would never throw so much in my signature, but I have great respect for our people. If I was asked to take something down that was considered to be too much... I would do it.

how about this:  I will eliminate half of the sig to remove the two redundant pictures since I already have both Darth Vader and the packers in one picture, so I will remove the two individual pictures

Also, you can resize them so they are not so large, and keep everything you want.
